LAPAZ: "I DO NOT WANT EVEN MY WORST ENEMY SUFFERING AS I DID IN THE NCW!"

Posted by Tim

There was a lot of news this morning, and Lapaz' latest installment on the Hennigan memos was quickly pushed down the list. Don't want you to miss it. Read it here. By the way, I see a new opportunity for some ambitious lawyers. It appears Dave Lujan has the corner on the sex abuse cases, but psychological abuse within the NCW, as detailed by Lapaz and now others, is a wide open field. In today's news, it was announced that Attorney Lujan is going after the Vatican itself. With Cardinal Filoni's documented involvement with protecting the NCW and RMS on Guam, there may be an easy path to sue Filoni and the Vatican for the damage done to so many souls at the hands of a Vatican-certified organization. More on this to come.

  1. So glad that Atty Lujan is motivated to pursue justice for his clients and, given Filoni's involvement, he can take it all the way to Rome! A BIG THUMBS UP to you Attorney Lujan!!

  2. Good to have our island represented...not just locally, but in Rome as well!

No winners at the end of all this. I truly believe the only losers are those that continue to perpetuate that our Catholic Church is either "NCW all the way!" and/or "dead and gone". I feel that in the end...We either ship up or shape out! We lose either way but hopefully start a new beginning!

  3. I know of at least one archdiocese (outside the UK) (I suspect there are many) where otherwise passable priests are required by their ordinary to ditch their integrity by harassing the parishioners yearly by telling them it is far more valuable to join the NCW than any other activity.

  4. The constant sleight of hand by lay and ordained superiors is violating the consciences of present, would-be and past members of "communities" who only wanted to join something honest.

The itinerants sabotage the "communities" with their melodrama. There is stilted talk addressed to outsiders and higher-ups in the hearing of unenquiring Catholic newspaper reporters. Occasional testimonials are from members who will parrot the line and not true to life for most of the others.

The NCW scheme has been a colossal Church waster - the life got sucked totally out of the proper charismatic movement and out of the SVP alike.
