DEAR DIANA, DAY 6 APPROACHES!!! LOL!!!

LOL. The Diana is still insisting that we use dictionaries. How funny. The Thing Diana will have nothing to do with the legal analysis of an attorney licensed to do business on Guam who has clearly stated that RMS is NOT in the archbishop's control*, yet we are to fall silent at her own "analysis" of a dictionary definition and her unlicensed read of Guam law.

Look, Diana, here's the challenge. I'll put away the legal analysis of a bona fide Guam attorney and you put away your dictionary (LOL). There is no need for opinions here. This is simply a matter of public documents. A corporation sole will be identified as such. Again, by way of example, here is the first page of the articles of incorporation for the Archbishop of Agana, A Corporation Sole.

The full document can be accessed here.

You only need to get the document which says Redemptoris Mater Seminary, A Corporation Sole, and this is over. No need for dictionaries, attorneys, legal opinions, or endless blog posts with your unlicensed legal analysis. Corporation documents are public. Go get it.

By the way, I certainly hope Jackie Terlaje is not advising you, because if it is ever found out that she is, it will be the end of her business. The advice is demonstrably horrible - as you demonstrate here:

LOL. A dictionary trumps a legal opinion by a licensed attorney. LOL.

LOL. Ummm Diana, the reason the form of the corporation is NOT on the document you cite is because the document you cite is related to the licensing of BUSINESSES. Neither the Archbishop of Agana nor RMS is a "business." The Archbishop of Agana is a Corporation Sole and RMS is a "NON-PROFIT CORPORATION."

Apparently you think that because the corporate documents are at the Business Licensing branch that RMS is a "business." LOL. This is so fun. Day 6 approaches.

(Note: Of course the truth is that RMS really is a "business" - an immigration, money laundering, and property grabbing scam.)

  1. Because of this and because the NCW interferes with the non-profit status, It will lead to the Catholic Church to pay taxes. This is what the US Federal Government is looking at and because of these very devious tactics, the Catholic Church under the Neocatechumenal Way is functioning like a business now. Evading the laws of the Territory of Guam means you are evading US Congress that made Guam! Watch out! This too is coming!

  2. Catholic Church in Guam is now operating like a business. It should pay Taxes like every other business. Anthony has abused the system and so he should pay.
