HOPE YOU AREN'T GETTING MARRIED OR BURIED ON SEPTEMBER 05

Pre-registration for this event is so bad Apuron is ordering everyone in the archdiocese to close up shop and let the dead bury the dead so ya'll can show up at his CCD deal.
Sadly, Apuron - or is it Adrian? - probably doesn't care if anyone goes to the CCD event since as far as they're concerned (to paraphrase Adrian): "In this archdiocese CCD is no more. There is only the Neocatechumenal Way."

(The actual quote was said by Adrian to Fr. Kidd when he was trying to become a priest at a real seminary: "In this archdiocese the diocesan priesthood is NO MORE. There is ONLY the Neocatechumenal Way.")

The only reason why Apuron/Adrian is trying to get the attendance up is because an actual legitimate bishop is going to be the keynote speaker and they don't want to be embarrassed.

How ironic that the title of the conference is "Safeguarding the Dignity of Every Human Person" when we have spent the last two years watching the leadership of this archdiocese acting in COMPLETE DISREGARD for the "Dignity of Every Human Person," except their friends.

We are sure Bishop Pablo Virgilio Siongco David will quite be able to smell the rats and avoid them.

By the way, some thought that Apuron was going to skip out on the whole deal and fly off to Kikoland (once again). No, he'll be there. But will be flying off to Kiko-land first thing the next morning. Word is that Kiko is throwing a big birthday party for The Way at his big Domus by the Sea and no way is Airport Anthony going to miss that. P.S. Say hello to xxx Louie. How's that investigation coming?

Kiko's Domus by the Sea (in case you're wondering where the money goes)

  1. A friend of mine just passed away and his family had planned on his funeral for that day. What a slap in the face. Just one more reason to dislike the guy more.

  2. Being buried or getting married on the 5th of September is not what is bothering me. What if I should be in need of a priest to perform the sacrament of the sick should anything happen to me on this particular day.

  3. And I've been patiently waiting on September 5th to arrive. It's my day of celebration. Double celebration? It's the death anniversary of Mother Teresa and also my birthday. For years I've been attending the Sacrifice of the Holy Mass at Ordot Church for a birthday blessing. Thanks anyways!

  4. if i was scheduled for burial that day and the powers-that-be rescheduled it because of this, i'd ask if i could come back for a little while and haunt them. :)

    1. Interesting because wedding are normally scheduled month in advance. Invitations ordered, reception reserved, deposit made and now they pull this fast one. Wow! This reminded me of my own mother's funeral day when the night before her burial, I got a call from the secretary of the Cathedral informing me that when we made the reservations for the use of the cathedral, they forgot to let me know that for my use of the church it would cost me $300.00 an hour... This call I got just hours before the our mother was to arrive at the cathedral. A week later, someone who is close to the cathedral circle was getting married and they were charged $100.00 an hour.....Wow, this really hurts that my own church to which we are very faithful to was making money out of the dead. My mother was very close to the church to the day she died. But that's okay because God is not asleep. They know who I am. So there be no guessing game, let me sign my name Peter Alecxis Ada and yes it really hurts and so was my family.

    2. thank you for sharing your name, mr ada. by doing so, you are putting a much greater weight and authenticity to the seriousness of the problems the archdiocese is facing.

i'm very sorry to hear about how your mother was treated. it always pains me to learn whenever a parish puts money before sacraments and works of mercy. our parishes shouldn't be places that give special treatment or that deny services because of the inability to pay.

    3. The Sacraments are a free gift from God to his Church, There should not be any impediments or stumbling block for one receiving them, most especially monetary gains. They are not for sale.

  5. funerals and weddings are not just regularly schedule activities. Death is not scheduled and weddings are not regular. Just have it.

  6. Ok. It is for show for the visiting bishop. I was wondering how come they want it to be well attended. Even rallying the Kapampangas to attend and saying in no uncertain terms, support your bishop. It is for show. To my Kapampangan friends, have a separate gathering for the bishop where you can really honor him. Safeguarding the dignity of EVERY human being. They give lip service to that theme. The same way they did lip service to the a previous theme about the Prodigal Son. They heard that talk. Did they put it into heart. Did they practice what they preached. Remember what happened at Santa Barbara. They used this guy to go after Fr. Paul. They used this guy who is part of the EVERY human being's dignity.

  7. They need to bring in a Keynote Speaker because those bumbling buffoons are clueless on how to safeguard the dignity of people. In fact, they are guilty of destroying the dignity of those who oppose the NCW leadership. The whole thing is a farce.

    1. They need a keynote speaker because at least they can say you didn't hear it from us. What welcoming a prodigal son. What dignity of every human being. When did we say that.

7.01pm. Here in the Philippines a country of seven thousand islands Apuron is reviled by catholic priests and bishops. Reviled because of the way he has treated Filipinos over the years. Most certainly in metro Manila the name of Apuron brings only disgust to the faces of many priests. Manila priests certainly do not need his money or his pathetic mentality. May I remind all our readers that when his own Filipino priests were sick here in Manila and his own pathetic Dominic Kim refused any help . Let's remember it was Momsignor James who helped there along with our own people in Manila. Reality is Apuron is reviled In Manila hated deteste for he has never appreciated our priests our people or country. After all he denied his own Filipino blood. But this weekend as he grovels to show off to bishop Davide don't worry we all know what a fake Apuron is. This CCD conference it's all a show. bishop David is a good guy great speaker but also being used by the pathetic Apuron.

  9. How sad that the Archbishop and the leaders and hierarchy of our Catholic Church on Guam actually believe that bringing in a "keynote speaker" (neo or non-neo) -- ONCE A YEAR -- is sufficient with regard to their responsibility and duty to provide spiritual nourishment for and formation of the faithful of Guam! I'm not attending this conference.

Moreover, it's difficult to take our Archbishop and our Catholic leaders and hierarchy on Guam with any credibility or even with any level of regard and respect when they have been less than poor examples of Christian and Catholic models of charity and morality -- as the shepherd and as leaders of our Catholic Church on Guam. I'm not attending this conference.

  10. I doubt the attendance will be 100%. There is a fee you need to pay to attend and most parishes won't cover that......$30.00 per person.

  12. Some say: "they're going to this conference on Saturday just to listen to the keynote speaker then, they will leave." It’s giving in to force and to pressure from the obvious bullying from this Catholic hierarchy who bullied and will continue to bully our local non-neo priest, and who has no regard for non-neo faithful except for our money.

Attendance still requires forking out the $30 to the chancery, which constitutes continued financial support of this hierarchy, whether one pays the entrance fee or the parish funds pays it.

A brief attendance at this conference still puffs up their attendance “numbers”; numbers which they will boast, gives credence to their future plans to take advantage of more Church events which are regarded as mere money-making benefits.

Attendance means an ID’d presence which will be noted because it will bolster this hierarchy’s smugness in continuing their in-your-face deceit, lies, abuse and blatant inconsideration of our local faithful and our Catholic Church on Guam.

So true Marilu. Let's not give them the satisfaction. People, please don't fall for their tricks.
