APURON'S SCORCHED EARTH. EXPECT IT.

As the end for the bad actors in this horrid drama looms, we can expect two things: 1) Apuron's people will resort to a "scorched earth" policy and attempt to destroy everyone and anyone, so we can expect accusations now to come out of the woodwork; and 2) which is related to the first, certain members of the clergy will turn on each other, though not publicly.

Among the clergy there has been a policy of MAD for several years: Mutually Assured Destruction. Everyone knows everyone's dirt. And so long as "you don't tell on me I won't tell on you." Some of this "dirt" goes back to seminary days and a certain "Jokers Wild" has threatened to release it.

Of course we know who the Joker is and we know who he hates, so it was easy to call him out on it before he did it. This "calling out" won't be by the clergy themselves. They will do it through their proxies.

Apuron's "scorched earth" will be aimed at the people he believes took him down. But it will also be aimed at possible successors, or at least previous possible successors. Every sort of rumor will be used and probably coercion as well. Expect it.

  1. Monsignor James is the most likely target. The Neo powers hate him. I heard they are going around trying to dig up dirt of any kind.

    1. Dear Anon at 4.58, unfortunately, the Neos do not have a monopoly on hate and spreading rumors. It saddens me to see (and hear) so many "good" Catholics, use the same sickening tactics. Of course this is done under the guise of one excuse or another. But as the wise man said: "two wrongs don't make a right".

  2. If that happens, it will only be a tempest in a teapot.

Apuron is just a minor player from the middle of nowhere and a nobody in Rome's grand scheme. He's simply a fugitive has-been from the middle of nowhere.

At age 71+ and in possibly marginal health, Guam and its ludicrous NCW are the only ones who are interested in him. He is not headline news anywhere else.

To prevent him from outing other episcopal pedophiles, He will be quietly exonerated by the canonical tribunal and retired normally at age 75 in less than 4 years. If the NCW has no further use for him at that point, he can always retire to the Capuchins' cushy New York Province. The notorious pedophiles there will protect him.

Apuron's successors have nothing to fear from him. If their seminary histories and assignment records are clean, they can't be blackmailed for anything.

    1. You are only partially right, and Tim is on target.Apuron and his neos handlers, are the type to take the ship down with them.
We have said many times, that it would take years before we can rebuild a Church worthy of its name. It will take all the well meaning people and what will be left of the clergy to work together.
Even Archbishop Byrnes will be their target, because they cannot allow him to show the gap there is between a real bishop and their failed one. Specially since the Neos propped him up for so long.
Unfortunately there are already signs of dissension between some of our local priests. Misplaced pride and nervousness are poor advisors.
By the same token, the different little groups backing this priest or that one, are actually doing a lot of damage to the Church as a whole.
They act more like the neos that they despise, rather than the Catholics they should be.
It will take all of us, to move this thing forward to a positive conclusion.
So far Byrnes has taken some good steps, but the climb is a steep one for anybody.
Never underestimate the wickedness of the devil.

    2. Please, dear faithful, stay united. Satan's work is to divide and conquer. Pride is his weapon. You have made so much stride to spoil it now with passing pride (nothing last, right?). Pray, pray humbly, pray perserveringly. Praying along with you. Spn2.

    3. Frenchie, Apuron sank the archdiocesan ship long ago. There's nothing left to take down. All he can do to Bp. Byrnes is annoy him. His record appears to be squeaky-clean, so he can't be harmed.

    4. Dear Anon at 9.05, you are right on prima facie, but you need to be a little less gullible and more astute. The NCW is especially good at campaigns of innuendos and lies. This is how they destroy people. Look at what they did to Fr Paul and Msgr James to name a few. If you knew more of their history back in Europe, you would not be so confident. These people are extremely dangerous.

  3. does anybody really care anymore what Apuron has to say and what of his ability to drudge up any dirt remotely comparing to the sleeze he's done and perpetrated? my feeling on this: consider the source. you tell me you got it from Apuron or his dirty minions the reaction is pinch my nose from the smell of their taki. (Sorry Tim!)

    1. Dear Regina, you are right in your analysis. Yet, just because Apuron is gone, and hopefully stripped of his titles, we still need to rebuild the Church on Guam.
The problems are multiple and serious.
Administrative: the whole diocese is a mess and needs to be totally reorganize
Financially: even without the lawsuits pending from the victims, the diocese is in dire strait because of mismanagement and the fact that Apuron, and the neos have played loose with the finance for decades.
Morally: The sexual abuse, is only the tip of the iceberg in this mess. Many priest also live in sin, almost flaunting their relations with local women (its not Rudy only)
The gap of trust will be very difficult to fill
Religiously: Apuron, some priest and the neos have been so bad at preaching the Godspell, and allowing heretical practices, that the work is huge to correct all the issues.

As you see, it goes well beyond Apuron, yet we cannot be divided. You will see that some will not miss this occasion to spread rumors, innuendos and more.
This is not good for anybody.

    2. So very correct, Frenchie. Rumors abound. Sickening.

    3. Dear Regina. I only use the name "Apuron" as shorthand way of referring to those who actually run him. Apuron is brainless. I've never met a more robotic, vacuous human - if he's even that. Apuron, personally, matters NOTHING to anyone. However, strategically and symbolically, he is still important for the Neocat power brokers. The exposition of Apuron is an exposition of the NCW as an underground syndicate which traffics in pervert clergy.

  4. It would be nice for me to visit Archie as we are neighbors. Please email me if you can provide detailed whereabouts. I will be with the tribunal this month.

    1. Please clarify. If you are neighbors, why do you need Archie's address? The address of the Fairfield, CA home where he's hiding was published here weeks ago.

  5. For several months, since I read many harrowing testimony about abuse victims on your island, I have dealt with the thought that your island to be the ideal victim for a North Korean nuclear attack on the US base. I am sorry that such a disturbing vector of development of the situation is very realistic.

  6. Apuron is nothing but a powerless old pervert who was officially neutered by Rome. You're attributing power to him that he no longer has.

  7. Highly unlikely, Pavo. North Korea is not suicidal and there are much larger US military bases closer to it. Aside from that, there's enough US nuclear firepower in that region to blow the earth off of its axis.
