NOTE TO FILONI: DO YOU SEE THE EVIL YOU ARE PROPPING UP?

This was posted on Diana's blog by CNMI lawyer: Do you think the Denver Law firm would risk disciplinary sanctions?

CNMI LawyerJune 2, 2015 at 9:39 AM

I am admitted to practice before the Ninth Circuit, but that does not authorize me to appear before each of the federal district courts thereunder, including the District Court of Guam, without a separate permanent or pro hac vice (temporary) admission to that district court.

Likewise, giving legal advice about Guam law to clients based on Guam requires admission by the Guam Supreme Court to the Guam Bar Association.

Failure to comply raises the very real possibility of disciplinary sanctions for unauthorized practice of law, with significant malpractice insurance liability exposure on behalf of third parties foreseeably harmed by erroneous advice and opinions.

MY RESPONSE:

The fact of the matter is, a large firm such as Lewis Roca Rothgerber LLP certainly knows better than to "practice" law in a jurisdiction where it has no authorization to do so. And an examination of the opinion - if the public were allowed to actually see it - probably includes a disclaimer stating that the opinion in no way attempts to interpret Guam law. Any lawyer or legal firm would be absolutely stupid not to do include such a disclaimer, let alone a firm the size of LRR LPP.

And this is precisely why Apuron will not permit it to be seen. In short, Apuron used a ton of money to hire a firm to render an opinion that - because the firm cannot render an authoritative legal opinion on a Guam real estate transaction - is absolutely useless.

It's more of Apuron's smoke and mirrors. He believes that the Catholics of this diocese are stupid. He believes this first because of his own arrogance and second because this is how the kiko-colonizers that he runs with view us. Thus he thinks he can buffalo us with bull crap by hiring some sort of high-priced "great white" law firm to cow the natives and make you all shut up.

In fact we can be certain of this because if the Denver firm's opinion DID what Apuron says it does, he would make sure we all had a copy.

Instead he has made sure that no one has a copy.

Note to Cardinal Filoni, Prefect for the Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples: Do you see the extent of the evil you are propping up?

We do.

  1. Filoni the Fiery supporter of NCW. Understandable relationship between Hon and Kikos plan to evangelize China. Filoni is especially well-versed on China, given his decade in Hong Kong and his fascination with the country and its people.

  2. Get Apuron out!!! This is enough evidence to indicate that he does not respect the Pope! And all you NCW people best believe that Jesus is coming back and if you do not stop your evil ways, Jesus will break you and feed you into the fires of hell! Get Apuron out!

Anonymous (June 2, 2015 at 2:19 PM), your statement "Does anyone realize that some Neos don't know what the heck is going on??" is no surprise. Like many non-Neos, the non-militant Neos — unlike "The Diana" and other militant-Neos, AKA Kikos/Kikobots — prefer to keep their heads in the sand and ignore what goes on around them. Their needs are being met by their communities and that's all that matters to them. Many join at low points in their lives. To be honest, parishes cater to the "regular" Catholics, not the separated, divorced and/or those undergoing personal challenges. As a result these non-Militant Neo members are grateful for the support they receive from their communities — support they did not receive from their parish priest or fellow parishioners.

As a matter of fact, I'm also amazed at how so many non-Neos are blind to what is going on as well. While the page views of this blog is rapidly approaching the 3,000,000 mark, there are still many who are unaware of how much information is available here. It takes hearing people like Senator Carmen Kasperbauer or Siñot Ben Meno speaking in the vernacular on the radio to reach them. At the 28 May Sinajana CCOG Meeting several people indicated that hearing Mr. Meno on the radio galvanized them to attend that night, as had the words of Senator Kasperbauer in the past. I thank God that these two individuals were able to articulate their concerns with heartfelt passion in the vernacular!

While people are slowly becoming more aware there are still many, many more — non-militant Neos and non-Neos alike — who need to know what is going on.

The next CCOG Village meeting is scheduled for 6 PM on Thursday, 4 June at the Dededo Community Center. Please ATTEND and BRING your family and friends!

    Dear Anonymous at 11:25 am,

Tim Rohr accused the Denver law firm of doing something illegal......something which can cause disciplinary sanctions on them (according to CNMI lawyer). So, since Tim made this accusation against the law firm, he needs to show some documentation to back up what he said. Where is this evidence, Anonymous?

  4. So all these Second collection attempts, the annual charities appeal, parish assessments and other excuses to raise money from unknowing Catholics are funnelled into useless expensive projects just to keep up the appearance of no wrongdoing? The rest goes into a phony seminary, soirees with neo presbyters, first class travels and high end accommodations and other expenses to further his grandiose goals? Wow, he must be patting himself in the back and singing out loud in self-congratulation how he gets away with fooling others. Then he switches to his somber puppy mood when he has to fulfill his role as archbishop ar the Cathedral or other public appearances. That Sandcastle fiasco was a gaffe that he would rather soon forget.

  5. I'm surprised no one has brought suit against AAA yet. Members of the diocese of Agana have standing to sue. Plus AAA and the gang probably waived attorney word product privilege and, arguably, attorney-client privilege when they allowed members of the public to read an opinion letter from counsel addressed to AAA. So, discovery would be really interesting. I'm sure AAA and the gang realize this now and are already furiously deleting emails and destroying documents.

  6. As for opinion letter from Lewis Roca, the fact that they opined on Guam law does not itself constitute unlawful practice of law in Guam. They would have to have more substantial contacts with Guam before they would be in violation of the local rules of professional conduct.

  7. If the arch needs money to support his neo beliefs and his efforts to turn all Catholic parishes on Guam into neo communities, then I suggest he keep passing out those black trash bags at any and all neo gatherings. I understand at a hotel when neos gather, they keep passing around the black trash bag until enough has been collected to pay for the bill. If this is accurate, I say to the archbishop:
    Dear Archbishop Anthony Apuron,
Many of us non-neo Catholics on Guam no longer wish to contribute our hard-earned money to any of your "appeals." We ignore Sunday collection baskets and instead give checks to our parish made out to a parish vendor or local utility.
If you need monies to continue your neo evangelization of Guam's Catholic parishes in order to turn them into neo parishes, I suggest you pass out those black trash bags to your neo followers. With each black trash bag, write a letter explaining your need for their contributions to further neo evangelization on Guam. Tell them you accept cash, checks, or quit claim deeds to property they own. Set the example by putting your own quit claim deed to your Adacao home in your black trash bag. Need black trash bags? I will gladly provide some. Want to contact me to get the black trash bags? Email me via the Marianas Variety-Guam edition. My weekly column "Mindful Musings" appears each Wednesday.

    1. Just stop the money....100%. With the current production cycle, 100% of Guam's Catholic Parishes will be converted to the NEO/NCW Cult. With my prominent and popular friend Monsignor James Benavente out of the running to be Guam's next shepard, all thanks to AAA and NEO Cult Friends.... I'm sure another NEO Cult Presbyter will be selected.... If we stop the money now, we can prevent this evil plan from happen, as Rome will be forced to act due to the closure of parishes and the decrease flow of income. Take action and stop the money now....

    2. Richard, do you have some local pastors we don't know about to administer all our parishes? Didn't think so. : -))

    3. Who knows how many local priests we might have had by now if not for Apuron who not only ran off local vocation but set a horrible example for the priesthood. Our local boys aren't kiss asses and that's what Apuron wants. So he imports them. And they aren't priests. They're little boys.

    4. ANON@1:20PM who cowardly hides under anonymous.....Two outstanding men of the cloth (Monsignor James and Father Paul) whom stand convicted of a crime without due process in accordance to Canon Law are one of a few great priests that are not allowed to serve as pastors of our parishes....there are a few more that we Catholics know unfortunately all you cowardly NEO CULT Presbyters and seminarians celebrate that they will never serve as a Parish Pastor until AAA retires. JOY!!!

    5. Tim, I also heard of these pretend conversations between bishop and certain priests. They never happened. The stories were circulated in the hope they would reach Rome to show bishop is reaching out to clergy. Sure accounts reached Rome because every post of JW is sent to the secretary of state. Comments are all evaluated and If true also sent to Rome each day. A lot of work every evening.
