IS IT TIME FOR HON GO HOME?

Posted by Bob

IS IT TIME FOR HON GO HOME? We came close to finding our this morning when a record 150 picketers showed up. We had our usual DEFROCK APURON, NO $$ FOR RMS and HON ?? signs. The 15 AB HON GO HOME signs went really quickly. Some folks brought homemade GO HOME signs. Had we had 150 HON GO HOME signs it would have been just about enough!

There were a lot of new faces including a delegation from Toto Parish--Toto folks are pretty protective of their Pastor and rightfully so.  Junglewatch Nation has always said that no bishop, whether Apuron or Hon, should ever ever be mean to one our priests. Tim laid out the latest instance of meanness in his post entitled THE WRATH OF HON which repeated a long Comment from Father Efren. In addition to relating the shameful way that Hon treated Father Mike, Fr. Efren had a general comment on the Hon administration that bears repeating:

                                                              ***
"If Archbishop Hon continues to quibble and remains duplicitous, he hampers the process. He is better off admitting that he is the wrong person! He may retire to his office where he can push paper and kiss rings! Archbishop Hon is costing us money we do not have, and is railroading the slow progress towards resolution. He has done a lot of damage just this last weekend, splitting our Catholic people into loyalties and confusion by demanding the reading of his letter. He is blaming priests for something he should have resolved on Week One of his arrival."

                                                             ***
                                                     The message?

  1. 150 picketers sets the record. Hon hates our picket line.

    1. I guess that's way Hon never celebrates the 9:30 a.m. mass at the cathedral. He hates being picketed. In fact, he very rarely celebrates ANY mass at the cathedral. I wonder where he celebrates or attends the mandatory mass required of priests.

  2. He will hate it more as it continues to grow. You can't kick our local priests around and expect us to keep quiet. That's how this whole movement started and continues to grow. Hon get the hell out of Dodge. Leave our priests alone.

  3. Suggestion for another Hon sign: "Hon, You're a failure!" Add that to the signs "Hon Go Home!" and "Defrock Apuron!" and everyone will get the message.
(especially Hon. do you know how it feels to be called a failure in public?)

    1. Yes, for you and me to be called a failure in public is bad enough, but imagine an archbishop, "personal representative of the Pope," to be called a failure by his flock? Already the media is on it. KUAM.com's news item (09/25/16) is titled "Protesting Catholics Call Archbishop Hon a failure."

  4. Hon has been the best recruitment tool for our picket. If he stays a bit longer we're going to need a bigger sidewalk!

    This is just the beginning.

  6. Way to Go Protesters/Picketers! Show Hon how much we Love and Will Protect our Father Mike Crisostomo for standing up for Guam's True Katolikus!

Now Hon - Does Father Mike still need to write his apology letter?

  8. Can you imagine how many Protesters/Picketers there would have been if Father Mike was not celebrating Mass? The 9:30 Toto Mass is always crowded so to count these people should show Hon that we mean business! We Love Father Mike Crisostomo and our Catholic Churches on Guam!
