    2. Poor anon at 9.59, you don't think we know who Vallini or Daneels are?
But the simple fact that Burke is back at the Apostolic Signatura, is revolutionary in itself.
With the likes of Minechelli, and Baudot plus Bishop Hendriks, Cdl Burke new mission should be a lot easier.

The is a great line-up of highly qualified members. I pray that they will always be cognizant of keeping politics away from their work in upholding that which is the truth.

  4. I don't get it, why is it reason to celebrate?
If Burke finds Apuron innocent, should we be celebrating?
I heard that most of the information from the Vatican Insider's article came from Burke's investigation.

    1. I didn't say to celebrate. And Vatican Insider lied.

  5. I am a seminarian, I hope u understand that I don't want to give my name. all I can say is: I and my friends are trying to be Christian, but all this stuff on here worries us intensely... I want to give my life in service to Christ. But our mother church seems riddled with disease. I feel like leaving, but also know there are good pastors out there. I on the verge of joining an Church that has fallen too far... I am worried... I hope the Holy See deals with this correctly . We are watching closely.....

    1. Dear Seminarian, I can safely say, that we all pray for you and your discernment. Seminary is a time to clarify your thoughts before engaging the rest of your life into the service of others.
Our Church has always faced challenges both from the outside and the inside.
      Do not question your faith.
If your heart is true, the holy spirit will guide you through these obstacles. Just as he has guided generations of seminarians and priests before you.

This is a calling, you just need to make sure, that you are choosing that path, free of pressure, with a light heart, and a strong love for our Lord and the rest of humanity.
God bless you and your fellow seminarians.

The only news I'm aware of is from the press conference during which Archbishop Byrnes stated "I was in contact with Father Justin Wachs just last week. He says that the sentence has been determined, but they have to send it out to the other judges for their signatures."

Mary Lou, thank you for the update. Any movement in this canonical trial is a welcome update.

  7. I believe that new appointing of Cardinal Burke to Apostolic Signatura means that Apuron will be declared guilty. The Tribunal is competent in cases involving Bishops. I believe also that Pope Francis wants to give to the whole catholic world an example, frying Apuron's ass on the pan of the Supreme Vatican Tribunal and by the hands of Cardinal Burke. He is a jesuit, so while he is patting your head maybe he is concealing the club. And now NCW will receive Francis' club...

  8. Is it the ncw that is leading to lay people introducing the readings at mass in parishes in Perth WA? Are their liturgical irregularities being spread throughout the World even outside their own Saturday night revelries?
