THE ONLY PERCEPTION NECESSARY

To those who continue to tell us that we have only misperceptions of the Neocatechumenal Way and that we do not have open minds. Here is the only perception necessary:

"I am sure you will attentively observe these norms that reflect what is provided for in the liturgical books approved by the Church." -
Translation: "Please obey."

"We also wish to thank you for the benevolence, mercy, and goodness You have shown to those farthest away in allowing the moving of the sign of peace and in granting a period of two years for the adaptation of the manner of distributing the Communion of the Body and the Blood of the Lord: we have always shown to the many brothers who have emerged from hell, full of wounds and of self-loathing, that in the Holy Eucharist the Lord makes present his love, dying and rising for them; and not only that, but prepares a table, an eschatological banquet, which makes Heaven present and where He himself, full of love, has them sit down and comes to serve them: “He will have them recline at the table and will come and wait on them” (Lk 12:37).
In this way, every time we celebrate the Eucharist we experience the power this sacrament has to draw them into the Passover of Christ, bringing them from sadness to joy, from darkness to light, from death to life… "
Translation: "We will not obey. You are wrong. We are right."

  1. There is nothing more to say. Every time a document comes up there is silence. The truth speaks for itself.

    1. So very true. Tim always provides documents to the truth. We all are asking them to show 1 document, 1 piece of paper and they have nothing.

  2. Can the statement of "the many brothers who have emerged from hell" mean?

  4. Kiko needs to read the Catechism of the Catholic Church
CCC paragraph 1068 states "It is this mystery of Christ that the Church proclaims and celebrates in her liturgy so that the faithful may live from it and bear witness to it in the world: For it is in the liturgy, especially in the divine sacrifice of the Eucharist, that “the work of our redemption is accomplished,” and it is through the liturgy especially that the faithful are enabled to express in their lives and manifest to others the mystery of Christ and the real nature of the true Church.

Kiko, NCW priests and Novus Ordo priests, and all unchatechized Catholics note that Mass is...the divine sacrifice of the Eucharist! NOT a banquet.

    1. The CCC entry is a direct quote from the first document promulgated at Vatican II: Sacrosanctum Concilium.

  5. I am a conservative and I do not want changes in the Catholic Church ( established by Christ or Second Vatican reforms ) true Sir ! of what you said " , the eucharist is a divine liturgy celebrating the sacrifice of Christ " not a banquet I think the NCW is beginning to be Pro-Protestant at this time !

  6. I guess a few responses, my Evaluation of Kiko's Letter, First off he Thanks the holy father for the time to change how they do the Eucharist. I was with the group until 2005, I recently attended the mass an noticed that they made a change, We do stand to accept the Eucharist, When I was attending in 2005 we sat. Therefore, your translation of "we will not obey..." is incorrect, as they did change. I couldn't exactly tell you when, I forgot to ask people about the change after the mass. Secondly "the many brothers who emerge from hell" is a statement talking about the people who have turned their lives back to the church. lastly, was not the last supper a meal? they greatest meal of all history? Most people would say a great meal would be a banquet. Their way of doing the liturgy of the Eucharist is in full communion with the catholic church. Do you get upset at Melkite Catholics? how about the Latin Rite? or how about the newly accepted Anglican Catholics that are in communion with the Roman Catholics?
