In the case of Fr. Luis as reported by the local news "The Archdiocese of Agana released a statement today announcing that Father Luis Camacho resigned effective immediately." Did AAA actually accepted his resignation? Or was the people of Guam too needed to be (like you said) distracted for just a little while while they fix Fr. Luis' escape. Biba Guam!
