In the midst of all this ugliness I would like today to also celebrate something beautiful: the marriage of my parents SIXTY YEARS AGO today. My mom is still with us. My father passed last year. They had eight children, beginning with me. Thank you mom and dad. It was one tough road, raising eight children in the very rough and challenging 1960's and 70's in the very unforgiving environment of Los Angeles, California.
