I received several notices the last couple days that The Diana is playing lawyer again, interpreting corporation documents in a desperate attempt to (still) convince us that RMS is a corporation sole and under Apuron's control.
LOL. So much effort when all The Diana has to do is go down to Rev & Tax and get the document that says Redemptoris Mater Seminary, A Corporation Sole. Oh, that's right. There isn't one. The Diana doesn't get the difference between a Corporation Sole and a corporation with a sole incorporator. (Maybe it's the same thing in Malaysia! LOL.)
But never mind that. The Diana is not contesting that title to the property has been assigned to RMS, only that RMS is controlled by Apuron.
Fine.
This makes our point. Regardless of who controls RMS, the fact is title to the property has been assigned to RMS but the back room deal worked out by Jackie the Trained Lawyer and Kristan Finney, the Assistant Attorney General (while Elizabeth Barrett-Anderson, the Attorney General "concurred"), does not show RMS as the title holder.
Wow! Three trained lawyers can't get it right. I guess we should cut Diana the google-lawyer some slack. LOL. Courage.
Maybe Diana or the other two dingbat lawyers don't know what "in favor of" means. Did they get their degree on Mars or someplace like that?
