DEAR MSGR. DAVID THE VG

Did you know that doctoring a public record is a crime?

  1. Obviously David the VG has not learned much from his yeeeeears of Studying, or perhaps, worse scenario, he believes he is above the Law.

  2. David the VG makes the most beautiful, profound even tender homilies. Too bad he doesn't live what he preaches.

    2. I didn't do it. They made me do it.

  3. Oh NO, not BROTHER DAVID. Lol. He's a joke.

  4. Did david doctor the record or did he instruct a fellow brother in the way to do the dirty work?

Either way he is guilty of once again trying to dupe the public. As with their frequent previous attempts they eventually get caught. Yet they persist in trying to pull the wool over the sheeps' eyes. But the sheep can see right through it.

    How dumb they are! Fools.

    1. Putrid Pius finger prints all over this. THEY made him do it. We're getting tired of THEY. REVEREND MONSIGNOR DAVID move to Chicago. Bye.

  5. Please do not tell presbyter david that he is a joke. He thinks that he is God's gift to Guam. He wears his armor of profound wisdom with such guarded, really guarded, theatrics. We are left to guess whether this act is a tragedy or a comedy - or a hysterical farce!

  6. These Fr Lurch behaviors are simply profound social skill issues. Should have been picked up by seminary formators. But....it wasn't.

    1. Seminary formators at St. Patrick's Seminary picked up the absurd signals of social ineptness early on. David VG had to go to Berkeley as well, just like Gastric Adrian. Credit is due to traditional seminary formation for ferreting out these deviants. They must have been puzzled why these two rejects became vocation directors for Agana.

    2. Now we know why they don't want to sponsor local vacations to any off island seminary....They are getting even for the way they were treated...

    3. In the seminary they were known as the rats, the snitches, the brown noses, the plotters, the envious, the imbalanced.
It was so bad, the least partisan of formators, saw the writings on the wall.
All these things to compensate for their obvious lack of qualities?
God were they right. Nothing much has changed, may be it is even worse.

  7. Yes, he's probably going to let someone at Land Management take the fall - maybe even go to jail. Such is the price of obedience to the Neocatechumenal Way.

  8. OHHHH,no! Not Monsignor David the Rector of CB! Tsk,tsk, tsk. Tim, are you persecuting him? Don't forget; he's so delicate.

  9. Dear David. Zero personality. Zero sense of humor, zero integrity added to the list?? Uh, oh. OJ for VG.

  10. To what end will the Neo go to hide the lies. They are a cult that has hijacked the Catholic faith to their own end. There are two types walking the way, those who are oblivious to the cult and those who are culpable for the souls they prey upon.

  11. Fly on the Wall reporting on a recent conversation:

    AAA = Archbishop Archvillain Apuron
DCQ = David Quitugua, evil Vicar General

DCQ: Have you seen those terrible things the jungle is saying about me?

AAA: Welcome to the club my friend. Try to ignore it like I do.

DCQ: But I could go to jail for this kind of fraud! And you were the one who told me to act.

AAA: Look David, I was only the messenger. You know these orders come from either my house guest, or New Jersey.

DCQ: Yes. That’s why I told you long ago it was dangerous having Pius in your house. He knows too much because he is always snooping around with that big nose of his. Then when I was sick you didn’t even have room for me.

AAA: Stop David, now you’re just being a crybaby. Back to the important matter of the certificate of title. What I told you was to find some way of making it look like the Archdiocese still owns the Yona property. If the truth gets out you’re not the only one in serious trouble. And my troubles are because of you! You were the one who wrote that silly ass opinion about assignment and not alienation. Nobody in the Finance Council accepted your flimsy attempt. Our legal counsel gave me an earful. I expected better from you!

DCQ: That’s not fair Tony. You know I had nothing real to work with. We both know that Giuseppi ordered us to transfer the title to him. Then that darned Finance Council refused to go along with the idea. Then Giuseppi came up with a brilliant deception. While the letter was written by me regarding the assignment, it was your idea to try to smooth things with the Council. You should have taken my advice and just kept quiet and pretend like nothing was done.

AAA: David, don’t think you’re so smart. I already got an earful from Giuseppi about how the transfer was handled. Don’t render me your legal garbage now. Remember, it took you almost a decade to finish your degree. And the only reason you finally got your JCD is I had to buy it for you so I could have a canon lawyer on my side. Little good that investment did me.

DCQ: I may be a crybaby, but you are mean and hurtful. Please stop. Besides, remember all the dark secrets I know. So don’t get all cross with me, Tony.

AAA: Okay, okay. Let’s get back on target here. That damn Tim Rohr has let the cat claw its way to the very edge of the bag. We need to contain this before it becomes my final scandal. If Rome finds out the truth, they’ll freak out because I hid this transfer from my own council and from them. And I probably misled those visitators last year as well.

    To be continued:

  12. …continuation:

    AAA = Archbishop Archvillain Apuron
DCQ = David Quitugua, evil Vicar General

DCQ: Okay. All we can do is stay with the line that we only allowed the seminary to use this for as long as they want but the property is still ours. The certificate of title will still be in our name.

AAA: But that letter from Jacques Bronze clearly shows that the land was conveyed, sold and deeded to the NCW. What if people start to take that letter from Bronze seriously?

DCQ: Sir, the only thing I can think of is not going to make our bosses happy. But I’ve given this a lot of thought. We both know eventually the public is going to realize we have given away the most valuable asset the Archdiocese has. Do we agree on that?

AAA: Yes. Already many people are calling me a thief. But I didn’t steal the property, I merely transferred it to the group I love. The NCW has saved my life.

DCQ: Right. But people are going to rebel against your action, and Rome will have lots more to say. So the only solution when that day comes is my plan. Giuseppi crafted a brilliant document. Even I didn’t understand at first. But, when the heat comes from Rome, we simply say that we were told the document was merely needed to show that the NCW had a right to use the property for as long as they wanted. I can argue that is just an assignment. We were duped by Giuseppi and Pius, just like they duped so many others here on Guam, and throughout the world.

AAA: That’s your great plan? We lie again, but this time we turn our back on the people that have been taking care of our needs for almost 20 years! I will not and cannot. You don’t understand how powerful these people are at the top. They are also dangerous when they are crossed with. I suggest you do the same. I’m just going to shut up and remain silent. If this goes to court I’ll take the fifth.

DCQ: Yes, that’s great for you, you’re close to retirement. But how about me? If I’m removed I have nowhere to go. Can I have one of your houses in California?

AAA: Look David. You cannot just have a house. But I cannot stay in all of them, so if you really want, I can let you stay in one of them at a reduced rent. I’ll have one of the communities in California support you. We may not be able to tell the bishop there but that will be okay. You can be like John Wadeson. He stayed under the radar in San Francisco for years. You’ll be okay. Don’t worry, you’ll just make yourself sick again.

DCQ: Did you really buy my JCD? I really thought I earned it.

AAA: Trust me, you don’t want to know. All this talk is so damned depressing. I think I need to get off of Guam again. Besides, it’ll be hard for them to serve me a subpoena if I’m not on Guam.

DCQ: Can I go with you? I need protection, too.

AAA: Sorry, I’ve already got a traveling partner. OJ and I are going to visit Luis Camacho to lift his spirits.

  13. This will not be the first time Msgr. David the VG has committed a crime. Ask him who told him of a crime committed that he covered up by not informing the authorities? No one is above the law not even the one above him. Wasn't there a VG sent to prison for doing exactly that? Blind obedience is dangerous when one hears but doesn't listen. Msgr. David the VG would do anything to assent to the throne he cannot occupy. Why? Because he no longer serves the Church founded on the Apostles and guided by the Holy Spirit. Instead, he serves AAA, Pius, and Kiko. Msgr. David the VG is an empty vessel, literally falling apart outwardly, as well as inwardly. Eight years of canon law degree down the toilet, and what do we get? The most feeble and sickly priests on island. It makes me wonder why AAA appointed him VG. It is apparently very clear now as to why.

  14. Entertaining conversation by Fly on the Wall. Kudos! I am impressed not only by your verbal prowess and imaginative thinking but also by the amount of time you have in your hands. It occurred to me that a parody of the "Agana NCW Experiment" can be made, and we need Wally McFly to write the script. It will be an amusing musical, and has potential as a Broadway show. Are you on board, McFly?

    1. Actuall McFly is quite bust given the amount of bull-excrement at the chancery that has to be tended to. But she makes time for a report from time to time.

  15. Oh how I miss the time when Leona ran a tight ship at the Chancery. The place commanded respect because the small staff was professional. Of course the late Archbishop Flores was a leader in the real sense of the word, not because of the position he held but due to the integrity and fairness that he governed. Today we have a bunch of busybodies there who have no idea what the others do but keep on plodding along with the designs andt trickery of three fools on tne hill. Pity the obedient staff who see on a daily basis the damage containment waged by these fools Tony, David and Adrian. Nowhere near the caliber of the late +Felixberto Flores. Nowwhere near!

  17. Bravo Tim, You have reflected the scenario,on how the weasels concocted a scheme to transfer the Yona asset "in perpetuity" under the heading " Deed of Restriction" clever, but evil, the real intent and impact is this asset legally belongs to Kiko and his Sect. Shame on them. This transaction is robbing the Church of millions of dollars in potential income. We are seeing a real resurgence of hotel constructions, because of the increase tourism from Korea, China, Russia, and the military buildup. Look at the interests in building hotels in Agat and other places. This asset could have been rented out bringing in millions to our Church, schools, mortgage payments etc. Archbishop, you have betrayed your Catholic brothers. I think this seminary is only a rouse, I can envision a scenario where Kiko would unleash his plan to turn that facility back into a hotel for what sense do it really make to continue the presbyter factory when they are fewer than 20 parishes on Guam??? Mr. Kiko, you and your minions have badly underestimated the intelligence of the people of Guam. The Laity will not allow this crime to remain unchallenged. Thank God, for CCOG's commitment to take this issue to Court to protect the interests of the Guam Catholics. You want Peace, we also want Peace, it begins by gracefully returning what belongs to the Laity and begin to build your own exclusive places of worship. Peace will once again reign.

  18. Archbishop, your attempt to muddy the water, by purposely posting a Certificate of Title on the Umatuma claiming ownership when you fully knew that you have gifted the property to your "pope Kiko" is a serious sin of deception.
