OUR VIEW: Bill addressing child sex abuse cases should be signed


The bill that aims to lift the statute of limitations in child sex abuse cases should become law.

It’s a good bill that would help victims of child sexual abuse seek justice. For that reason, the bill has widespread support in the Legislature and community. CONTINUED

  1. OMG. Unlimited liability? Does that mean there are an unlimited number of victims? People are asking when will it all end?

    The answer is simple, but not easy to accept. It all starts to end when this bill passes and the courts take control of the situation rather than the bozos at the Chancery who have more than proven their ineptitude.

    Once the court gets involved we will surprisingly get nore info, and whatever we get will be the truth. Big improvement over our "so called Church leaders".

  2. I sympathize with all those victims, but i believe that this bill has some negative effects. It should be revised and looked at more thoroughly.
