FLY ON THE (CHANCERY) WALL REPORTS

Fly on the Wall has left a new comment on your post "FROM THE MAN WHO WOULD BE BISHOP":

As a fly on the wall, sometimes we hear interesting things that we can pass along. And sometimes luck shines upon us and we get documents that we can share with an anxious world wanting to know the true motives of the people in charge of our salvation.

Such a document recently fell upon my wings, which shows that salvation has nothing to do with Adrian's ministry, and David the VG as well. It's actually all about the money. They want more and feel hurt when others have more than them. As the first part of the letter below proves, it is a clear indication of what makes these two bozo$ tick.

Memo

Date: 1 April 1998
To: Archbishop Anthony S. Apuron, OFM Cap., D.D.
From: Fr. Adrian Cristobal, Chancellor
Re: Fiscal Budget for 1998/99 of ORE /FYM/ and Min. to Disabled
Cc: Dominic Kim, Finance Officer and Fr. David C. Quitugua, JCD.

1. In light of the proposed 1998/99 budget, I would like to offer you my observations: The money we receive are from rentals with a majority from donations and charity. In light of this, how can we justify the inequity of salaries in the Chancery Office? We do not have equity in our pay scales. For example, the Caluags are earning $xx,xxx (x,xxx, xxx Philippine pesos) a year to do one ministry. Fr. Lito is earning $xx,xxx per year. Speaking for myself, as Chancellor, Co-director of Vocations, Defender of the Bond for the Tribunal and Director of Catholic Charities Appeal, not to mention Spiritual Director of the Christian Mother, I only receive $500 per month. As for Fr. David, in his position as Vicar General, Moderator of the Curia and Judicial Vicar, his job is both essential and mandated by church law. Fr. David C. Quitugua and I earn a total of $26,000 per year. Both Fr. David and myself are doing as much if not more work for the Archdiocese and we are getting less total pay than Fr. Lito. I would think that that the work Fr. Daivd and I do are of major importance in the administration of the Archdiocese than the work of the Caluag’s. Although the offices of the ORE, FYM and Ministry to the Disabled are important, their work is auxiliary and not essential to the archdiocese.

In case you've recently finished lunch, I'll spare you the rest of Adrian's crying, lest you become suddenly ill.

But no need to worry, Sr Marian, Adrian's got your back! I hope for your sake he doesn't have a knife in his hands. And don't you just love how he calculates the peso equivalent for employees working on Guam, who are Filipino! It is adorable - LOL.

I guess jealousy that Fr Lito was making more than him was more than Adrian could take, because later in the letter Adrian proposes that the Archbishop to eliminate Fr Litos position as Vicar of Catholic Education. Nice show of brotherly love, Adrian. Did you get your big fat raise after the Archbishop took your advice?

Like Jerry McGuire said "Show me the money!". And this is what Adrian prefers to follow.
But other Catholics prefer to follow Christ who said, "No one can serve two masters. ... You cannot serve God and mammon." (Matt 6:24) We choose to follow God, but kikos choose to follow mammon; and kiko.

Witnessing their actions smells like poop. But, I am a fly and used to that stench.. Luckily, the truth also carries its own sweet scent to overcome their KAKA.

Reporting live from a wall in the Chancery, this is McFly signing out.

Thank you Tim for posting this. The Holy See are very much aware of this. It is Absoloutely disgusting to say the least.

  2. Forgive my ignorance in these matters but are all diocesan priests paid a monthly or annual salary? And how are capuchin or priests/nuns from other orders paid? Do they all get an annual paid vacation? For how long? I've always wondered about these things.

  3. Lord have mercy. Hope Pope Francis sees this one. Adrian, you are set for life and you know it. Hope your conscience gets to you sometime. Praying for you.

  5. I was planning on giving Arch cash. But since there is a fly problem at the Chancery I'm giving him a gold plated FLY SWAT. Hope he likes it. Hope he doesn't swat Adrian though. Hmmm, let me think about that.

  6. Archbishop Hon Ti Fai / Savio, can you tell that you have failed us in our sincere desire for a new spiritual leader? You wouldn't listen to the priest and religious because you came with your mind made up in favor of the NCW. You told them to be quiet and listen to you. Thanks for that. No one remembers a word you said.

  7. Imagine the sins or near occasions of sin the Archbishop has caused with people deciding to go or not go to your GALA birthday...all negative trains of thought. You have taken our peace.

  8. Well, Adrian certainly has priorities unbecoming a priest. Shame on him! If he were to become archbishop, the demise of our diocese will continue unabated.

  10. Who are the caluags?

    1. The Caluags are simple people who have a great heart. They use to help at both St. Anthony school as well as the parish. I think they relocated off island some years ago.

    2. The Caluags were a husband/wife couple who worked in the chancery for many years. I'm not sure what their positions were but I heard the wife was a psychologist. To save money the chancery wanted to eliminate the husband's position and just maintain the wife's position. But she refused and she left the chancery also.

  11. Well Adrian, It appears that the JW blog was right after all, It really is all about the mammon with you. If you feel that you are not being compensated fairly, perhaps you should resign, go into a profession that will pay you more, after all, you are not excelling in your priestly mininstry, you are in the wrong profession.

    1. I do not know of any corporation that would pay Adrian a salary.
He does not have the skills to function in the administration of a corporation of which I am aware of. This guy failed his seminary classes. He was refused Ordination by St. Patrick's seminary on academics and for other reasons. Complete loser.

  12. I have edited the following comment:

What, Crystal No Balls wants moe money? Didn't you take the vow of poverty when you joined the WAY? Money is of no importance, you hypocritical piece of ____! No money for gas? Walk with the sandals on your feet! No money for food? Your community cab feed you! No money for a change of clothing? Ask Kiko for his secret! You are now considered a missionary presbyter with only the clothes on your back and a bible. You are now a missionary presbyter who needs to volunteer your services!

Ministering should not cost you anything. Doing your services in your capacity should be offered up to the Lord!

Now who is GREEDY! Go confess your sins to your confessor and your community.

You are nothing but a Dirty, conniving piece of ___! Practice what you preach according to your statutes. You all believe that money is the root of all evil. Greed, love of money, etc. is actually the root of evil.

Dual personality! Face to face with your NEO laity, it's money is being materialistic. Behind close doors, it's gimmee, gimmee, gimmee. Well go find yourself a kimchee, kimchee, to givee, givee, you meellions and meellions of cashee, cashee!

    1. The archbishop once told me that when someone first proposed bringing the NCW to Guam he asked him, "What will it cost?" The person replied, "Nothing." The NCW deceived the archbishop too, not just us.

    2. Dear Anonymous October 28, 2015 at 9:41 PM:

Apparently, deceiving people has been a lesson Tony learned well, himself.

He deceived us about Fr Paul.
He deceived us about Monsignor James.
He deceived us about the Seminary sale for $0.00.
He deceived Aaron Quitugua about why he couldn't go to a real seminary.
He deceived us about the 2nd seminary, & how it's for actual diocesan priests.

But Tony, in reality you didn't deceive us, even though you tried! LOL. An unforeseen blogger spoiled your plans to rip us off in every way you could think of. Thanks to Tim Rohr and others who shine a bright light onto your dark deeds, we have seen your attempted deception. The entire world now knows your name. But I don't think this was the recognition you had expected, was it? Have you noticed how your brother bishops shy away from you?

In reality, you have only deceived yourself...and maybe that idiot Diana/Adriana.

In reality, you have now cemented your legacy as a corrupt, lying, hateful person who wore a mitre for a while. Apparently, your head was either too big, or the mitre was too small. After all these years it completely cut the blood flow to your brain, causing your to completely lose your senses. All of this could have been avoided if you had addressed problems rather than lie about them, deny them, or hide them.

The only good news is that with so many people hating you, you have also effectively ruined Adrian and David as well.

Happy birthday, ok? Clap clap clap.

Regretfully, I will be unable to make your $200 celebration, but I assume you've stolen enough money from all of us that you can do without any more of my retirement.

  13. my understanding is that diocesan priests receive a monthly stipend. but i don't know if and how that varies between individual priests. they also receive donations and gifts.

i believe priests also often receive an additional allowance for particular ministries they serve in, such as serving as a chaplain, etc.

asking for additional funding is not bad in itself. what's disturbing is the tone and attitude of this memo. whining and backstabbing--that's a bad attitude in the secular world, so how much more evil it is when coming from clergy!

  15. FYI: Just to let everyone know that if you looked at all the masses that will be celebrated on All Souls' Day, all the celebrants presiding over the masses are NEO PRESBYTERS. Soooooooooooo, whatever you may be expecting (such as Blessings for our Deceased Loved Ones), may not happen at all. Last year, I waited over an hour to have my parents' graves Blessed, but there were/was no priest around to bless the graves, Soooooooooooooo Good Luck for this year. Check the U Matuna for the listings.

  17. Seems like a very bad time to ordain a guy a presbyter . What a mess of an Archdiocese. Tony don't name anymore brand new priests to Rector, Pastor or personal driver. It's not fair to them or your flock!! Stupid decisions all around. RESIGN AT YOUR PARTY.

"...Not essential to the archdiocese." Wow and this guy has the audacity to hold up the Body of Christ at Mass. No wonder the Neo Way swallowed him up so quickly. It's right up their alley. So what's Diana's take on this. I would go to his/her blog but I'm not real fond of stepping into a dung heap hole. Going to print and pass on to some people, maybe they will listen now!

  19. Tim,

Print the rest of his crap. Just want to see how far he went. Did Rome and Nuncio get a copy. Next Bishop, hell!! He already looks at the work we do in the Parishes as "not essential". What more if he were a bishop. All you fence sitters need to get off and get loud or this _ss hole becomes your shepherd.
