LYING TO THE GOVERNMENT?

On January 14, 2015, Mr. Danny Quichocho, a corporate officer of Redemptoris Mater Seminary, Archdiocese of Agana, a non-profit corporation incorporated in the U.S. territory of Guam, signed the following statement before a public notary:
I, Danny Quichocho, being duly sworn, depose and say that I am the President or Treasurer or Secretary of The Redemptoris Mater Seminary, Archdiocese of Agana and that this Annual Report and the information set forth herein is true and correct to the best of my information, knowledge and belief.
The information that was "set forth herein" was the names of the (RMS) corporation's officers and principal directors for the year 2005.

As demonstrated in a previous post, two of the persons listed (Frs. Rodriguez and Sciberras) were, at the time (2005), neither among the corporation's officers nor among its principal directors as sworn to by Mr. Danny Quichocho on the corporation's annual report which is required to be filed by the Government of Guam.

If Mr. Quichocho knew this information NOT to be true and signed before the notary anyway, and if it can be proven that he in fact knew that this information was false, then he could be prosecuted for at least lying to the government if not something more.

Chances are though that Mr. Quichocho probably did not know, and he did not know probably because he did not ask, and he did not ask probably because he's a neo. And therein lies a much bigger problem than simply lying to the government. It is lying to us, the Catholic faithful of the Archdiocese of Agana.

Apparently, no one knows anything at RMS. It's a fake on so many levels: no current published certificate of affiliation with the Lateran, no published academic handbook, no published and verified list of stable professors, not to mention a seriously defective and dismal "product", and now ten years of not filing something as simple as a corporate report.

And when the reports were actually filed after I made RMS's non-compliance known on this blog, at least for the year 2005, the data was simply made up, probably because the RMS puppets never expected anybody to look.

Well, I did. And I did because I am so used to being lied to at every level by the people who run this archdiocese and especially about this fake multi-million dollar operation that Apuron wants us to believe is a "seminary for Guam" but has done nothing but produce a giant sucking sound - of money, of life, of faith, and in the case of one presbyter product...ummm, well that Agat beach will never be the same!

I also understand that Mr. Quichocho is on the Archdiocesan Finance Council and is one of the people who replaced the former members fired by Apuron after they refused to give away the former Accion hotel property to RMS.

Understand that this same Mr. Quichocho who apparently was willing to believe and do whatever he was told without checking, as evidenced by the misinformation on the 2005 Annual Report, is also on Apuron's Finance Council and is in a position to okay the alienation of millions of dollars of archdiocesan assets.

We hope he has better judgement - as well as the other members of the finance council who are neo's.

Mr. Quichocho, you may want to get up to Rev and Tax and fix this error immediately. You may also want to double check the information on all the other reports you affixed your name to. I'll be checking.

Courage.

    1. Wow! If I was that stupid I wouldn't use my name either. Corporate annual reports are public documents. No FOIA is needed. See. Now you've learned something. Better for you to stay anonymous....and a Kiko.

  3. Anon 9:09 PM. It is indeed frustrating for all you Neo's to be exposed daily for your bumbling efforts to keep up with Tim. As always you are a day late and a dollar short. Your actions should be sold for comedy reality show on t.v. similar to the Keystone Cops of a long gone era. :)

  4. Ignorance does not excuse Mr. Quichocho. If he swore under oath that the information is true and they are not, I think he committed perjury.
