THANK YOU, POPE FRANCIS!

Posted by Tim

Someone sent me a message that The Diana is going ballistic about my post yesterday, FORGIVENESS? - PART 3: A PROGRAM OF DESTRUCTION. Yawn. I always find it amusing when people try to guess my motives. It is a sad commentary as to how low they have sunk.

The fact that someone would do the right thing because it is the right thing doesn't occur to them. There must be something in it for them, be it money, the assuaging of a personal grievance, or the defense of a friend, or whatever. (I've been accused of it all, including the "whatever.")

Rather than argue against these inanities, let's say they're all true. Let's say I'm personally mad about something. Let's say that there's a big payoff for me (a real estate commission for selling the Yona property, LOL!), or I'm just protecting my friends. Let's say it's all true.

And let's say there is no truth to anything I've exposed. Let's say they're all "lies" as I am continually accused of spreading. Well then the fact that Archbishop Byrnes is now here (and Apuron is not) is a testament to the fact that even the pope believes my "lies." LOL.

It also means that the payoff must be pretty big because I have given thousands of hours of my life to this cause, and because I use my real name, unlike the cowards, I have exposed myself to constant ridicule, threats, and damage to my livelihood.

It is beyond the comprehension of the cowards that anyone would do what I have done and continue to do just because it is the right thing to do. And that says a lot about them. Meanwhile, here are just a few of the facts:
  • Apuron accused Fr. Paul of not terminating an employee as ordered.
  • We produced the document showing Fr. Paul's termination of the employee as ordered.
  • Apuron accused Fr. Paul of endangering children by retaining the employee as a maintenance man at Santa Barbara.
  • We produced the document that 13 years previously, Apuron had permitted the retaining of the same employee as a maintenance man at Santa Barbara.
  • Apuron accused Fr. Paul of building a stairway to his second floor room at the rectory to facilitate visits from this employee (and implying much more).
  • We produced the evidence showing that the stairway had been built by Fr. Paul's predecessor.
  • Apuron said that he did not terminate Fr. Paul in violation of Canon law.
  • We produced a report from a canon lawyer showing that Apuron had terminated Fr. Paul in violation of Canon law.
  • Apuron accused Msgr. James of having incurred millions of dollars of debt.
  • We produced the evidence that it was Apuron who signed the loans which incurred millions of dollars of debt.
  • Apuron accused Msgr. James of financial mismanagement.
  • We produced the evidence that the alleged financial mismanagement was nothing more than accounting issues, 90% of which had already been resolved at the time of Apuron's accusations, and persons no less than Joseph Rivera, former Director of Bureau of Budget and Management Research and current comptroller of a major private company, and Art Ilagan, former Director of Rev and Tax and current Real Estate commission for the Government of Guam, publicly testified to the falsity of Apuron's accusations.
  • Apuron said that the Yona property still belonged to the Archdiocese of Agana.
  • We produced the document, which Apuron secretly recorded at Land Management, showing that the property did not still belong to the Archdiocese of Agana.
  • Apuron insisted the document did not convey title to RMS, Inc.
  • We produced a bona fide legal opinion stating that the document conveyed title to RMS, Inc.
  • Apuron stated that Rome had permitted the neocatechumenal variant of the communion rite.
  • We produced the document that Rome did NOT permit the neocatechumenal variant of the communion rite (it's in the NCW statute).
  • Apuron said that he had the document showing that Rome had permitted the neocatechumenal variant of the communion rite and that it was "somewhere."
  • We produced the evidence that there was no document and that Apuron was lying by posting a Count-Up in the right sidebar that now shows 1 Year and 361 Days since he said he'd "find it."
  • Apuron threatened to sue John Toves for saying that he molested his cousin.
  • We produced four victims who testified publicly multiple times that Apuron molested them and then covered up decades of abuse.
  • Apuron defended the academic formation of seminarians at RMS
  • The ad hoc committee reports demonstrated that RMS did not have the academic credentials to form seminarians.
  • Apuron said that RMS was a seminary for Guam and produced diocesan priests.
  • The ad hoc committee report stated that the seminary was not for Guam and did not produce diocesan priests.
  • Apuron complained to the pope that Archbishop Hon was exceeding his authority.
  • The pope responded by appointing a coadjutor Archbishop who in function completely replaces Apuron and then sentenced him to a trial.
  • And there's more and more and more...

So what does my motivation have to do with any of this? Not one fact has been discounted, proven to be wrong, or otherwise discredited. The most they could come up with is a laughable letter from the joker in charge of the Vatican's office on Legislative Texts who called the Archdiocese of Agana the "Diocese of Guam," and admitted that he got all his information from Pius the Putrid. And even THAT, they hid from the public. LOL.

The facts are the facts regardless of my or anybody else's motivations. An attack on motivations is an admission that they have nothing and we are right.

By the way, on that last note about the trial. True to the nature of Kiko-spin, Apuron's trial is being spun as something he requested. LOL. Just like he "requested" the Holy Father send Hon and then Byrnes. And just like he "requested" the pastoral visit in 2015. We should know by now that Apuron did not "request" his canonical trial.

Here is what happened.

Pope Francis, in order to spare the Church even more embarrassment and heartache, asked Apuron to resign, TWICE! Apuron refused. And while Francis could have simply removed Apuron at that point, he decided to punish the narcissistic pedophile and sentenced him to a trial where he would be made an example of for the whole world to see.

Thank you, Pope Francis :)

  2. Tim, don't forget that Apuron filed a hierarchical recourse with the Holy See accusing Hon of exceeding his authority. The Holy See meaning the Holy Father slapped him down by rejecting the appeal and stating unequivocally that Hon had all and exclusive authority on all civil and canonical matters over the archdiocese without exception. The same with Archbishop Byrnes. The ruling is that there is no recourse against the decision of the Holy Father in appointing Hon. Nada. Apuron was trying to tell the Holy Father that his decision to appoint Hon was wrong. What an idiot! And the appeal was prepared by New Jersey with the assistance of the Trained Lawyer. Now that was truly an act of arrogance by the Neos and truly a slapped down by the Holy See. The walls around Kiko are crumbling.

Thank you for this info, Anon 10:41. Another example of the arrogance by the NCW and Abp. Apuron; and another example of how much fight the Gennarinis-Kiko will put up to keep their NCW’s [suspected] money laundering operations in Turks and Caicos Islands from being exposed. It’s unfathomable to me --- but not to the NCW, obviously --- that, as to the Archdiocese of Agana, these bozos went through the legal channels to tell the Pope that he did his job wrongly by suspending Abp. Apuron and temporarily replacing him with Abp. Hon who went beyond the boundary lines of what he can and can’t do. Who are the Gennarinis and Jackie-the-Trained-Lawyer that they can tell the Pope how to do his job ??!! Jackie-the-Trained lawyer can hardly do her job so where is her standing to tell the Pope how to do his job?! I agree, [once again, for the trillionth time] they are absolute idiots! I’m glad they got slapped down. Not having seen the papers, I’m thinking they challenged Abp. Hon’s duties because he was “sede plena” which does have limitations, one which relates to real estate. My mind is wandering as I write this that perhaps Abp Byrnes was the signator on the return deed documents because Abp Hon’s sede plena status limits him from transacting real estate deals on the Church’s behalf.

I know the NCW’s operations will be further exposed (not to the public, but to the Holy See) from Abp. Apuron’s present canonical trial. How can it not? The two are so intertwined. Thank God for that exposure. While I wished for the Pope’s swift “ex officio” dismissal-laicization of Abp. Apuron because it would have been issued without dragging out the time it will take for a canonical trial (or a similar legal process); and is non-appealable, I’m seeing now that, maybe … just maybe, the Pope wanted to play out Abp. Apuron’s situation in a canonical trial so that all the crap the NCW’s workings will be part of the Abp. Apuron’s record in the Holy See. While I see that as a good that comes out of that trial, a small part of me still thinks about the corruption that exists in the Holy See and that some or all of the tribunal judges are puppets of NCW-Gennarini-Kiko, and will lean in favor of Apuron despite the evidence against him. The operative words here are "small part" because the big part of me hopes in the enlightenment of the Holy Spirit and the justice of God to reign in this trial. Our prayers must continue that the trial will be clean from beginning to end and that the tribunal will rule against Abp. Apuron.

  3. Beuller? Beuller? Lol! Silence from the neocats cause they know they have nothing to refute all that Tim had stated thus far. Yes indeed, the walls are tumbling down.

    1. Thank you for your comment. Somehow the statement, "walls are tumbling down" gave me the image of apuron as humpty dumpty falling on his crown. It is an indelible image from our childhood that conjures a cautionary tale on arrogance. The "Ferris Bueller" allusion also gave an additional cricket sound to that neo silence. Thanks!

  4. Don't thank Francis for anything unless the fat lady sings. He's totally unpredictable, very political and he often sides with the opposition.
