- Jose Martinez · Follow · Top Commenter · Founder at Traditions Affirming our Seafaring Ancestry (TASA)It's letters like this that are so revealing to what extant the lost will go into rationalizing sexual exploitation and the subsequent cover up. The Archdiocese has a Sexual Misconduct policy that was ignored and tossed away when it came to Fr. Luis' incident and the Archbishop is the one who decided to do just that. However, Mr. Santos would rather point the finger at those who want to protect parishioners from predators in choosing to place the blame on those who are whistle blowers for the cover up. Perfect.
Just because there was a resignation, just because Fr. Luis' priestly faculties were removed and just because the Archbishop spirited Fr. Luis off island never to be heard from again, does not mean that the predatory nature of the incident did not occur. A full investigation does not stop because the culprit was caught.
We, the Church and the greater community of Guam, need to know why and how Fr. Luis, a pastor and person with great authority, failed his parishioners and his young victim. Most importantly, we also have a duty to make sure it does not happen again. I don't have confidence that the Archbishop is interested in the same.

Jose, why aren't you satisfied with what the Archbishop has done so far? Didn't he remove Fr. Luis as pastor? Didn't he begin that thorough "comical", I mean "canonical Investigation"? What do you mean Fr. Luis was "spirited" off the island? Just ask the Archbishop he will tell you where Fr. Luis is at, or, ask Mr. Santos, he appears to be a truthful guy. Should we be throwing stones at poor Fr. Luis? Of course we don't know what Fr. Luis was doing on the beach with the girl, who he took off campus without permission, we weren't there! And Deacon Steve, is he Catholic? He looks Mexican to me. Sexual abuse policy? What is that? Are we supposed to follow that? Isn't it like the GIRM, just a guide, therefore we do what we want, when we want and how we want. If you put Neo in front of all those questions then you will find "an answer". It may not be the truthful answer but it will satisfy some. And poor archbishop, stop picking on him. We are now adversaries and not his sheep. His sheep are marked with the Kiko stamp and those are the only ones he cares about. BTW, Gifts and Fruits of the Holy Spirit coming soon to a Catholic Church near you. Just be careful when he rears back to pat you on the face. It may come with an extra amount of force. Gee, and the guy from Asan has my last name. Probably a forgery.
ReplyDeleteFor your sake, I hope Danny is no relation to you. That would be a true tragedy!
DeleteHe's probably related to that whack job, Dr Ric Eusebio. That would seem to make sense, since neither makes sense.

DeleteThe archbishop is not interested in transparency and the truth. He sends Fr. Luis off island immediately to hide him. He is only interested in covering his ass especially since his Poster Boy of the Neo seminary, the first local boy, decided to go after that young minor girl in a remote beach in Agana.
ReplyDeleteAgat
DeleteI think you mean Agat.
DeleteRight, so I guess the neo didn't cure him of his problem after all aye?
ReplyDeleteJoaquin should have done his research before composing his letter to the PDN.
ReplyDeleteMy question to him is, "How much lower can the archbishop stoop to cover up his misdeeds and lies?"
Apuron is the one who lowererd himself from archbishop to Kiko follower. As a Kiko follower, Apuron betrayed the faithful Catholics who are have served him for decades. Apuron made us out to be his foes because we dared question his hurtful and unjust actions against members of the clergy and the laity. He is no longer respected as his vindictiveness continues to this day. He is merely getting back what he's dished out. Fanohge Katolikun Guam!!
Presbyter Camacho did not get his faculties removed....He is fully functioning as a NEO CULT Presbyter in a foreign country. Where as Father Gofigan was black listed. He was asked to cover mass in California while his friend was going on retreat, but later was told that the bishop there denied his services to that Diocese......Father Paul's only crime was not following this NEO/NCW agenda.....So he is blacklisted from practicing in other places.....Father Camacho, a devout NEO/NCW presbyter continues to serve under our Archdiocese payroll in another country.....Talk about the hypo critical decisions of this NEO CULT leadership in the Chancery.....O what a web AAA continues to weave when he continually practices to deceive. Prayers from a distance...
ReplyDeleteThought his faculties were restricted? Why can't we know where any of these "diocesan priests are? Where is Fabio? Where are any of them ? Are we footing the bill for the missionaries? This is plain strange.. If these presbyters where really ours we would support them. As it is it is not our business it seems. Yes, my friends, we have been taken for fools that we are. Fools, I say!
DeleteSince they were incardinated here, they will continue to be on our Archdiocese payroll.....funds come from our donations.....we then will have to pay thier retirement....And we thought GOV Guam had retirement issues.....at the rate we are incardinating these NEO Cult Peesbyters....we will loose our parishes and schools because we will have to continue paying these people.
DeleteWow, calls for strategic planning Dominic Kim. Get busy. Long range planning.
DeleteDominic Kim is not qualified to even manage the finances of a mom and pop store let alone a business. Management style of Dominic Kim is another disaster of the archdiocese. A disgrace how he bled the archdiocese for personal gain of his ill gotten wealth.
DeleteNever mind, Dominic Kim. They say you can't handle it. This is problematic .
DeleteSo, Danny S, of clergy; when this archbishop bypasses his archdiocese’s policy defining “a minor” (youth 17 yrs. and under) -- a policy and definition this archbishop had a hand in developing and defining -- and when he blatantly disregards procedures and policies meant to protect children and the vulnerable; yet, you look away, desperately scribble a “grocery list” of rationalizations, lame excuses and shameless defense of this archbishop’s irresponsible and prejudiced inactions; clearly then, you’re in stark denial of yours and your cohorts' own deeply low stoop in defense not only of your archbishop, but of your dictator, Pius. Such sad blind obedience you all stoop to, as well!
ReplyDeleteNEO/NCW CULT Presbyter Luis faculties were never removed.... He continues to serve the NEO/NCW CULT agenda in another country at the expense of our donations from the Archdiocese. Meanwhile, Father Paul Gofigan was blacklisted; as his invitation to cover a friends mass in California was later denied by the Vicar there. Father Paul's only crime was failing to follow this NEO/NCW CULT Agenda. O what a web AAA continues to weave when he continually practices to deceive...Instead of healing the divide, he continues to allow lies to be published in a public forum.....Prayer's from a distance.....From a former Agana Cathedral Sacristan (1986-1989) living in San Jose, CA.
ReplyDeleteLuis Camacho should be charged and never should the Archbishop allow him to leave. The people within Our Church are seeing his true colors. It hurts me that he continues to ignore the majority of Our People and Our Church. And to think he is a Capuchin. God is not sleeping.
ReplyDeletePeter Perez
At least the public should be aware of where he is. Luis is a predator. What else would one call it? Still sickening and we have not forgotten.
Deletetony, since you have grown accustomed to doing what your told and what to read
ReplyDeleteA Bishop's manner of life
As the Holy Father explains, every individual diocese is a reflection of its Bishop's manner of life.
If a diocese is in near constant turmoil, what would this indicate about the Bishop's "manner of life"?
If children are sexually abused while a Bishop merely shuffles the abuser from one assignment to another, would this not indicate that something about the Bishop's "manner of life" is gravely wrong?
If a diocese is plagued with dissidents and other malcontents who lay siege to various parishes while insisting that the Church's teaching must change or that the very structure of the Church must change, what would this indicate about its Bishop's "manner of life"?
PS; it is not kiko
Hey Tim this situation with fr. Presbyter neocat luis, can the bitchop anthony get in trouble for harboring a fugitive? If there is a case pending. And where is the report from our soon retired police chief? Fishy fishy fishy! Thank you Tim and to all the concerned catholics for all you have done and I pray for what lays ahead. PS also a concerned catholic
