Archbishop Byrnes talks justice for victims, Apuron's canonical trial

Four days after briefly joining peaceful protest in front of the cathedral, Coadjutor Archbishop Michael Jude Byrnes said he supports and respects clergy sex abuse victims’ and their supporters’ quest for justice, which he said is ongoing both at the Vatican and in the civil courts. CONTINUED

  1. How can Byrnes possibly want Justice when his actions do correspond with those still hurting. He clearly has no idea of the past history.

  2. This is a pivotal movement for the Church in Guam. If Byrnes is sincere, we are on our way to cleansing and restoring our Church in Guam.

    1. Byrnes is sincere, but he's incompetent in disasters such as these. The archdiocese will continue to spiral out of control under his administration.

  3. Byrnes actions must correspond to his words to show he is sincere. Sincerity not present.
    Remove Cristobal from St.Paul's show sincerity. otherwise empty words Archbishop.
