LOL, ADRIAN!

...and just in time for the former AFC's meeting with the Visitators tomorrow. Did you forget that the AFC actually has the minutes of their meetings and can prove that you are lying? And, incredible, you actually submitted your comments in writing to KUAM!! Haven't you guys learned yet not to write anything? Now the former AFC actually has absolute documentation of your lies. Absolute! And you want to be the next bishop????

    1. @10:48 I agree with you 110%. Cristo boy is a big story teller and liar!. He is either too stupid to think that those AFC members will not have copies of their meeting minutes. I am aware when a cousin of mine was asked to become a member of AFC after Triple A (not Triple J) fired the members who refused to approved his request. My cousin was so smart that he declined the request of Triple A! I heard that when Triple A is in San Francisco during one of his trip, met some Guam Businessman, they went drinking at a bar, he told them don't call Archbishop just call me "TONY"! The Black Label must be working at that time on TONY! See Triple A you can not hide from the people!

    6. I posted this on Dianas blog but I also wanted to comment here because maybe I can find some semblance of fact or truth to this matter if anyone is in the know. Regarding the statement by Fr. Adrian that the Archdiocesan Finance Council were the ones who wanted to sell off the Yona property to pay the debts of the Cathedral Basilica and Catholic Cemetaries, specifically. I say specifically because there is no other mention in the statement of using the proceeds from sale of the property for any other purpose than stated by Fr. Adrian. It is important to find out the truth to this statement. Did the AFC initiate the sale thereby causing Archbishop to "safeguard" the property or is this groundwork for further proof of Msgr. Benavente's financial mismanagement?

      To Dianas Blog I posted:
This seems to be new information that just came out of thin air after months of being in question. I'm talking about Fr. Adrians remarks that the Finance council wanted to sell off the property in Yona to pay off the CB and Catholic Cemetaries debts. Why is this being made known only now by the Chancery? Is it even true? Financial statements that have been produced show that the loans taken out to finance projects for CB and CC are in good shape financially. They were not behind in payments and had managed to bring the debt down significantly. I find it far reaching that the Finance Council of the Archdiocese would even suggest that selling the Yona property was even an option unless they were in danger of being in default or significantly behind in payments which would cause financial harm to the Archdiocese.
Where is the proof of Fr. Adrians statement that the AFC was the initiators of selling the Yona Property to "specifically" cover the debts of the CB and CC? I for one would like to see that proof before making judgement. A statement just doesnt cut it anymore!
Just so you know, many many many people are waking up to this situation and division in our Archdiocese and like me, the days of the Chancery issuing responses and statements and expecting all catholics on Island to believe and follow blindly is now a thing of the past.
I have nothing against the NCW. I have made and still am making every effort to understand your itinerary. Worship our Father in Heaven, Jesus our Savior and trust in the Holy Spirit that what you do is to further the Kingdom of God here on Earth. That's all good and proper.
What I and many now see as the problem are our Spiritual leaders who cannot seem to get our Archdiocese united again. This finger pointing of he said she said, they started it, we didnt do anything wrong is so ridiculous to read in the blogs and in the media and does not show that either side is willing to capitulate unless some heads start rolling. Maybe we do need an impartial outsider to come in and sort out this mess!

    7. To anon at 1:41 PM, Just for this one instance and for the sake of argument, let's say that what Fr. Adrian is accusing the AFC is true. Let's say that they were going to sell the seminary to pay for debts . . . How then, would they circumnavigate the one factor that would prevent this from happening? That one major factor is that this would need the approval and signature of the Archbishop on any "bill of sale!"

But we all know that Fr. Adrian is lying. We know that Fr. Adrian would rather deceive the people of Guam than be truthful. He does this every time he opens his mouth. It might sound like hyperbole, but it is evident from article after article and news video after news video. That's what makes this us more sad for him and less angry. It's pitiful.

The notion that the AFC could simply work under the radar to sell a multimillion dollar property without the knowledge of AAA is simply ludicrous and defies all logic and reason.

The fact that Fr Adrain would even try to rationalize the unethical (and illegal canonically) antics of the AAA with this false accusation is an insult to all of us here on Guam and the Vatican.

    8. Simply put, the AFC is only a consultative body with no signature authority. Adrian knows this. The comment was made to slander and further discredit Msgr. James which is why he says the proceeds of the sale were supposed to pay off the measly little debt on the CB and the Cemeteries, debts which Archbishop Apuron himself incurred, not Msgr. James.

The Archbishop likes to trumpet that he is a corporate sole when it serves him such as his trying to hide his deeding away the control of the Yona Property, but it also means that he is the ONLY (sole) person who can sign for anything, whether it be a bill of sale or a loan.

EVERY SINGLE FINANCIAL MATTER in this archdiocese is his responsibility.

    9. Tim your part of the financial problem. The Archbishop is being father and merciful. If he expose you with you financial involvement on how much you gotten paid, you would jump off the cliff.

    10. Adrian Boy is really a BIG DAMM LIAR that the AFC wants to sale the Yona property to pay CB and Cemeteries loans. He don't know what he's talking about! The loans both for CB and Cemeteries are paid by CB and Cemeteries accounts. I know this for a FACT, so Adrian Boy closed your lying mouth. Did you and your groups verified all the copies of the checks and copies of the monthly bank statements that were written out of CB and Cemeteries accounts. A private donor who wanted to assist CB with the loan was making their monthly payment directly to the bank, did you verified that!? I bet you didn't!! Stop to pointing your fat dirty fingers to Msgr James. All the records of the payments are there!! Wash your dirty mouth before continuing to attack and accused Msgr. James. You are just so jealous of Msgr. James because he is so loved and respected by people not only the Catholics but other religious organization, which you don't have that kind love and respect! Get over it Adrian Boy, you can't never to be like Msgr. James even with his looks.

    1. Tony does not need to take the visitors to Tumon. The former hotel in Yona is fully equipped to include a karaoke bar where Tony can croon into the night.
You know what Tony? Why don't you just step down and keep your stinking Yona hotel. We will build our own seminary. Just bring in your NCW buddies to live with you. You'll have Guam's own version of "Hotel California".

  9. Fr. Adrian's argument that because AAA is the corporate sole of both entities that no change in ownership of the Yona property was effected by the transfer is absolute and utter rubbish. He simply has no idea as to what he is talking about. It's really simple. A corporate sole is just like the trustee of a trust. A trustee has a fiduciary duty to the beneficiaries of the trust. The archdiocese is a separate entity with its own discrete beneficiaries. The Neo entity is a separate entity with its own beneficiaries. Even if it is true that AAA serves as corporate sole of both entities that in no way unifies those entities. They are still separate with separate and discrete beneficiaries. Thus, if the Neo entity now owns the Yona property AAA cannot -- even if he wanted to -- transfer the property back to the archdiocese without obtaining the property consent as required under the Neo entity's governing documents. That Fr. Adrian is wrong is not a matter of opinion. That he is wrong is a matter of basic fact and law.

I wonder, if after all of this Rome does not remove AAA, what does that say about our Church and its leadership. The implications are frightening and disheartening.

  10. Father Fathead should not go on TV anymore. His mouth only spits out crap. He is a disgrace to the Catholic Church and to the people of Guam. They, Archbishop "Just call me Tony" Piccnochio and Monsignor Bad Breath - the canon lawyer and Father Fathead must go. The NCW must be one of the organizations of the church, just as the Christian Mothers, The Knights of Columbus, the Knights of the Equestrians and others. The NCW is not the organization of our church as Triple A wants it to be.
It is very difficult to go church and see these big liars as our leaders.

  11. To all the Catholic Faithful on Guam,
For many of us, this Apostolic Visit is a shining beacon into the darkness that surround our island.
For decades the keeper of the flock, the person entrusted by the Pope to lead us and show us the way, has abused his powers, has abused the trust his office conveys, has surrounded himself with wicked men and women, that instead of conveying the message of love and acceptance of our Lord Jesus Christ, have allowed division, hatred of thy neighbors, and envy.

This betrayal of our beloved Church has culminated by the imposition of a sect on our Church, which under the guise of help and compassion, has brought corruption, deceit, manipulation, intimidation, and fear.
Thanks to the courageous efforts of a few good souls, the Catholic faithful of Guam, have slowly awaken from a long and painful slumber.
The taking of consciousness of the misdeeds by many who were lied to and misled, has led to a profound anger (a just one). This is a normal and very human reaction.

Yet at this important junction in our religious life, it is important that without loosing sight of our just and mighty need for redress, who do not forget the essential tenets of our faith.

As many have pointed out throughout these past months, the closer we get to our goal to re establish our true Church on Guam, the more vicious and personal the agents of the devil will be in trying to keep their loot.
Keep on praying, do not let anger and hatred enter your hearts. Keep your faith intact, keep true to God.
Like Fr Paul recently reminded us, in the parable of Job, even when he had lost everything, Job never lost his faith and never rejected God, and the devil lost that soul.
We are facing historical times, we are making history, in the long tradition blazed by the original Catholics on Guam we shall prevail.
We shall prevail, because we are right, we are humble, we are believing in God, and his true Church.
None of the artifices Pius, Anthony, David, Adrian, Diana,Giussepe, Kiko or Carmen come up with will make us relent.
St Michael the Archangel defend us in Battle.
