  1. Oh dear Apuron did you buy a gift to silence a young man? You son of a whore. Will you still be bishop in one month? You son of a bitch.

  2. OMG! More victims? 1964 is a lot earlier than Agat. Makes me wonder if the abuse started within the family and continued. Talk to the nephews. On second thought, they'll never rat him out. Too much money, land, cars and favors passing around. We need our own moles/subops, better intel and surveillance to smoke him out.

    1. Apuron only 19 in 1964 so perhaps his serial attacks had not yet begun. Studying him i doubt they began before ordination.a part of the sexual power of him is to hold power over others by his priesthood.in other words he abused expecting kids to then do as he wishes because he is a priest.Remember what he promised Walter Good Grades.its all about power position over others for him. Remove his power and he amounts to a rather pathetic man who would certainly never make it in the business world.

    2. He learned how to use power from his tutor.

    3. Rumor has it Apurun undergoing another scrutiny...his final scrutiny. But it's not by Pius. Instead it's by a group of me dressed with red sashes, and a man in white observing in horror as he continues to lie and bend reality.

Smoke rising from Vatican can only mean that Apurun is the cause for the downfall of Kiko's realm. Now the Church can begin to heal.

If Kiko wants to continue, he will be free to do outside - from outside the Church, not from within.

      Hasta la vista kikos.

    3. So what, if any, is the connection with Archbishop Apuron? See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emerson_John_Moore

    4. I don't know. Wondering myself. Reading the Wikipedia entry, I am disappointed in O'Connor's "eulogy." This is why funeral sermons should never be about the deceased, and being a priest or bishop should have nothing to do with color.

  4. More Apurun crimes will come forward. Vince was right to call him a serial sex abuser.

    1. I would say he is a serial sex abuser of teenage boys 16 - 20. There is a profile of his sexual preferences. Walter @ Roy unfortunately fit the profile. I hope once this enters court these things will surface.

  5. Previous articles on JW focused on academic requirements for entrance to St.Patrick's Seminary and RMS. Section H of admission policies to St.Patrick's ask for HIV Testing. Does RMS ask for HIV testing?

    3. Not as far as we know.
In his "answer" to A Camacho's press conference, Pius basically admitted that they do not have a screening outside of their weird rituals of selection. He tried to deflect the issue by referring to a supposed Archdiocese standards. We know that it is inexistant.

    1. You can be sure he will be served.
Plenty of subpoenas coming his way. And crystal no balls and David the (former) vg knew it all and failed to act. You can be sure the process servers will soon darken their doorsteps.

      Ding-dong

      They're here already?

      Nope. Just an angry mob.

    2. I hope when the time comes for them to be subpoenad it will be shown live stream. Same when court opens needs to be live stream

    3. I am pretty sure Adrian know as well and should be getting his walking papers as well. Maybe they can all be checked in at GITMO since there are plenty of room there for them and bring all their neos too.

  9. How do you qualify in the American Jury systemto get an invite subpoena to be an invited guest to talk at their civil trial?

    1. Contact one of the lawyers for the plaintiffs or defendants.

If you are an obvious material witness, this can be arranged even without you contacting them.

Usually they prefer to have an interview or deposition first, before a trial subpoena.

But not always, especially if you are a potentially hostile or recalcitrant witness.

If you are deeply involved, you might even be named as a defendant (substituted in for one of the anonymous John / Jane Doe defendants).

  10. Thankyou CNMI lawyer.
If a person takes the witness stand on Guam can he use that position to expose abuse in the CNMI

  11. What about non Guam Residents or US citizens are they qualified to appear on the witness stand to speak against Apuron. And does the American RICO Act apply on Guam. Eg a guam person buying property on church money in usa under several corporations to hide the true property purchaser.

    1. There is no citizenship or residence requirement to be a witness. Or a defendant, for that matter, as long as there is personal jurisdiction -- minimum contacts with the forum locale (Guam).

Like most federal laws, the RICO Act applies on Guam.

  12. Im curious about this car.
I been asking around who owns it but no one seems to know. I suspect it was a gift in exchange for silence. Wink wink you know what i mean.
