  1. A decision by "early summer" of what year? The Vatican doesn't operate in real time. It works in two gears only: Snail's Pace and Reverse.

  5. Is the grand piano an asset of the Archdiocese? Is the Archdiocesan Finance Council keeping track of movable assets such as this piano, and holding people accountable? Will the Yona property eventually end up an empty shell full of trash and graffiti, stripped of all movable assets of value?
