HEY JACKIE, YOU'RE "INVALID"

  2. Tim, you are to be credited for being a part of the movement that kept the fire in holding this archdiocese accountable for the removal of Msgr. James. Even though Archb Hon's declaration can be considered short of re-issuing another decree, etc. I think we can all agree that there was finally action after two long years even when Archb Hon knew about it during his visitation. Tim, thank you on behalf of so many who stood by the sidelines while you fought for us. Just a word of thanks.

  3. Another victory for Tim. Another defeat for a not so well trained lawyer.

  4. Altho this is definitely water under the bridge, just like to know if Apuron issued a clarification as requested by the Prebysteral Council. Or did he just ignore the request.

  7. Catholic Cemeteries of Guam just filed a complaint against Monsignor James through the GPD and the AG's office.

  8. Back pedal...Quick, quick!

That issue has been cleared in the 170 page retort.

Guam need to get rid of the neos because this ridiculousness will never cease!

Neos breathing their last breaths but man they are holding on to dear life.

Enough is enough! Justice prevailed. Tim won. Msgr James has been exonerated.

  9. It seems Hon does not know what the hell is going on, even though he "has the power." Or, does he. The double speak goes on.

  10. I thought that trained lawyer only represented tony. So why is she filing a complaint as if she's the representative of the Catholic cemeteries of guam? Is she that stupid?

  11. Was Marian at the press conference? She gladly participated in that farce of an accusation against Msgr. Benevente. How the Mercy Sisters here on Guam could elect her as head of their order is beyond me. They now have the face of a liar, abbetor and conspirator to call Mother. Sickening. You can't escape your wrongdoings Marian. Write a public letter of apology for your complicit stupidity in signing the false statement and charges against Msgr. Benevente in the Umatuna. Then leave Guam and do pennance and prayer in New Jersey. You deserve no sympathy or mercy, the same you afforded Msgr. Benavente.

  12. Did this order for the filing come directly from the RED HOT LINE IN RM 114?

  13. I guess it was Fr Jeff last official appearance as Delegate.
Last night at the Home coming for the Fr Duenas Football game, he looked relieved and almost happy.
