Let's first reread some choice lines from Diana's Blog. The context is here. The original is here.

DIANA: "All I said is that Kiko was invited to the Phiilippines by the Cardinal."

DIANA: "the Pinoy Catholic website only VERIFIED what I stated.....that the Cardinal DID invite Kiko."

DIANA: "...what Tim is saying is that he has more INSIDE information about their cardinal in the Philippines than the Pinoys (Filipinos) who actually live in their own country. Clearly, this does not sound like a man who is willing to listen."

ANONYMOUS TO DIANA: "Tim Rohr is carelessly looking for a flaw. I hope the guy don't get a stroke swinging at the air. His audience don't realize little by little he is punking out."

P.S. Diana "herself" told us where the lie originated

"Kiko Arguello will be visiting the Philippines. It is not yet in the news report that after the Philippines, he will be visiting Japan. We know because we received the word from Kiko who told it to the Archbishop and the Team Catechists here in Guam. If you do not believe me, that is not my problem."

Like 5:16 PM, I'm interested to read what the Kikos, Kiko-bots — and yes, even "Diana" — will have to say, how they will spin this letter.

According to http://www.aganaarch.org/diocesan-offices/diocesan-related-offices-agencies-ministries/ Sister Marian and Tony Diaz are listed as "Director" and "Interim Editor," respectively.

The page http://umatuna.org/about/mission-of-the-umatuna lists Sister Marian and Tony Diaz as "Director" and "Editor" respectively.

I'm not sure why the online version(s) and the print version of the Editorial Staff of the U Matuna Si Yu'os differ, but in the online versions I was able to find, Sister Marian Arroyo was listed as "Director" while in the hard copy her title is "Executive Director."

Sad evidence that the moral decay of society has reached the very top level of our church. For almost a year now a few people have doggedly been harping on the Archbishop and his "group". But now we have a watershed moment.

Proof positive of the evil that has invaded our leadership.

What is even worse, they were absolutely caught in the lie and called on it by His Eminence Cardinal Tagle. He was very kind and pastoral but the message was clear...he did not appreciate being used for Kiko agrandizement. His stated concern at the end was to put an end to the existing disputes.

Your Eminence, we thank you for all your efforts and we apologize that you were so disrespected by our Archbishop and leadership.

How did the Archbishop and his team react to the Cardinal's effort to clear the record? Acting like 8 year olds, they tried to keep it quiet, hoping nobody else would find out. They could have stopped the dispute more than a week ago, but no, they chose to do nothing.

The good Cardinal tried to save the Archbishop and the Church on Guam massive embarrassment by going to the source of the problem to allow them to retract. And the Guam Church did nothing. Since last week Thursday they chose to ignore Cardinal Tagle.

Sad day in Guam indeed, but at least people are now finally fired up. I tried a few months ago to show more respect for our Archbishop. But in that time he has done no act to restore my respect or trust in him. Now he has turned the entire Church on Guam against him, except the kikos.

Archbishop, now is the time to consider your health, and the health of the faith on Guam. Step down, retire for medical reasons, or whatever. But the people of Guam now deserve a chance to start the healing process. We can now see clearly there is absolutely no hope for change while you occupy the bishop's chair.

This revelation was made 4 hours ago and 90 people have commented, and you have no more support. Please consider all of this and step aside. Then the healing can begin.

    9. To Mary Lou at 8:14 PM. I totally agree. I posted comments these past week stating just that. The invitation by Cardinal Tagle and the supposed evangelization was merely a ruse for their real motive: to get up close to pay homage to their prophet and king, Kiko, and at the same time, impress Kiko on how Guam can easily mobilize to pay him homage. There was no evangelization ever intended. It was all about kissing Kiko's ass, all to the tune of $100,000. I hope the kiss was worth it. LOL............

    Dear Anonymous at 11:31 p.m.,

Since April, the NCW already knew that Kiko Arguello will be visiting the Philippines at the invitation of the Cardinal. While those in Junglewatch are estimating the cost of the trip per person, those in the Way already know the exact amount per person. We also know that after the Philippines, Kiko will be traveling to Japan. He was also invited by the Japanese bishops in Japan.

Right now, you already have the news report from the Pinoy Catholics that Kiko Arguello will be visiting the Philippines. It is not yet in the news report that after the Philippines, he will be visiting Japan. We know because we received the word from Kiko who told it to the Archbishop and the Team Catechists here in Guam. If you do not believe me, that is not my problem. In time, the news report will come out that Kiko will be visiting Japan. Just remember that you heard from the NCW first before it hit the internet and the news.

VATICAN CITY – Citing years of “trouble”, Japan’s Catholic bishops have asked the Neocatechumenal Way to cease activities in the country for the next five years.

Archbishop Joseph Mitsuaki Takami of Nagasaki told Catholic News Agency on Dec 15 that the bishops’ proposal, made directly to the Way’s founder, Kiko Arguello, has so far not been accepted.

Is this how we Catholics on Guam want to be known as and want to be seen as, world-wide? Really? It doesn't appear that way to me at all. Incredible, after getting busted for a huge lie, and now you're still going to try and lie your way out? Should we now believe what you say "because Kiko told us so"? No offense, but before you make the same mistake twice, you should make sure to documentthis with proof in writing, rather than post mere speculation.

But I forgot, ethics are of no concern when you can twist the truth with convenient lies. Please provide proof of what you say, or please shut up and save yourself further embarrassment!

Kiko came over and blurred out, "Oh don't pay attention to those crazy reporters".

It is obvious that an invitation was sent to Guam because other countries such as Singapore were there as well. So, invitations were sent to Guam and Kiko. The confusion lies on who sent the invitation. If the NCW here intended to purposely give out the wrong information, it would only cause an embarrassment to ourselves rather than the Cardinal.

    1. There was an invitation. Peter Palomo, on this blog, told us about it. It was simply an invitation to come to the Paranaque event to see Kiko. It did not come from Cardinal Tagle because Cardinal Tagle is not the bishop of Paranaque. It came from the Neo hierarchy. Only in Guam was it transformed into a personal invitation from Cardinal Tagle. And the fact that the Archbishop did not correct it tells us that it came from or through him...though it was probably ordered by his neo superiors.

In regards to the Umatuna, when there is a section plastered in the Umatuna advertising the NCW such as their Gala, St. Patrick's Feast Day, or any other events associated with this movement, does the NCW pay for these or is payment done at the courtesy of the Archbishop?

Umatuna staff can you answer? If a Catholic School wants to post in the Umatuna, they have to pay! If any religious organizations want to put something in regarding their organizations, they have to pay. This includes the parishes!

    1. No. Neither the seminary nor the archbishop pays. You are right, everyone else pays. Not even fiesta announcement or congratulations for ordination anniversaries are free. Everything for the seminary and the neo is free. The only way to stop this is to stop advertising. Start using social media and other ways of getting announcements or even put them in the local papers. Stop supporting the U Matuna.

      Delete
    2. Page 2 of the Umatuna lists the names and phone numbers of the business manager, advertising representative, and editor. Call them and ask if ads are placed for free. It appears to me that because they have a "business manager", the paper is run like a business. Ads aren't free and bills are paid. There are so many altruistic people who may in fact pay the ads of the events listed by Mr. Rohr.

The manamko, those at St. Dominics family or staff or patients, or the Skilled Nursing Unit read the Umatuna. Also families who do not engage in social media read it. It would be sad to see the Umatuna disappear because of a misperception.

Mr. Rohr, I read your columns in the past. I found them very useful. I enjoy reading the columns of Fr. Joel and Fr. Dan. I also read Fr. Pius' column when it is published. I like knowing what is happening in my Church. These columns have helped me through periods of crisis. Why throw the baby out with the bath water?

Discouraging advertising in the U Matuna if they continue to violate our trust is the only leverage we have. But bear in mind, the Neo overtake of the U Matuna is just another step in the Neo overtake of each and every parish and of the entire island of Guam. They are counting on the cultural penchant for non-confrontation to be able to walk in here and make the locals lay down. So far they have succeeded because up to know they have been right about our wanting peace and unity and not confrontation. This is why they thought they could get away with getting the archbishop to sign over the Yona property and getting rid of Fr. Paul. Guam has a history of succumbing quickly to colonizers. And as in the past, the idea was to convert the chief and the indians would follow. Well the "indians" are smarter now.

If you read the thread of the blog you see how the information was deliberately withhold post by post in order to incite emotions. This followed an evil script to entice and entrap the readers of the blog who fell to the scheme with no exception. Just read the comments when the confidential Tagle letter was eventually exposed. It was a shameful hatchet job what the Jungle blog did by manipulation and delaying confidential information that was obtained by an international plot and therefore was known by the blog much earlier!

This evil scheme was designed to thwart attention from the real thing that happened in the Philippines: the visit of the International Catechist Team that will be followed by establishing hundreds and hundreds of Neocatechumenal communities all around. The flocking of people into the new formation will ensue a spirited renewal of the whole Catholic Church in the Philippines. This is the truth that happened on June 6th, 2014. ;)

She also responded to my comment about my mother, saying that my mother is a fine example, but that it was unfortunate that I did not follow my mother in her walk with Jesus, whether through the Way or not.

I responded to her comment and pointed out that there seemed to be alot of anger/hatred directed towards me, and I questioned how she could judge my walk of faith without even knowing me, and that I was only pointing out what I had observed while watching the video. I did not attack anyone personally. I told her that I would pray that God guides her through life.

I followed up that comment (a little annoyed) with another letting her know that I had also talked to my mother about the NCW's non-conformance with mandatory Catholic Church practices; the Archbishop and Kiko disobeying the Pope, and several other things. I ended the comment by saying that it was up to my mom if she choosed to believe it or not.

The truth of what happened is that it was a sham. The video is clear evidence of the use of crowd manipulation and peer to induce the desire result. This is evident at the end when the girls start to go up to the stage in response to Kiko. You can see some hesitation at first, but if you observe carefully you will see girls respond after seeing others go to the stage. I'm sure there were some that truly felt the calling, but there were also many that obviously did not. This is evident by the dreadful crying by some of the girls on stage. Many of these were not cries of joy; you can see some of them comforting each other. Similar to a scene you might scene on t.v., a move, or documentary about human trafficking/slavery. They are not there by choice, hence the dreadful crying.

One of the tactics used to get commitments from these young girls is crowd manipulation and peer pressure. Hitler used to his advantage. The girls may also feel the pressure from their parents and community. The pressure could come in a negative/positive for but still create the desired effect/action. There is also pressure to make your peers, family and community proud by volunteering; thus increasing the number of volunteers from your community. This is evident by the constant attention paid to the numbers during the entire event.

Another thing is their age. There were many girls committing at such a young age. These girls are not old enough to determine for themselves if they are ready to make such a commitment, and no one else should be making that decision for them through manipulation or peer pressure. The should be mentored and guided through a process of discernment. The opposite can cause extreme psychological damage if they come to the decision that it is not their calling, but had already committed. Shame, guilt and feelin that they turned their back on God are only some of the feelings that could hurt them in the long run.

    To be continued...

    Dear Anonymous 8:37 a.m.,

You mention age as a problem? God can call anyone regardless of age. The history of the Church shows that we even have very young martyrs who were willing to give up everything for Christ such as Maria Gorettil (spelling). When Aaron Quitugua wanted to join the seminary, did you question his age?

I agree that not everyone of those youths who got up there will become priests and nuns. They will be going through a process of discernment in pre-vocation and in their scrutinies.. Yes, we have pre-vocation and scrutinies to determine if the girls are really committed to the life of the monastery or not.

And by the way, when these youths were called, there were NO music playing in the background. Kiko called for any boys who want to be in the priesthood, and there was NO music playing in the background.....only a call to the priest. It was the same with the girls. The music only started playing when they were being blessed by the bishops.

You compare this calling from God to human trafficking and slavery? Human trafficking and slavery were definitely forced. These youths in the Neocatechumenal Way, on the other hand, were not forced. As anyone can see, NOT all the youths went to the stage. It was their choice.

a blind kiko is one who does the following:

    1. Take ANY criticisms against the NCW and categorizes such as a persecution against themselves
    or the community.

    2. Does not question what their catechists say or seek to learn more about their faith other
than what is catechized to them. It's as if the Book of Life suddenly began with the NCW and
anything outside of the dogma of their catechesis is circumspect.

  78. I thought the Goddess of Love was over the Cardinal Tagle issue...lol...why is she giving it so much attention now? Maybe because Tim got a copy of the letter and she was totally clueless? This is just too funny. Move on Diana.

    1. I agree that is why. Diana was clueless and Tim made her eat her own words, which she has trouble digesting. Yup! Lies and deception are hard to digest. LOL...

  79. LOL. She's just trying to distract us from who WROTE the letter and why. And the reason it was written suggests that author wouldn't be too worried about it being "leaked."

  81. The Cardinal's letter should have been opened to the public. The church should be transparent with policies, statements, letters concerning the church. Withholding of these things is a Communistic practice.

The article written by Miss Dulla was a public document in the Umatuna Si Yu'us, therefore the Cardinal's letter should have been made public to include a public apology to the Cardinal.

    1. Why not? Afraid of being shot and decapitate! It isn't a very pretty picture. I was there when the ambush was made on an envoy heading to file the petition for an election. When they dug up the cars that were buried with these people some were shot through the head, some decapitated.

This is the mission of the NCW, to evangelize those who are unchurched. These people who were responsible were unchurched. You speak of evangelization but have the FEAR OF THE LORD to go to these places that are hostile? WHY? This is what your mission is suppose to be all about. It is not about taking those who are already initiated into the church. Your mission is to evangelized those who are unchurched!

  86. Not our mission to go to places like south Philippines. Our mission is to evangelize Catholics who are Luke warm and need salting to give them life. Guam is full of dry bones my role is to give the bones salted water to bring life to a dead community. Guam is full of dry bones, parishes are dead, non neo priests dead, our role is to bring life to the community.

  87. Well at least Anonymous 2:07 tells it like it is. Neocats are here to save the non-neo Catholics who apparently are all dead in their faith. Shows you exactly where we stand with the neocats, doesn't it?
