PNC: Lujan ready to move forward with settlement talks in sex abuse cases


Guam – It appears as though a settlement may be reached after all for a number of church sex abuse victims.

Attorney David Lujan filed an emergency motion to appear in District Court today regarding another motion–in particular, a motion to stay further action in a number of cases. Lujan, in court papers, is requesting to halt proceedings in these cases so that the parties can engage in alternative dispute resolution or ADR. CONTINUED

    Settle all 95 cases except four. We want to see Apurun take the stand to testify in the cases filed against him!
