MORE PATHETIC WHINING

I wasn't there, but according to reports, I was apparently present in the homilist's head as evidenced by him saying:

"Those people who commit calumnies and lies against the Seminary"

Excuse me. The LIE was your fooling us for over a decade and bilking us for over a million dollars to support what we were told was a diocesan seminary when in fact it is wasn't. And when we exposed your lie, Archbishop Apuron, effectively admitted that you had been lying to us by scrambling to create a second seminary that is supposed to be diocesan but is only another lie. Calumny?

Calumny is telling Aaron Quitugua that the reason you can't send him to an off-island seminary, his only option if he doesn't want to be subjected to a neocatechumenal formation, is because you can't afford it. And when he says he will pay for it himself, you tell him you won't sponsor him.

And you stand up there and lecture us about calumny? WTH!

And the xenophobic crap that Pius is throwing around? Right. History shows that the people of Guam have been more than welcoming to priests from every culture and country. The problem has nothing to do with where these seminarians are from. The problem has everything to do with why they are brought here.

The problem has everything to do with their trashing of the local culture, the ridiculing of our "cooking", our funerals, and the defacement and hiding of our statues and their mocking of traditional acts of piety as demonstrated in the angry words of Fr. Alberto who recently told a man who he found holding a rosary:

"The rosary will not save the church, ONLY THE NEO will save the church!"

Oh, and who can forget Fr. Francesco's infamous mocking of our spending too much on "cooking" at your meeting with Archbishop Krebs! So who's the xenophobe? (That reminds me. I still have to post that audio.)

But the saddest thing is the degradation this homilist brought upon the people who came to celebrate their patron saint and instead subjected the faithful to his pathetic whining and the spinning of more lies about lies he helped perpetrate to begin with.

At least I hope the food was good. Were the seminarians first in line again?

  1. Was there even a Homily explaining the life of this patron saint? Was this celebration a showcase of trying to convince people that the NCW is the stairway to heaven?

  2. I still resent that I innocently donated many thousands of dollars over the years to the seminary because the archbishop seemed to think the seminary was wonderful and because Fr. Ivan emphatically stated to people he took on tours of the seminary, "This is YOUR seminary!" Now I am absolutely paranoid about contributing to the cathedral because I don't know if offerings will go for legitimate parish expenses or to further the NCW and its destruction of the authentic Catholic churches on Guam.

    1. I forgot to add-that because we were all misled about the purposes of the seminary we were asked to contribute to it was a case of "theft by deception."

  3. I really can not believe that Fr. Alberto would say such a thing! The nerve! St. Pio himself said that the rosary is a weapon against evil! On second thought, I suppose I CAN believe it. At an RCIA class being taught by neos, the woman who was teaching was talking about how the locals can pray the rosary so well, then she continued by saying if you ask them "who is Jesus Christ to you?" they don't know how to respond. She really displayed a lack of reverence for the rosary, played it down like it isn't important. The danger is that this is what she was teaching to the people attending the class. It's no wonder that many Catholics know not a damn thing about being Catholic.

  4. Someone who attended father adrian's mass last week in Barrigada mentioned that in his homily, he said that all those who believe what's being said in hate blogs (I assume he was referring to JW) are committing a sin. Seriously??

  5. "Fr. Francesco (don't know his last name), a bona-fide Kiko, then lays into the people of Guam saying that our culture is the problem, that we spend too much on funerals, that we spend "meeeellions and meeellions" of dollars on food, that all our time is spent cooking, and that Guam has to change. "

Oh, we spend meeeellions and meeellions of dollars on food. Okay. Is it the Neo's money we're spending? I think not. He wishes he has our meeellions and meeellions of dollars, that's what. Let me laugh out loud in Spanish, JAJAJAJAJAJAJAJAJAJAJAJAJA !!!!!!

    1. Francesco disrespected my/our culture with his statement. I see no remorse in his stance nor have I heard of an apology to the Guamanian/Chamoru catholic.

    2. I agree with you, Raymond. Human decency requires that Father Francesco apologises to all of us Chmorros for insulting our culture, our tradition, our way of remembering our deceased. A letter to the editor of PDN and/or Marianas Variety might be what he needs to shake his pants! The nerve of him!

  6. I understand that it is the 11th commandment according to the statutes of the new. Thou shall not criticize The Way. The doctrine of infallibility applies to Kiko through God. Kiko allows the pope to sit in time through his good graces.

  7. I used to walk with a community in agana. My former catechist was Joe Terlaje. I remember himm saying, You can pray the rosary many times, pray the novenas to all the saints but doing these things will not get you to heaven. He also says Salvation can found in the Way. I also remember the bishop present and he doesn't do anything about it. He lets this self proclaimed catechist continue speaking. Thank God I no longer walk with the neo way.

    2. To ANON 5:44 AM, the point is that although saying the rosary and novenas may not by themselves get you into heaven, they will help because you are praying, and praying is what Jesus ask us to do. Jesus prayed a lot so much so that his example alone tells us to pray, and pray always. I think what ANON 11:33 AM was trying to say was that his former catechist was trying to tell him the Neo is the only way to salvation. That's wrong and moreover, arrogant and elitist. There are many paths to heaven, and the Neo is only one of them, not better or worse, but a path like many others.

    5. To get to heaven? Not in so many words, but according to Diana, you need to "echo". Release your crosses by sharing your burdens with the community. Open your heart and free your soul! "Echoing" is part of the step in the NCW.

She has given me the strength to fear no more. Soon my "echo" will be printed on this blog, all thanks to Diana and her crew! Thanks Diana for I fear no more!

    6. Joe Terlaje told Anon @ Aug. 16, 11:33pm "You can pray the rosary many times, pray the novenas to all the saints but doing these things will not get you to heaven."

Mr. Terlaje and other Neos who say this have no idea what will get them to heaven either. We can only pray and have faith that we are on the right path as shown to us by our Lord, Jesus Christ.

  8. Our Parish Non-Neo priest pleaded last week about Tithings. He mentioned something to the effect to "not SPITE our Parish DESPITE what is going on within our Church" here in Guam. I TOTALLY AGREE! This is why we don't put money in the collection baskets anymore. WE ASK the Parish Priest what bills need to be paid for, how much, and make a check out to the utility company, service invoices or vendor that needs to be paid. NO! We will not, at least not our family, contribute to the Archdiocese's blatant abuse of our hard earned blood, sweat, and tears on top of misdirecting funds to fulfill their NEO needs. We were given the blessing of receiving a paycheck and in return, we give our thanks with our tithings. Sorry, the well has run dry from this Family. And you wonder why the Annual Appeals are way, way low in their goal for $$$? It is in line with the low blows the NEO gives to us "regulars" regarding our culture, our Catholic Rosary Devotion, but most of all, the air of smugness they have when you are with them. A lot of these NEOs don't understand the presence of their company. I have seen a lot of our faithful parishioners with not 2 but 3 MBAs or at the least, a bachelor's degree FROM AN ACCREDITED institution being subjected to condescending statements from these NEO CATS. The downplay the NEOs portray in their so call "humble" and righteous way is outright repugnant and a total disrespect to our Land and our Culture. God was here before culture, Catholicism was incorporated into Culture. I hope they have at least this much straight in their NEO minds!

Don't be over zealous with your NEO attempts to evangelize. It is not working as well as you think and to stand on the pulpit and say otherwise?, how much a priest has missed in properly preparing for a good homily to those who thirst for The Word of God, its interpretation, and its application to our daily lives. The Homily is about spreading the Good News!, not using it as your preaching point to make your NEO points. How dare you violate the very purpose of why we celebrate The Liturgy of the Word!...Well, it least it is consistent with your violation of The Liturgy of the Eucharist Celebration as well, right?

Why not go all the way and just completely desecrate the entire Order of the Mass, the ROMAN MASS CELEBRATION.

Go home NEO CATS! Take your 3 billy goats and underlings with you as well! Guam is not your home!, it belongs to us, the Catholic Faithfuls!

    1. It is really sad that our non-neo priests in a non-neo parish will be the victims of the continuing division within our catholic community. It is said that "Emperor Nero played the fiddle while Rome burns" -

  9. What no more donations on Sunday mass! In a couple of months these neo priest will get skinny. No more steak and lobster. Maybe they can survive on their home made bread.

  12. Its unfortunate more people in the church do not take a stand. It is so obvious that something very wrong is happening to our church. If you all think that by sticking around at the Cathedral, obeying the Archbishop and think you are just serving God? What else does this say: That you agree with them (Neo's) and what they are doing. Please think hard about this. Because when the truth comes out you will be kicking yourself why you did not act sooner and take a stand like others are doing now. Jesus and his followers were always faced with groups trying to bring down the Church from the inside-out. Do not be fooled. In 3-5 years when all the Neo Priest are placed in every church on Guam. Things will change more rapidly. Then what will you say, when Jesus ask why did you not protect and stand up for him? They have already seized our Mother Church on Guam. Everything else is a piece of cake..... God Help US and protect Our Church from this movement......
