  1. How can Mr. Borja be made responsible for the perceived error Mr. Klitzkie alluded to if the AG's Office were the entity that had provided the legal disposition to not file anything in court?

    1. Elizabeth Barrett-Anderson is the Attorney General of Guam. She's the lawyer who said Mike Borja should petition the court to correct the errors in the CTs. Kristan Finney is an assistant attorney general who works in the Office of Attorney General. Her advice to Borja contradicts the advice the Attorney General of Guam. Finney is not the Attorney General of Guam. Be wary of Borja's mention of the Office of the Attorney General--it's misleading. Bob pointed out to Patty during the interview that it looks like we're dealing with a rogue assistant attorney general.

  2. It's interesting to note that when Jacque became involved, things went downhill. It's ironic that she, as the chairperson of the Ethics Committee of the Guam Bar Association, has acted unethically. How can she claim NOT to represent the archdiocese legally and then ACT like she's their legal counsel? That doesn't compute at all. The Guam Bar should do its part to police its own.

  3. wow, this is really ballooning into a giant mess. the pdn's editorial is right. bob klitzkie is right. the ag's original directive to land management was right. there's a process, and there's a common-sense reason for that process. why not just follow it? ...of course, we can continue to speculate why they are not...

  4. I just finished making a small donation via my debit card to CCOG on their website for the lawsuit. I hope that more of the readers of Jungle Watch do the same. Let Tim's words "Let's do this!" be our rallying cry.

  5. See Bob go. Go Bob go! Keep it going Bob! Wow, I think I could write a children's book. With all the childish actions by the Neos, DLM, the AA's attorney, or rather the AA's non-attorney attorney, the office of the Attorney General. I think I might even have enough material for a series. Coming soon to a courtroom near you... Has the makings of a good movie too!

Look, Look, Look. Look Jackie Look. See Bob go. Go Bob go.

  6. It's crazy how someone can go in and make changes as they see fit. Mr. Borja your actions or inactions for that matter questions the processes and practices of Land Mangement. Who is in charge of this agency Mr. Borja or ????

  7. Jackie Taitano Terlaje is the chairperson of the ETHICS committee? Was she also "trained" for that? What a laugh!
