For centuries, the Catholic Church ran on St. Augustine’s logical blueprint: the Ordo Amoris (the order of love). At the top sat the Supernatural (God and salvation), next the Spiritual and then the Intellectual, down to the basement: the Material.

But keeping your eyes on heaven makes for terrible secular PR. When Paul VI issued Humanae Vitae in 1968 to uphold spiritual law, progressive bishops threw a continental tantrum. Today, that same hierarchy plays docile lapdog to the "Synodal Church," demanding blind obedience to endless, aggressively vague meetings.

Welcome to the Great Inversion—a masterclass in institutional hypocrisy where the lowest rung (the material) is now supreme dogma. When it comes to the Mass, Orwellian doublespeak reaches peak performance. Thankfully, the laity are waking up. The lay people of Guam put their Post-Baptismal responsibilities into action. By successfully pushing out Vatican enforcers like Cardinal Filoni and Bishop Hon, Guam’s faithful forced the establishment to right-side the hierarchy of values. It is high time the rest of the Catholic world took notes. The global faithful must stop playing docile second fiddle to whatever fashionable nonsense rolls out of Rome and demand a return to the true Ordo Amoris.
