THE ARCHBISHOP NEEDS TO BE SUED!

  1. The Archbishop needs to be sued and take account of his deception. The seminary on Guam-- as he had initially promised to gather funds and legitimacy--was built with the idea of forming local priests to serve the local church of Guam. It turns out, as correctly stated above, that it was a ploy. The Archbishop doesn't care about formation of future Catholic priests in the diocese. He cares about the Neo-Catechumenal priesthood!!!! What a farce. If I were on Guam I would definitely organize and link arms with the silent majority of the Catholics who are now being marginalized to demand his resignation. More voice, more noise are needed to be heard. Start by organizing and a signature campaign calling for his prosecution in an ecclesiastical court and civil courts. Make him pay his donors back. After all what he did about the seminary is a violation of Canon Law's "Ad Dantis Intentionem" that rules on the honoring the intention of the donors. People have supported his cause to build a seminary for future Catholic priests serving the archdiocese and not the neo-catechumenal cult. More power and prayers to all those who persevere in this fight.

  2. Well 11:37 I have to say I appreciate your comment. It was certainly in you face and straight to the point. Time will tell if anyone takes you up on that call. Maybe with a little more encouragement and the continued on going frustration of high drama, such a call to action will take place.

  3. Priest accused of hiring an abuser who is his lover.
Creating property mismanagement over the former Hotel.
    Accusing priests of romantic Friendships.
    spreading slander about priests.
Accusing a respected Monsignor of leading the diocese into debt.

Good reasons to file civil cases.

  5. Money trail! Money trail!!
What is the payroll of the RMS?
Are all the people listed as teachers being paid full salaries, or only when they actually come and teach on the island?
What about all the expenses for travelling?
The priest accused of Child abuse in LA, incardinated here and working in San Francisco was on the payroll here or not?
Is he still on the payroll?
Who paid for his ticket out of Guam?
What about the contracts for "Art" by Kikko and cie and the Genarrinis "consulting jobs" and travel expanses?
So many questions that only discovery could reveal with a civil lawsuit.

    1. On RMS, AAA wants to have it both ways. In order to transfer the title to the seminary he claimed that it would still be under his control. In order NOT to publish the finances of the seminary, he is claiming that it is an entity which is separate from the Archdiocese. I'll have more on this soon.

    1. I have edited this comment to remove the name of the person mentioned as he does not wish his name to be used.

Used to think ___ was a little nutso... But he has the goods on who teaches and who doesn't....he said the whole roster was faked to get connected to Lateran. RSM is dishonest to say the least. F A K E institution.

    1. "Lateran Guam arrangement is important for IMMIGRATION PURPOSES. It is necessary to get the STUDENT VISAS!! The teaching is secondary.

    3. All seminarians should have us study visas as they are studying in the United States. I hope each seminarian has the correct papers for being in the United States. if this is not the case Archdiocese must immediately provide student Visas for all seminarians.

    4. United States Immigration and home land security should evaluate all students of foreign nationals studying in any academic establishment in Guam. In this day and age of violence home land security needs to ensure the people of Guam are safe.

  8. Rather strange but are you aware seminarians and neo priests have a name for Archbishop. seminarians call him " Sugar Daddy.". Sugar daddy today has several meanings so it is difficult to pin point what they mean.

  10. It has been mentioned before on JW about the Irish priest still listed as faculty and hasn't been here for years. That's only the beginning. People and Degrees FAKED. Can't someone answer for that? Any school has a list of instructors and curriculum Vitae. Bet I could even look up ZOLATAN AND UOG.
