ARROYO LIES. NO SURPRISE. DIFFERENT FACES. SAME LIES.

http://www.pacificnewscenter.com/local/9917

ARROYO: "I know that if they have these allegations then say, 'Hey, I want revenge. I want you to do something right now.'

NOTE TO DAVID LUJAN:

Add Msgr. Arroyo to the list of defendants on your defamation suit. NOT ONCE did any of the victims say they want revenge. They have only asked that Apuron admit what he did to them and apologize so they can find closure and healing of their gaping 40 year old wounds.

Yet, this idiot Arroyo, in only his second day on the job as the new spokesman for the Archdiocese, taking the place of Eddy the Waldo, ACCUSES these poor people who were so horribly abused by the man they probably trusted more than their own parents, of wanting revenge.

BULLSHIT!

But now that you mentioned revenge, Arroyo, I'm sure we can get them to seek it, and you have just placed yourself in the legal bullseye.

ARROYO: We need also to be patient. It’s not really that easy. The church, also, when it comes to dealing with allegations of bishops, that’s different,"

Yah? Well we'll show you in court that when it comes to bishops it is NOT different. But what a crock of crap. All these victims were asking was for the Archbishop to acknowledge what he did to them. And regardless of the veracity of the accusations, the Catholic Church has a "duty of care" to the persons making those accusations. This same pope who Arroyo and Hon are hiding behind has stressed over and over that this duty of care is to be of "primary concern."

But thanks to Arroyo and Hon, we are now going to show you that when it comes to bishops it is NOT different in the real world, in the world of courts and law suits and where there is no church to hide behind.

PNC: "You said that only Rome can make that decision when it comes to bishops. So Archbishop Hon doesn’t have that power?"

"No. All he can do is basically be there, say this is what the allegations are and then he presents it to Rome and Rome will decide on what to do ... when it comes to the bishops it’s gotta be the decision of the pope So nobody can remove the bishop from the diocese or archdiocese except for the holy father because he’s the one who puts them there, so he’s the one to remove."

Arroyo is either really stupid or really a LIAR. On June 5, this same pope assigned the responsibility for investigating bishops to the "competent congregation." The "competent congregation" for Guam is the Congregation for the Evangelization of People for which Hon is the Secretary, second only to the Prefect, Ferdinand Filoni, the Kiko-ite. And Arroyo wants to spit in our face and say that Hon can't do anything but send letters to Rome.

BULLSHIT!

In the meantime, Msgr. Arroyo says Archbishop Hon is working to instill unity and harmony within the church. Msgr. Arroyo also says that the church is reaching out to the alleged victims.

"We tried to reach out to them. That’s the reason why Father Patrick is the one, kind of helping to reach out to these people so they would be able to come and and then give them some kind of encouragement, too; help them also with some kind of healing," says Msgr. Arroyo.

ONE HUGE ARROYO LIE! Not one victim received one phone call from anyone in Hon's administration.

As of news time, Doris Concepcion, who says her son was molested by Archbishop Apuron, says no one from the Archdiocese has reached out to her. She also says that the three other alleged victims have not been contacted by the Archdiocese either.

Different faces. Same lies.

Here. Enjoy a repeat performance of this LIAR.

  2. Brigido Arroyo, you know what you've done to many women and men. Revenge? Far from it. It is called, priesthood, vows to God, promises to the Laity, and you still hide behind not only Holy Mother Church, but the USA Federal Government, the USA Veterans, the Guam National guard, and above all, your sister and family! Why did you stay in to corrupt the Church? And selfish you, Pat Garcia is from Tamuning and you've never relinquished your pastorship. Why? No conscience at all!

  3. Your post is about bibi arroyo. Your P.S. implies something happened involving bibi in the Mangilao rectory in 1969. Please tell us more.

Oh my. My parish has always had a buzz about Fr Bibi. I can only imagine that Tim's note is a reflection of what we have heard for many years. Is this another scandal in the making. Sounds like it.

But with Hon in the drivers seat, maybe nothing will happen again. Just like Fr Luis, Bibi is a Neo-kiko so he is immune from sex abuse policy. This is messed up. Can someone call Rome?

Oops, like Tim says, this is our battle. People of Mangilao, and Tamuning, time to join the fierce protest against corruption at all levels of the Church!

  4. You just called bibi arroyo a liar. Isn't that grounds for a lawsuit? Why doesn't bibi sue you? What is he afraid of? That the truth, the whole truth, will come out? No wonder he won't sue you.

    1. Thst's just it. He does not read JW - or says he diesn't. Someone has to show him the blog traffic, otherwise he will be oblivious to ongoing criticism and innuendoes about him. Yes, he should sue, in order for Lady Justice to get to the bottom of his own indiscretions.

    1. Fellow Catholics, If there any knowledge of sin or improper action committed by any of these priests, It becomes our obligation to let the proper authorities know. Let us no longer hide any facts, especially those committed against the innocent. Call these people out on their actions, and let them be accountable for what they did. All victims deserve justice..

Be a man and expose him now. Now is the time of total cleansing. If you know anything, expose it now to purify our Church, once and for all!

  6. Why are bishops given special treatment by the Vatican as opposed to priests? I didn't realized the allegatoons of child sex abuse is treated differently for bishops. Why? A pedophile is a pedophile no matter the clothing he wears. Apuron should be treated like any other criminal.

  7. Patience? Rome has had Walter's statement since last August. It sounds like they are simply dragging their feet. And what investigation? No victim has received a letter from Rome that the charges are under offical investigation. The victims are totally in the dark with what the Church is doing. That's bullshit alright.

The corrupt ones will say that this all takes time. BS! It ios only an excuse to wait till we give up.

      Proof?

Fr Luis investigation dragging along from 03/2015 until 04/2026. Nothing was happening. Then Fr Luis found to be giving weekend sleep over to youths. Bishop in Qatar chides Chuck White and implores Rome to do an investigation. Then, magically, in June 2016, just 2 months later, Rome has completed their investigation and found no problems.

If true, that means when Rome gets involved things happen within 2 months.

So if this is true, Walter Denton spoke to Rome in 2015. So why hasn't this investigation been completed? Obviously, neither investigation has been done. Even Rome is trying to cover up the huge problem of se abuse in Guam. We must expose all the evil to cleanse the Church of the dark cloud.

  8. Has Hon or Arroyo or Claros responded to Attorney Lujan's questions contained in a letter that was sent over three weeks ago? I don't think so. It definitely sounds like a lot of food dragging.

  9. If the Church has zero tolerance for child sex abuse, why didn't they come forward and testify for the bill lifting the statute of limitations? By doing so, it will show that they support the right of victims to have justice by having their day in court. I guess they are more interested in protecting their own and not the victims. I mean look at what they did with Fr. Luis Camacho. They sent him off island immediately after he was caught having oral sex with a minor girl in some isolated beach in Agat and during school hours. How screwed up is that?

  10. was he trying to throw fr patrick castro under the bus? well, in any case, now fr patrick will have to answer to this.

peace and harmony and unity?? sorry, but i'm pretty sure the pope didn't send a powerful vatican official out to a small island to break out the s'mores and sing kumbaya and have everybody give each other a hug.

i really hope that some of guam's priests have at least privately reached out to the four victims. i wish the journalists had asked that question: "even if the archdiocese had not contacted you, have any of the clergy reached out to you even in a personal, private capacity?"

sorry, but my patience has run out on guam's clergy. this is systemic failure at every level. i'm calling you out, fathers: your time for silence is over.

  14. Monsignor Arroyo - You said - "I know that if they have these allegations then say, 'Hey, I want revenge. I want you to do something right now."

ANSWER: NONE OF THE VICTIMS have ever used the word "revenge" - They just want Apuron to admit he did wrong! There is a difference in the meaning of "revenge" and "admit"! And Yes - You Should Be Doing Something RIGHT NOW!

You said - "Father Patrick is the one, kind of helping to reach out to these people..."

ANSWER: What do you mean "kind of helping to reach out....? Isn't he supposed to reach out - NOT "KIND OF HELPING? And as far as we know, the VICTIMS have NOT BE REACH OUT YET!

You said "We need also to be patient. It’s not really that easy. The church, also, when it comes to dealing with allegations of bishops, that’s different".

ANSWER: WHY IS THERE A DIFFERENCE? ALL CHILD MOLESTERS/ABUSERS SHOULD TREATED THE SAME - WHETHER YOU ARE IN THE PRIVATE SECTOR OR CATHOLIC BISHOPS, PRIESTS, OR PRESBYTERS! Please explain!

NOTE: As the New Spokesman for the Archdiocese, you should be very careful of the words you use. What you are writing is not what I am interpreting as to what you mean. Sometimes short comments are better! The more you say, the more people with solid education can tear your sentences apart.

My Personal Opinion - You Have Just Opened a Whole New Can of Worms!

  15. Monsignor Bibi, say it isn't so? I grew up with you as our parish priest and always had the highest respect for you. You even baptized my child at my request. As my whole Catholic upbringing comes crashing down with the revelation of corruption, greed and evil seething beneath many priestly garbs, I am thankful that my faith is in our Lord and not in these unholy men who choose to live this lie. I still hold out hope that Bibi is not like the rest of the kikobots, but it seems that hope is fading fast. How is it that this tiny island of ours has seen so much corruption from these men of the cloth? Do they not understand that the evil they perpetrate will result in eternal damnation? I've learned enough about HELL to know that I DO NOT want to go there. No amount of money, fame, or worldly goods could get me to turn against God and risk my fate. If anything, as sad as the situation is in our Mother Church, it's made me more steadfast in seeking God, being closer to God and raising my children to know him and seek him as well. The situation has allowed my family to be aware of and armed against this evil. Father Bibi, I will pray for you.

    1. Anonymous June 29, 2016 at 7:22 AM - The reason why the Tiny Island of Guam has seen so much corruption is just that - It is a Tiny Island! If Guam is as big as Hawaii or Japan, it will be not be as obvious. But at least our Tiny Island in the Pacific is making a Huge Impression in the World. We are fighting to get our True Catholic Churches back to the way they were before it was invaded by this so called NCW or NEO Group. Continue to Believe in Our One True God.

    2. Very well said, Anon @7:22AM!!!! Those who leave (the Church that God Himself built) because of human brokenness have placed faith in human beings and not in God to begin with! Jesus promised that not even the gates of HELL will prevail against His Church! And as you say, "...as sad as the situation is in our Mother Church, it's made me more steadfast in seeking God..., I can't help but hear the words of the then Fr. John Corapi echoing in my ear: "God at times allows bad things to happen so as to bring about a greater good!" Keep the Faith!!!!

    3. NEO Cult Presbyter Bibi Arroyo double dips; collects retirement pay from both the Archdiocese and Department of Defense in addition to regular pay as the Pastor for Saint Anthony's. Thanks to ArchNEO Cult Presbyter Anthony Sablan, he has two priests (Monsignor James and Father Paul) that carry the load of the parish so he can collect more stipends from the military when he says mass at Naval Air Station. Typical NEO Cult Mentality.. Money Money Money.. All for the money especially insurmountable wealth being placed in those mysterious black trash bags....
