So it looks as though Guam Police Department Chief Fred E. Bordallo only acknowledged the SECOND FIOA Request. Did the Chief think Tim Rohr would forget about his initial FOIA Request? It sounds like Chief Bordallo underestimated Tim's tenacity in his search for the truth.

Now let's see how long the Chief's Legal Section will take to respond …

  2. We Shall patiently wait for Chief Bordallo's Legal Section answer(s) to these requests.
What I will look forward to, is not so much what will be covered in this answer, but most of wall, what shall be avoided.
As always what is being avoided is always more revealing that what we are told.
Hence, the "legal section" answer is going to tell us a lot, one way or the other.

    1. I received a call yesterday advising me they were preparing a letter. They'll call when it's ready.

  4. The police department will answer the questions that will be deemed "releasable". If information is released, you will only get that tid-bit which is deemed okay for public knowledge. All other information will not be provided that is critical to the investigation and may jeopardize the ongoing case.....and that will be the proverbial answer if one wants certain questions answered.

Raymond @ 10:36 AM, thank you for your insight. I'm guessing only the information that has already been released to the press will be provided per Tim's FOIA request. Maybe the GPD investigation is "ongoing" — alongside the one from January 2015 involving the STAHS female teacher who shared inappropriate images with her student …

BTW: Did you happen to catch the info regarding Presbyter Luis Camacho's arrest in the Guam PDN's Police Blotter? I must have missed it. I asked my friend who reads that section of the newspaper faithfully and she said she didn't see anything either.
