NEVER FORGET THIS...AND THE LONG FINGERS OF JTT

Archdiocese of Agana announces new board for Catholic Cemeteries

The story from the Chancery will be that there was no "deal" cut with Cemeteries of Guam Board Secretary, Jacqueline Taitano Terlaje (JTT). The story will be that they just needed time to remove the previous board and appoint a new one and that there was no attempt to "bury" the matter.

However, if that was true, then the Chancery would not have blown off the reporters who called about the already very public furor between the Chancery and JTT by telling the reporters that this was "an internal matter."

Instead, the Chancery would have advised the reporters that the matter was under review and a statement would be made soon, or something to that effect.

Make no mistake, and NEVER FORGET THIS: this administration ONLY does the right thing when they are publicly embarrassed into doing the right thing by the laity who will NOT let up and continue to hold them to account.

Now, let us take a look at the announcement with a few comments to follow:

"Other than Mr. Wayne Santos who resigned, the entire previous board was removed on October 7, 2016."
What does this mean? It means that Wayne Santos was the only person of integrity on the Board. In fact, Santos did not wait to be asked for his resignation, but offered it the minute he heard about Jackie's Resolution which was enacted without his consent. This is why he has been retained as member of the new Board.

Five days after Mr. Santos tendered his resignation, JTT doubled down on her story that the authorization had been unanimous:

Full document here.

There are three ways the Board of Directors could have "unanimously authorized the Resolution."
  1. All the Board members were physically present at a meeting and voted personally and unanimously in favor of the Resolution.
  2. In lieu of a meeting, all members of the Board individually or collectively consented in writing to support the Resolution, in which case the written consent must be filed with the minutes of the proceedings of the Board
  3. All members of the Board participated in a telephonic conference or the technological equivalent thereof - the only requirement being that in such meeting they can hear one another, and in which case, there must also be a written record of said conference.
We know that a physical meeting was not possible because Mr. Santos was off-island at the time. And if either option 2 or 3 was used, there would have been a written record of the unanimous decision. We can be sure that if there WAS a written record of the UNANIMOUS decision, JTT would have produced it lickety-split. She did not.

Going further, the fact that Wayne Santos - per this Announcement - is the only member of the Board to have turned in his resignation, means that the other members of the Board, in having to be REMOVED, do NOT recognize the authority of Pope Francis who removed all administrative authority of this archdiocese from Apuron and delegated it to Archbishop Hon.

Let's take a good look at their names and remember them before you EVER give them a modicum of credence EVER again.

Here they are, right on the Cemeteries letterhead:

As many know, other than Wayne Santos, the rest are heavy duty Kiko's, once again, verifying what we know about the Kiko's: THEY ARE A PARALLEL CHURCH WITH A DIFFERENT HIERARCHY.

Now, let's take a quick look at the last sentence in this Announcement:
"In the case of the Catholic Cemeteries, the focus is on reinvigorating the maintenance and service of the various Catholic Cemeteries in order to provide the appropriate environment and sacredness where our loved ones have been interred."
This is a very obvious admission if not condemnation of the previous Board's LACK of "maintenance and service," and a disregard for "the appropriate environment and sacredness where our loved ones have been interred."

Take a good look, people. Take a look at the names of those persons who profaned (the opposite of "sacred) the environment where your "loved ones have been interred," specifically the two people who were MOST responsible because of their positions: REV. JOSE ALBERTO RODRIGUEZ, ADMINISTRATOR and DENNIS SANTO TOMAS, CHAIRPERSON.

One last thing. The announcement is not signed. There is only one person who could have signed this announcement in Hon's absence: the Delegate to the Apostolic Administrator. There is a reason he did not want his name on this, and something tells me that JTT's long fingers reach even here.

  1. Press Releases are not typically signed.

  2. I'm also very interested in the press conference, starring the trained lawyer, that is embedded in the Kuam piece, but without any additional commentary.

This is extraordinary. The transcript of this statement sounds to me like one long lie! The audacity of this woman knows no bounds. Even now she is still on her high horse about this supposed injustice, even knowing full well she disregarded the laws of the land in relation to the bogus certificates. How many other unethical behaviors has she indulged in ?

The wilful disobedience and stubborn pride are something to behold. And this from the arrogant "walkers" who dare to suggest they are Catholic, and that they "love in the dimension of the Cross"

Everything this woman (I use that word cautiously) does, amounts to a bad advertisement for the NCW.

    A counter-Kerygma, if you will.

I'm so surprised they haven't figured this out yet.

But then again, almost by definition, they are idiots.

  3. so sad they had to wait for JTT going berserk to fire her and her mosquikos

  4. How about we hear from Wayne Santos with respect to the assertion that he "specifically authorized" the lawyer to "execute the certification"?

Wouldn't that clarify things one way or another?

Is that part of the deal? That Wayne Santos should remain silent on this question?

Personally, I think he needs to answer it, or be held suspect himself.

  5. IN my experience, I haven't often found people to be truly despicable. But here is one.

This JTT is a horrible, ugly soul. I must pray now. The lunatics are on the loose.

  6. Just more ammo for Atty. Lujan re: Msgr. James vs. Jackass Jackie.

  7. archdiocese of agaña: sweeping things under the rug since ... ever since. wasn't last year the jubilee 50th year celebration?

after more than a week of highly publicized events, is the laity expected to just forget about the board secretary demonstrably falsely claiming that the board unanimously moved to have msgr james prosecuted? or to quietly ignore the fact that hon had demanded their resignations, but apparently never got it?

also, the video on that same kuam story has jackie terlaje continuing to be defiant. i assume those the other removed board members with her? "without cause and without proper authority," she claims. yes indeed, parallel church with a different hierarchy.

    1. And still she says "unanimous", with only four of five former board members present. Huh?

  8. To Dennis Santo Tomas, as a senior ranking retired officer in the United States Army and we, as members are held to a higher standard, I am totally disappointed in your actions that is conduct unbecoming an Officer. In the release of the documents from the Catholic Cemeteries, on Page 11, part of the statement says, "EACH DIRECTOR HAS OFFERED THEIR TIME AND EFFORT TO ENSURE THE PROTECTION OF THE PERPETUAL CARE FUND TO BE USED FOR ITS INTENDED PURPOSE AND AVOID FURTHER PILLAGING". So, Dennis Santo Tomas, where have you been since Dec 2014 because you do not live on this beautiful island we call Guam. How do you "offer your time and effort to ensure the protection of the Perpetual Care Fund to be used for its intended purpose and avoid further pillaging" when you moved off-island to Texas because you have a business there. How do you know how these CEMETERIES have been maintained as the above statement says, "to ensure the protection of the Perpetual Care Fund is to be used for its intended purpose and avoid further pillaging"? As one of the commentators on this blog has stated, he wants to give you the benefit of the doubt, because of your years together in the battlefield. I know that Mr. Richard Nocefranca (spelling of his last name may be wrong) and I and many other former military members are totally disappointed that a person of your caliber would accept Bro Tony and his abuses instead of TRUTH AND JUSTICE. Can you HONestly say that you have been on-island when you were elected to be the CHAIRMAN of the CATHOLIC CEMETERIES in 2014? Have you overseen that the cemeteries were properly maintained by maintenance personnel and families who had to have their "LOVED ONES" buried in these cemeteries provided the dignity of burying their "LOVED ONES" in these cemeteries?. Were you there when a family had to have their "LOVED ONE" RE-BURIED due to the inability of the cemetery maintenance personnel to properly bury this family's "LOVED ONE"? Did you offer your apologies to this family for the inconvenience "you and the cemetery staff" caused this family? So, to MS JTT and the former Cemetery Board Members, Mr. DENNIS SANTO TOMAS, MR ROLAND SAN AGUSTIN, MS. LILLIAN POSADAS and PRESBYTER JOSE ALBERTO RODRIQUEZ-SALAMACA, THANK YOU and NO thank You for all you have done for the families who entrusted their "LOVED ONE" in your care since 2014

  9. Skimmed through the "final" report of the (thank God) outgoing board. Wondering why they decided to include copies of Monsignor Benavente's credit card statements as an attachment...Last ditch effort to discredit him and smear his name? I'll admit that some of the transactions are a bit excessive but I don't think there's anything worth charging him for!! Can those Neo freaks sitting at the table say the same? Can they account for the thousands of dollars that went into those black trash bags??

  10. Only the Kiko leadership know how much is in the trash bag and that is for them to know only. Free money for them to use for whatever. Those NEO folk are evil.

  11. In regards to PNC's recording of Jackie's press conference, when the reporter asked if the board is open to questions, I couldn't help but notice Jackie's odd response. For someone so "tough" and who has pledged to see truth and justice by resigning (to turn a blind eye) her declination to open up the board for questions was somewhat of a discreet 'no'. You would think that someone who is trying to supposedly promote truth and justice would be willing to open up for questions in order to bring clarity to the matter she is trying to make public BUT she doesn't. This only goes to show that she needs time to dig up more crap to try and create false statements. For goodness sake, she's calling a mouse an elephant.

The only reason I can come up with for the neos coming up with crazy stories is because they're too dizzy from dancing around the altar. Maybe if they just stopped and look forward, they would realize that going in circles around the altar isn't getting them anywhere.

    1. Table is the correct terminology because the NCW doesn't believe in altars. They do however believe in alter ( i.e alter government documents etc.).

  12. Tim has said it time and time again, back ways deals with the neos are never good. Fr. Jeff so pastorally afforded the Cemetery Board members discretion and wanted to handle things "in house." So, he dodged inquiries from the media about terlaje etc.

    What do they do then?

They hold a very public press conference to again malign Msgr. James' name within the same week! What the freaking hell???

Tim has shown us how dirty and conniving these neos are. Now, they reveal themselves. Freaking crazy!

Reprimand these fckrs, "re-vindicate" Msgr. James. Get these damn neos out! Fcking "mosquikos" sucking the life blood of our Church to birth and feed these kaka diseased laden, brainwashed sorry excuse for humans!

There's a special place for child rapists, apuron. Where do their lawyers, such as terlaje, go?

Be afraid for your souls! #Shudder

  13. Can't blame vertigo.

This is plain evil. Terlaje is evil. Terlaje hides behind what she calls good intention, but we all see through her and her neo cult!

You're a bit too late!!! Get busy defending your child-raping arch tony. You're gonna need it!

    Away with "The Way"!

    Neos, neos, go away!
