TEN YEARS IN ARREARS

Reposting because I understand there was a small ruckus at the Rev & Tax licensing branch yesterday regarding RMS. Maybe they were scrambling to get this taken care of? Trouble is RMS appears to have three names on file. One and two is okay, but there doesn't seem to be anything for the third.
  • The Redemptoris Mater House of Formation, Archdiocese of Agana (which is the corporation name)
  • The Redemptoris Mater Archdiocesan Missionary Seminary of Guam (which is the DBA)
  • Redemptoris Mater Seminary, Archdiocese of Agana (which is what appears below)

Regardless of the name mismatch there is still the issue of not filing the required annual report. One would think that a purported magnificent institute of higher learning, affiliated with "the pope's university" - as the kikos like to remind us - and tasked with educating men who will be responsible for the eternal destiny of souls, just may want to keep their government-required documents in order and maybe file its corporate report more than once every ten years.

And while I intend to "help", primarily by giving more benefit of the doubt in my tone in regards to the local leadership. I DO NOT intend to relax my scrutiny or my tone about the raiders and usurpers: Pius and Gennarini.

It was and is my contention that Redemptoris Mater is not only a sham seminary - for reasons already stated and documented - but it is also a sham corporation, a corporate front for Kiko and Gennarini to grab from Guam as much as they can.

And since Mr. Gennarini, a "guarantor", is tasked with overseeing "the most important affairs of the corporation" (AOI, Art IX), he might want to at least make sure his corporation is in compliance with Guam law:

No need to suspect an informant. This is public information. Proceed to the Business License branch at Rev & Tax and get your own copy.

  1. 2004? That's ridiculous! Especially after what Msngr. James continues to go through.

  2. They don't have any money to pay because it's all been going to pay their outrageous lifestyles. In the end, they will sell it and leave the island as planned. Thank you Tony. You're the best....NOT!!

  3. Jesus himdelf said, "Give to Caesar what is Caesar's . . ." . The agent, the Archbishop, and the "garantor" have all conveniently forgotten Christ's words!

    1. Note: the agent is not responsible for the filings. He is only the agent for the Archbishop. The following 4 people are responsible: Archbishop Apuron, Giuseppe Gennarini, Claudia Gennarini, Angelo Poschetti.

Note: As RMS is both a 501c3 and a "church-related" corporation, it is exempt from tax filings. The report posted shows that it has not even filed what is required which is the annual corporate report. It is only a matter of filling out some paperwork and a fee of $150. The fact that they neglect to do EVEN THAT, tells us that this is a shell corporation probably set up simply for the eventual land grab, a grab they would have had outright in 2011 if the AFC hadn't have stopped them, but a grab they now have through the clandestine filing of a deed restriction.

At the very least, it shows how irresponsible these people are who are forming so-called "priests". Let's see how fast they fix this. I can petition rev & tax to revoke their corporate status and then that deed restriction will be useless.

    2. I was also wondering if they are lax on filing the annual corporate report, are they filing 941s quarterly. I would think a seminary would have employees. Although they may be exempt from most tax filings, they would still have to file 941. I surprised they haven't had their corporate status revoked. I once filed to be a corporation then decided not to use. Didn't file annual report and was eventually revoked. I also got fined because not 501c3. Stupidity of youth.

    3. To top this off, they are required to publish their report in the daily paper. As a member of a non-profit organization of a school, we were required to file yearly at Rev/Tax plus put it in the daily newspaper.

    4. There are some rules for 501c3 which are church related which exempt them from normal requirements of other types of non-profits. But I intend to look into it further.

    5. All those helping at the seminary, such as the cook, yard person, etc. are freebies. It's called doing sacrifice and missionary work. I just wonder who cleans the pool and how much does it cost? Who washes the windows?

    6. Forget it. They wouldn't pay the fee even if it cost only a penny. Pathetic.

  5. Don't give them any more free advice. I hear they have legal counsel. Let him figure that out, and if he messes up, accuse him of financial mismanagement.

  6. Jacqui. Amateur hour.

  7. But there must be some penalty involved, no? One would think Rev and Tax could revoke the RMS license and exemption for failing to file the required reports? How have they managed to renew their license every year? Everyone else has to bring their filings current before renewing every year.

  8. Do all three corporation have the same ID number?

    1. I thought I answered this elsewhere. Rev & Tax did not permit me to view the ID numbers. Apparently that is not public info.
