THANK YOU, DIANA.

Dearest Dingbat Diana:

Archbishop Apuron has got to love you. You have just blown his cover. You know, I was wrong about you Diana. Until now, I thought you were on "their" side. Now, I see that you are on ours. Thank you, thank you, thank you. You have admitted what the archbishop would NEVER admit.

You see, Archbishop Apuron's main contention in order to justify this "give away" has always been that he is NOT technically giving it away since he is the sole member of both the corporation that is the Archdiocese of Agana and the corporation that is the Redemptoris Mater House of Formation.

However, any reasonably bright person knows that the devil is in the details and in this case the "devils" are Archbishop Apuron, Giuseppe and Claudia Gennarini, and Angelo Poschetti. These are the four members of the Board of Guarantors, who, as per Article IX of the RMS articles of incorporation...

...have full "veto or approval power of the most important affairs of the Corporation."

This means that they can also decide which affairs are "most important". It is easy to see that Apuron only has 25% of the control. Thus HE DOES NOT control RMS, the Gennarini's do. And they are not about to give back a nice little 40 plus million dollar gem now, are they?

But thank you Diana for confirming that in fact Archbishop Apuron GAVE AWAY the Archdiocese of Agana's largest real estate asset "for free",  bypassing the consent of the archdiocesan finance council, the college of consultors, and the Vatican, all of which was required by canon law, and thus defrauding the Catholics of this diocese.

Oh, and by the way Diana, so you think that Apuron didn't get "any cash for himself"? Here's a little something to brighten your little brain, Diana. In Article X, Archbishop Apuron does not use his title Archbishop of Agana, he only uses his personal title:

This means that after he is no longer Archbishop of Agana, he personally will remain on the board of guarantors, NOT the new bishop.

So Diana, on November 22, 2011, Archbishop Apuron defrauded the Catholics of Guam, by deeding control of the archdiocese's largest asset TO HIS FREAKING SELF, YOU IDIOT!

  2. This is why Diana the Neo is who she is! dumb and under the control of a NEO. So yes Archbishop should answer to this transfer and why it's his name on the Document and not Archbishop of Agana. This is the real 40 plus million dollar Crime Of the Century.

    1. Great catch, Tim! This is a true game changer. You caught the bull by the horn. Lol! You just need a hard look at any neo business and you'll find some dirt for sure. Especially if it is a grand scale business as the privatization of the Accion Hotel into neo owned RMS. These guys are just what they are... smart ass black collar criminals infiltrating and depriving the Church from its God given assets.

Diana is an inspiration indeed. She spills her beans every time she is under pressure. Lol! She is so busy in sliming and lynching Benavente she is not even aware of incriminating Sammut! Yeah, she just exposed Pius as a mastermind of stealing church property and a big fat ugly liar! You'll see neo top dogs getting real scared now and Diana silenced.

I just hope this congenial revelation you just made will not miss the ears of our previous apostolic visitors.

    1. Doctor of Divinity is an honorary degree. Practically anyone can get it for a fee. Tony probably stopped using it knowing he has brought dishonor to himself. If he starts using DD again it will not stand for Doctor of Divinity but Diabolical Deceiver.

    2. Bishops are allowed to use this as an honorific. Nowadays bishops think it is tacky. Nuff said.

    3. Pope Francis told people to call him "father" instead of "your excellency" while attending to the faithful as a bishop. Not many bishops can say that considering that there are at least 2,946 bishops in the Catholic Church. Reading about bishops who live in the lap of luxury and have been "fleecing the flock" for personal gain makes me want put on my combat boots and kick their pompous/pampered arses out the back door. A bishop in Germany known as the "bishop of bling" was forced to resign in March last year. New Jersey bishop Myers has a pricey upscale retirement home. But wait, AAA has a 100 room hotel. Call me Tony!

  4. Bit off topic but the Pope gave a very interesting homily today. A message to our NCW.

    1. Actually, RIGHT ON TARGET!...

Why is the NCW "Privatizing Their Faith" by invitation only to "special" masses? Why separate mass celebrations (i.e. Saturday evenings, not having funerals in Neo Parishes on a Saturday, Convenience's, etc.).

Why at times the vibes you sense from them as well as their words and actions seem so "elitist"? Yes, maybe because they think they are and that we do not understand Jesus Christ as the NEO does. Quite disturbing. Just outright Gnostic!

Quite the opposite of what Pope Francis mentioned in his homily in the link you provided. Pope Francis' homily continues to shed light, WE SHOULD BE ONE and not divided We ALL share God's Light. God has no preference to any Christian. His light is shared for ALL the faithfuls.

Thank you! for the link. It was rejuvenating that we are on the right track echoed in this blog.

    2. You hear that AAA, David, and Adria - stay away from "small groups" that scorn others and "privatize salvation." I'm sorry to have persecuted you, liars.

      Delete
    3. This short clip of the homily I found interesting:

“They scorn the others, they stay away from the community as a whole, they stay away from the people of God, they have privatized salvation: salvation is for me and my small group, but not for all the people of God. And this is a very serious mistake. It’s what we see and call: ‘the ecclesial elites.’ When these small groups are created within the community of God’s people, these people believe they are being good Christians and also are acting in good faith maybe, but they are small groups who have privatized salvation.

    4. Neos are not only privatizing salvation for themselves, they also privatize church property! Gosh, how they conspired to steal the Accion Hotel from the Catholic Church into their own dirty neo business... Puke and vomit! Shrewd little varmints!

    5. 5:13 PM, Kiko has refined his con game to a science since he started the NCW in 1964. The NCW has gone past shrewd decades ago and what we've been witnessing here is nothing new. While they claim success in different parts of the world they neglect to tell us about the looting binge that went on and still continues today. You see, Kiko cannot escape from what he really is, a CON MAN. Never mind that he became a Catholic later on in life. His group's emergence shortly after Vatican II was by design taking advantage of the spirit of Vatican II that ushered in changes. He saw the $$$$$$$$$$$$ (Kaching, Kaching!). He picked his henchmen and henchwomen who shared his vision, (and I'm not talking about saving souls or saving the Church) expanded his influence in the Curia, and now enjoys his present status. He needs the Church more than the Church needs him. With clamor ever increasing against the NCW, Kiko probably has his exit strategy all mapped out but he is sticking around to get as much money and property as he can. We are dealing with the biggest varmint in the history of the Church IMHO. Peace.

    6. My Catholic brothers and sisters who are Neo, pray to God for strength to break free from your masters who have enslaved you spiritually, emotionally, and psychologically. I ask the rest of us to pray for them too. The not so good ship Kikopop has sprung a major leak here and time is running out before it sinks to the bottom. Jump ship my brothers and sisters before you get dragged down. Your non Neo friends and family will welcome you back.

    1. Correct Tim. Kiko is the guy who used religion to build a business. He then connected with Apuron who loves money and material gain. They used each other. Kiko wanted an ordaining machine to increase numbers at a fast rate. Apuron simply wanted money for himself. Ideal mix.

  7. AAA, David, Adrian have wax in their ears. Even when they are told and basically commanded by superiors of the true Catholic Church, they seem to just do whatever they please. Our Holy Father, Pope Francis is offering them the opportunity to reverse their course of self destruction. As the old saying goes, "you can lead a horse to water, but you can't force it to drink......" They refuse to drink from the fountain of salvation, so let them thirst in their muck. You can't fix stupid.

He knows that when Rome finally fires him, he has a fallback in 25% cut of 40Mil of the Acion property. So he doesn't get a red hat, Can you imagine how many he can buy with all that money..

    1. Imagine what it would be like when the firing of the church misfits kicks into high gear. I read a report about a member of the clergy in California who was arrested by police and charged with a crime relative to misuse of parish funds. I think the Vatican should put into place a system of accountability and design a check and balance system that's transparent for the bishops to follow. The faithful shouldn't have to find out after the fact and much damage has resulted by members of the clergy gone wild. It's just not right.

  13. Not to be off topic, but I hear that Barrigada has already administered the Sacrament of Confirmation. Isn't this supposed to be done during the Easter season? Is there a special reason Confirmation was held early in Barrigada, or is this a pastor's privilege?

    ReplyDelete

    1. This practice has been done since the time of Father Alberto. After all he is Vice Chancellor and to top it off some of those confirmed are not even in the 10th or eleven grade as required by other parishes. Most of them must be just starting their NCW walk..age 13 and above.
Some of us just have to wait for the after Easter Celebration. This is screwed!

    2. Just curious. Are these students that just had their Confirmation all Neos? Do Neo youths have different requirements before they can receive their Confirmation than those who are non-Neos?

    5. the confirmation in barrigada was even for non neos. i was a sponsor. it was horrible. the mass was so unorganized. people were talking through the confirmation. i would expect distractions like that at the chapel in green belt mall, but that chapel is much more dignified than that confirmation mass. they should have stopped the mass and asked everyone to observe some reverence.

  16. So, if a lawsuit is in the works against aaa and the hierarchy of this diocese (which should include Kiko and the ncw hierarchy) obviously there will be financial expenses. Is there an account opened specifically for this purpose? The local Catholic faithful would be more than happy and willing to contribute to it for its success and for our victory over the evil that has triangulated our Holy Catholic Church on Guam.

  17. I fear that filing a lawsuit will result in throwing good money after bad. Just finished reading the article "The Catholic Church in America: Earthly concerns " in The Economist found in economist.com

    1. Yes Anon@12:17, You are correct, the Catholic Church is Holy because Christ himself founded it and is his bride. Sadly, Many Bishops and Priests are not as Holy and humble as their founder is, The fact that the Church survived 2000+ years, subjected by assults from the enemy, most especially those from within, and it continues to grow in numbers and is a formidible presence in the world, is not by human effort, but clearly the works of the Holy Spirit. We must continue to oppose all erronous teaching that are attempting to root its error in the Church.

  19. I remember before my mother-in-law passed away (at age 91) - She signed a Deed of Gift - land she owned - over to Archbishop Anthony Apuron. I questioned why she was doing that - in his name and not to the Archdiocese of Agana. I explained that I believed that when she places his individual name on the Deed, then he (the individual) will legally own it, and not the Archdiocese. She replied "No, he is accepting this on behalf of the Catholic Church, for the Archdiocese." I believe she was deceived.

    1. I think so too. Several sources on island point out that the Catholic Church here is the largest land owner aside from the military/Feds. Dept. of Land Management should be able to verify this. What AAA did with your mother-in-law is just one incident out of many.
