THINKING OF VOTING FOR SEN. RESPICIO? THINK AGAIN.

"So I've read where Sen. Rory Respicio has created a "FOIA" Council to increase government transparency. Really? The words "Respicio" and "transparency" in the same sentence?"

  2. Unfortunately Tim, you are spot on. It is ironic that the worst attacks on the Catholic Church are from Catholics themselves. Look at Pelosi, Cuomo, etc. With friends like Rory, who needs enemies! sigh.

    1. And other CATHOLICS on Guam besides R. Respicia rating of "Poor" Legislative record when it comes to supporting life include T. Muna-Barnes, B. Pangelinan, A. Yamashita; and T.Ada and BJ Cruz -- unpredictable; which is sad, considering The Catholic teachings on sanctity and dignity of all life from conception to natural death.

When it comes to the intrinsic evil that abortion is, there are no grey areas, for us Catholics, when it comes to the intrinsic evil that abortion is! This is a "non-negotiable" stance for the Faithful Catholic!

  3. That is your arena, Tim! Fight politics, fight the "evil" Democrats tooth and nail. Lol!

Never mind Democrats are actually for social justice that you have zero idea of. Never mind Republicans are sellout to the military-industrial lobby that brings subjugation to Guam. Never mind anything, Tim! Just fight your wars in a spoon.

    2. 11:25am We shouldn't have to trade one violence for another, or a social injustice for another; but Natural moral law, along with Simple ethics and Common Basic humanitarian reasons alone, would compel the average civiland decent person toward the knowledge and fact that protecting and preserving life, especially the helpless unborn life of babies, comes before any social justice interests!

In fact it would be Barbaric Injustice not to protect helpless baby human beings, and instead choose to stand in allegiance to and promote abortion in the name of Politics and a particular political party, over a stance for the Life of Unborn Babies unable to fight and speak for their Right To Life!

If we can pass laws that protect the extinction of the mere "fanihi" why not the Chamorro babies at risk of ethnic extinction -- or all babies in the womb at risk of abortion, for that matter!

    3. @11:25 am: Who said anything about democrats?

    4. Precisely why I know it is Respicio. If I have supported any senator it has been Senator Rodriguez, a democrat, and not because he is a democrat, but simply because he was the only one willing to advance the legislation. I even supported Frank Aguon when he put his money where his mouth was and advanced the born alive act. I have often wondered why the Republicans are not more pro-active on the abortion issue.

  4. Senator: you are too young to understand this-almost 200 years after it was founded, the Democratic party has become the opposite of what it once was. Now it is a party of special interests payouts that do not benefit the whole country, but rather privileged groups of citizens.
    THE OPPOSITE.
