MEEEEELLIONS AND MEEEEELLIONS OF DOLLARS...

Posted by Tim Rohr

...we have been defrauded into pouring into this "institute" and they can't even spell "Profesor" (sic) on their website. In fact, it has been misspelled for nearly ten years. Fr. Jeff, how's that "dramatic and shocking" report coming?

  1. An excerpt in today's newspaper article reads,, "...it was decided by Mons. Apuron to protect the seminary, a public juridic entity of the Church, which is carrying on the most important mission in a diocese, that of forming priests, Sammut said." I think Sammut means neo presbyters and not diocesan priests.
Also, according to Sammut, it seems no one can effect Apuron's land transfer decision but Apuron himself. Archbishop Hon and even Santo Papa need to get Sammut's input or permission before any other communication about this matter is made. This guy is surely arrogant and maybe scared.

I read that same PDN article, too. This is Rev. Sammut’s quote: “The only one who can lift the deed of restriction is the ordained Archbishop of Agana, Mons. Apuron or, eventually, his successor,” Sammut told Pacific Daily News. Upon reading his words, I disagreed. Generally speaking, deed restrictions come with the property. Owners of the property, in the case of the RMS facility and the land on which the facilities sits, usually can’t remove the restrictions without the express consent of everyone who benefits from the obligation. Rev. Sammut is incorrect in that it is NOT only Fr. Apuron who can lift the restriction. Hopefully, as Archbishop Hon recommended in his in his statement about the property’s ownership last week, that this restriction be lifted without litigation. From my understanding and without having reviewed the deed and related documents, in the case of the RMS and the land on which it sits, “everyone who benefits from the obligation” are represented by (1) Fr. Apuron in his capacity as Archbishop of Agana and in his capacity on one of the guarantors of Neocatechumenal Way; (2) Giuseppe Gennarini, (2) Claudia Gennarini and (3) Rev. Angelo Pochetti. The RMS can still be returned without litigation if these parties sign the proper documentation lifting the restriction. Please don’t involve the same attorneys or real estate professionals who prepared and/or “fixed” the current deed because it appears they didn’t know what they were doing and/or, if they knew what they were doing, they weren’t doing their work in a transparent manner.

    1. Maria M....why does Hon always refer to Pius as the Rector? Does he know we call him Pius the Putrid?

    2. Hon really meant to call Pius the Putrid "Rectum".

  3. Pius is not an incardinated priest.
Archbishop Hon should ask him to go home to where he came from. He has no business in Guam under Archbishop Hon.

    3. Anonymous at 9:22 PM - Your head has been up Pius the Putrid's butt for so long that you can no longer smell the Sh_t he puts out! Pius does not belong to Guam. He was not born here! Your spelling also shows that you also do not belong here since your English is so bad. Go Home! The True Katolikus and the CCOG are preventing the True Catholic Churches on Guam from more destruction than what your kind already done!

    4. To think, all the ugly things he put people through. They live in fear of him. Shaking with fear. What kind of a leader is that? Evil supposed Carmelite.

    5. He cannot be incardinated here because he is a Carmelite. (In name only). That's for sure.

    6. Aug. 24 9:22PM, Pius gave life to many thru the Holy Spirit was a lot of lies that they gave to 1% of Catholics in Guam. We the True Catholic (99%) did not destroy the Catholic Church in Guam, we are protecting OUR and I mean OUR Catholic Church Faith airing all the lies the neo continue to support. Once again, we have no problem with you NEO, just release back all the CHURCH you have taken over since we build them and you NEO go out and build your OWN Church with your OWN funds and not with OURS.

  6. It's high time I apologised on two counts. Firstly when there was a turn-out of neo-catechumenal members en masse in full regalia, unexpected, at a family funeral of a lady that posted a comment, I should have complimented her attempt at tact rather than criticising anyone else's line. Secondly when I vaguely commended RMS London I should have kept quiet because more detailed information has put them and their twin in less favourable light.
