DO THIS IF YOU WANT TO SEE TONY RUN

Tony running out the back door
in order to avoid the laity who
were praying the rosary at
the front.
On February 12, 2013, the Vatican instructed Apuron to amend his 2002 sex abuse policy. The instruction pointed out six areas of the policy that needed amendment. Apuron did nothing. On Nov 5, 2015, I posted a copy of that letter and wrote in detail about it in this post: DEAR CDF, "SCREW YOU!" - LV TONY

I draw your attention to show that there was no consequence for The Tony NOT complying with the Vatican directive. This is important for us to understand. Outside of liturgical and doctrinal matters, the Vatican, even the Pope, has very little authority in a diocese. In administrative matters, such as the institution of a sex abuse policy, individual bishops can do what they want.

I state this because STILL so many are looking to Rome to solve our problem.

Let's get this straight. In most matters, especially with what we are dealing with here, a bishop is not answerable to anybody but the faithful in his diocese. And in our diocese, there are very few people demanding accountability from this bishop or willing to pay the price to hold him accountable, which really boils down to constant public demands.

Some are under the impression that the pope has removed bishops. He has not. Almost always the most he can do is ask for their resignation. And even in these cases it was the laity who did the work to bring their case against a certain bishop to Rome.

It is very possible that Apuron has already been asked to resign by one of the Vatican Congregations, but has refused - or should we say, Pius has refused to let him resign. They need to keep him going to do this upcoming ordination.

Public protests, letters to the editor, radio show call-ins, signs, comments submitted with real names on this blog, etc. The din must become deafening. And stop asking him to "step down." That sounds too dignified for this pathetic monster. It's time to start saying "get the hell out. "

However, there is one thing that can be done to legally remove him. Pass a bill lifting the statute of limitations on past sex crimes against minors. Then watch Tony run. But it will be too late.

  1. What's ironic is how brother tony has said he doesn't know why people are protesting but than on his video says that "for the past 3yrs." there has been attempts to remove him, so again, his lies continue to be so obvious. Brother tony, just get the hell outta dodge and follow your neocult idiots.

  4. Rome will not help. We have got to do this ourselves. I cringe thinking of all the times I've held his hand to kiss his ring. Thank God my girls have always shied away whenever I did that. God must have been guiding them.

  5. I am sure there is more to the story than I know or remember, but to show that it is not easy to remove an Archbishop, the news three years ago – “Pope Francis’ First Crisis? Defiant Archbishop Refuses to Quit.” Three years later and Nieves is still an Archbishop of Puerto Rico. If AAA is to be removed, it truly is up to the Catholics of Guam.

    1. These board members are prudent to dis-associate themselves from this review board knowing that there are questionable issues with his sex abuse policy, and the conflict of interest that exist with Apuron being involved in this review process that is tasked to review sex abuse allegations against himself.

    4. I Agree with 12:38, Claros is a nut and Apuron loves squeezing nuts, I predict that after Apuron squeezes Claros, he will announce for sure for sure that Apuron is Innocent of all charges, of course, of course.

  10. Run Tony run! Run as far away as you can. Don't look back! You are no longer welcomed here in your homeland. The law will find you and you will serve your time for all of the atrocities that you have done to the Church. You are finished, you are a sick man, kaput! Dont forget your millstone. Take two and give one to your bodyguard Edi-the-Waldo. Better yet, take three and put two around your neck. Adios.

  11. No one should be above the law but that is exactly what Apuron had done with the sexual abuse policy of the Archdiocese. Our only recourse is to use civil laws to provide justice for the victims of this predator.

  12. All should Just stop going to his mass. Or at one of his mass, stand up and disrupt in the middle of the mass and tell him off. Humiliate him till he walks out.

  13. OMG - it just occurred to me that Brother Tony used his position of authority to preempt the eventuality of when his past catches up to him. How convenient to enact a procedure or policy that will render him untouchable! Now I can understand a bit what he meant by "nobody can touch me." OMG! This is an utter abuse of one's position, much like imposing a diplomatic immunity privilege on himself, in order to escape the risk of sex offender category! OMG!
