GOOD MORNING, GUAM! IT'S A LOVELY JUNE DAY IN OUR ARCHDIOCESE, ISN'T IT!

KUAM: Church says there's a plot to topple the archbishop

DIANA:

Here's the telltale line (from PNC):

"The Archdiocese of Agana is finally responding to Deacon Steve Martinez’s criticism of Archbishop Anthony Apuron, highlighting instead what they call Deacon Martinez’s incompetence."

Martinez addresses the flawed sex abuse policy and Adrian does NOT engage the alleged flaws of the sex abuse policy but instead alleges Martinez as flawed. LOL. Adrian, you pathetic child.

  1. How does Deacon Steve respond to the statement that he didn't submit required financial documents to Rome and that that has made a lot of problems for the archdiocese? I have always found Deacon Steve very spiritual, compassionate and competent but I am wondering about this accusation of Adrian's.

    1. It was not his job to do so. It was the archbishop's. I'll have more later and documentation to prove this.

    2. I have to also wonder when Deacon Martinez was allegedly suppose to submit required financial documents? Deacon Kim's Linkedin page states he has been the finance officer for the Archdiocese of Agana since January, 2012. 4.5 years later and the chancery is just making an issue of this? Odd.

    3. The KAKA filled Dungbat created a new blog countering your claim.

      In the jungle, a commenter asked Tim Rohr about Father Adrian's accusation regarding as to whether Deacon Martinez failed to submit the financial reports to the Vatican for six years while he was the Archdiocesan Financial Officer. According to Rohr's response:

      This comment from Tim Rohr is incorrect. It is not the job of the Archbishop to submit financial documents to the Vatican. According to Canon law 1283 and 1284, which specifies the duties of the Financial Officer or Administrator (the bold is mine):
      Can. 1283 Before administrators undertake their duties:
      1° they must take an oath, in the presence of the Ordinary or his delegate, that they will well and truly perform their office;
      2° they are to draw up a clear and accurate inventory, to be signed by themselves, of all immovable goods, of those movable goods which are precious or of a high cultural value, and of all other goods, with a description and an estimate of their value; when this has been compiled, it is to be certified as correct;
      3° one copy of this inventory is to be kept in the administration office and another in the curial archive; any change which takes place in the property is to be noted on both copies.
      Can. 1284 §1 All administrators are to perform their duties with the diligence of a good householder.

    4. Dear anon at 6.25, I will go back to what I have pounded on for three years now. Adrian and his master Pius, are playing the Kiko's modus operandi to the hilt.

      Again: Deny, Deny!!! Deflect!! Deflect!! Destroy!!! Destroy!

      Read the "press release" again, please.

      They Deny over and over again (against all evidence to the contrary).
      They deflect: by attacking the Deacon on things which were not of his competency, on blaming Tim to be heading a conspiracy, and more inane assertions.
      They Destroy: by continuing lying about Msg James and Fr Paul, and slandering the victims.

      These people have absolutely no shame and no conscience of any kind.

      This is the fruit of the NCW: innuendo, planting seeds of discord and protecting child abusers.

  2. The monkey gang at the Chancery are unable to find anything else on Deacon Steve so they have to make something up. As expected, they cooked something ridiculous. Hey, Chancery Execs, how about addressing the "allegations" against your boss through independent investigation by trying to be authentic church people and reach out to the accusers. All you have done is threaten to sue, destroy credibility of others, and add to the fuel to the "bonfire of vanities" that you started in ignoring core issues. Do a self-examination and ask yourselves whether your knee jerk reactions are just muddying the waters. Convene your legitimate Consultors that you already have in place. Listen and seek their advice for once. Your "embattled citadel" stance will be your undoing. Have you explored other options ro resolve the mess in this Archdiocese? Give it up already! Be humble and truthful: acknowledge the dire circumstances you have dug yourselves in. Fighting fire with fire is not a prudent action. You are dragging so many well-intentioned and simple people along with your demise! We are suffering because of your ill- conceived decisions and outlandish claims.

  3. It appears that Apuron has abandoned four of his "precious" seminarians. He'll be abandoning his community in the weeks to come. Or, maybe his community will be abandoning him. I agree with Deacon Steve that the problems in the Archdiocese are attributed to Apuron's incompetence. "Unbeknownst" is a word he'll start using. Child sexual abuse? Golly, that was unbeknownst to him! Financial reports to the Vatican? Golly gee, unbeknownst to him!! Financial mismanagement at the Cathedral-Basilica? Golly, golly gee, unbeknownst to him!!!

  5. So, how did the four become six. I guess they were sneak it two more. But then it got all postponed, I heard.

  6. Blaming Deacon Martinez for not submitting financial reports six years in a row is very lame and sounds like a bunch of hoopla to me. Missing one year is too many, especially if it's mandated by the Vatican to be reported annually. Where was the archbishop? Does he have proof that he requested Deacon Martinez tp provide those reports for those years? I wouldn't be surprised to see a report pop up now that people are asking to see one. It'll probably be another unsigned letter that we've all seen as of late. What's the matter with the archbishop? Did he run out of ink in his pen? Does he have carpal tunnel or CRS syndrome? Where is Tony anyway?

    1. Tony, where are you? Sitting at a shiny long conference table in the most important law firm in the USA? Omg.

  7. Yes, where is Tony? Where is Waldo? When was the last sighting of the archie? Will we see him tomorrow at the 9:30 mass at the CB? Shall we play hide-and-seek? I think it's time we start looking for you to ask you some questions in person. You really don't have to be afraid of the regular Catholics. Stop hiding behind your bodyguards and your spokespersons. Guam is too small and you can't hide forever.

    2. What division...everyone on this blog have the same goal,...which is an arduous and painful end of the NCW aka NEO Cult and the arduous and painful end of brother Tony's evil reign....evil = lies and threats.... This will make a good movie one day....We will sit and watch with a bowl of popcorn brother Tony suffer the same fate as all of the good and faithful priests assigned to his care. Courageously expressed with JOY!!!

  9. - 10:20 PM - How can you say that this blog has become "anti-christian"? This is the only Blog that has kept up us "Real Christians" up to what your Brother Tony is doing to the Island of Guam. I have been gone from My Island of Guam for many years and when I went back home last year, I become aware of what was happening to our churches. Tables with flowers instead of a Real "Altar" - Not Alter!. The division was created with your Brother Tony who decided that the NEO is the way to go and not let the "True Christians" know that he is going this direction. I love My One True Catholic Church and will never change. If you want to create a new church, then create one. But since the true Catholics on Guam always give to their True Church, the NEOS thought that the donations was there and they will never get as much donations if they had their own church. Build Your Own Church and We Will Leave You Alone! DAH!

  10. - I forgot to give a Big "Thank You" to Tim for keeping Us True Christians aware of what is happening to Our True Church on Guam! God Bless You and Your Family!
