MEANWHILE IN ROME, THE TERMITES CONTINUE THEIR EVIL WORK.

Cardinal Filoni, also known as the red Pope,

has not stopped his devious plan of expansion of the NCW.

While he was trying his darnest to save the career of our disgraced Archbishop, the corrupt

Apuron, he was also trying to control the damage done to his cherished  Neos here on Guam.

During his visit to Japan, at the occasion of the anniversary of the Hiroshima Nuclear Bombing, in the later part of 2017, he hand delivered a letter from Pope Francis to the Catholic bishops of Japan, obviously redacted by his services, which included a paragraph that mentioned "ecclesial movements approved by the Apostolic See".

According to UCA news, this became a heated conversation in local Catholic circles.

While Filoni was smart enough to barely mention this issue during this visit, it was widely understood that this was referring to the Neocatechumenal way, which had been creating a lot of trouble in Japan, specially in Katamatsu (the smallest diocese) where the Japanese Bishops closed the Redemptoris Mater seminary in 2009, which was found to be a center of destabilization of the whole Japanese Catholic Church.

In the middle of 2017 Filoni had unilaterally announced the re-establishment of the Redemptoris Mater in Tokyo, as a New seminary for Asia.

In fact Archbishop Tarcisius Isao Kikuchi, published an open letter on August 15 of that year, where he shared his confusion on where, why and how that new seminary would be established.

It was obvious that this was a total loss of face for the head of Japanese conference of Bishops, in a country where this is a terrible slight.

Lets move forward to 2019

Apparently Filoni, who is in constant competition with his former good friend Cardinal

Parolin, the Cardinal Secretary of State of the Vatican , and the main architect of the overture to the CCP. (which has been a catastrophe so far),

Seems to be engaged in a game of chess with his old pal. 

Parolin has been seen as the winner of the latest Vatican civil war, specially since he so aptly got rid of his major competitor (cardinal Pell of Australia) 

Filoni ace in the sleeve still remains the NCW, and its rapidly expanding, network of seminaries around the world.

This past Monday, it was announced that Filoni, had allowed (facilitated) the establishment of a new seminary in Macau.

That seminary shall be a Redemptoris Mater.

In a long and convoluted and often winded interview with the Agienza Fides, the official paper for the 

Evangelization Congregation, Cardinal Filoni gleefully announced his latest coup.

Soon after, the "other blog" on Guam was trumpeting that "wonderful news" to the 

followers of the cult on Guam and on the Neosphere.

It looks like Bishop Lee Bun Sang got swayed by some tempting arguments, that would not have flown in Hong Kong with Cardinal Zen. (perhaps it was a tit for tat for his recent nomination).

Yet it is surprising since he is affiliated with Opus Dei, a group not known to like Kiko very much.

(Is Filoni attempting his own hostile take over, for his own benefit,as Kiko is aging, and Carmen has been gone for a couple of years now?)

At least the new seminary is supposed to be funded and administered from Rome's Urban College which comes under the direct supervision of Filoni himself.

This could be a new approach for Filoni, to help the expansion of his own little Church within the Church. One thing Filoni learned from the scandal on Guam but also in Japan,is that the financial strain of supporting a RMS in a small, not so wealthy diocese, ultimately leads to strong resistance from the locals. This can, like on Guam and in Japan lead to their demise.
Filoni is anything but an idiot, and he really wants that white hat.
Who is going to stop him?
