  2. Mr Tudela, I can only imagine your agony over the years as you told of sexual abuse at the hands of clergy and others. I pray for your healing and the passage of Bill 326-33. There must be deep cleaning of the church.

How could the one Mr. Tudela, Walter, Roy, Roland be expected by the church to put these words into practice while having to dealing with they're own emotional troubles. I'm so sorry for the victims to be treated in this way. God bless you all.

  4. Mr. Tudela, my heart goes out to you. but, I feel so helpless. You, on the other hand, have shown courage to come out to expose these kinds of people, religious people at that, when most people at your age would just give in to the "what's the use" attitude. May more people find inspiration in what you do.

  5. I was a Boy Scout in the 70s. I remember Father Louis taking us to Lonfit River to earn our swimming merit bagdes. It took a few sessions to complete the course. The last couple of sessions he told us that if we swam naked, he would take us afterwards and buy us ice cream. I wasn't physically molested by Father Louis but, ...since that event, even after attending St. Francis and graduating from FD, I have always thought that all priests were creepy and that I've always questioned the Catholic Church.

    1. I remember a Father Louis, haolie with glasses, who kept pornographic magazines at Barrigada church and would play with himself in front of us Boy Scouts. Same Lonfit River swims with McDonalds afterwards. Troop 13 Flaming Arrows.

    2. A priest who wuld come slushed to hear confessions. Classmates suspicious why he would ask them to elaborate on things...almost like he gets off in hearing the details.

  8. You realize of course that Fr. Louis' long career as a sexual pervert and child molester in the Archdiocese of Agana occurred under Archbishop Flores. It's something we are going to have to face. Many don't want to.

  9. Bishop Flores was installed in August 1971. Bishop Baumgartner was bishop of Guam from 1945 to 1970. Fr. Louis was here prior to Biahop Flores but I'm pretty sure Bishop Flores would have known about Fr. Louis.

  10. From database showing priests accused of sexual abuse: Extern priest from Diocese of Agana, Guam. On 12/31/13, the Duluth diocese released its list of 17 clergy, including Brouillard, who had been credibly accused of sexual abuse of young persons while serving in the diocese and another five who had been accused while residing in the diocese at some time. He worked in the diocese 7/81 - 11/12/85 before being removed from ministry. No faculties but lives in Pine City, MN as of 12/13

  11. Louis Brouillard. It's all here: http://www.bishopaccountability.org/Brouillard_Louis.htm

1949-1981 (32 years of mayhem on Guam, counting a 2-year sick leave and another 2-year gap) St. Jude (and school), San Vicente, Santa Teresita, a 2-year gap, FD (1968-76, he was there when Apuron taught there), San Vicente again, another 2 year gap, St. Williams (Tumon), then shuffled off to Qatar,um I mean Duluth.

There could be dozens of wounded men walking among us.

  12. This Fr.Louis was on Archdiocese pay roll for many years. Is he still paid by the Archdiocese of Agana today? Apuron allowed this. I suspect they all covered up each others sins.

    1. Since he is still incardinated on Guam, YES Fr. Louis Broulliard still gets money from the Archdiocese of Agana.
