BUT THEN THERE'S THE BIG QUESTION

After we ask and answer these three questions, then we must ask THIS ONE:

Why was Apuron...
- despite the advice of his legal counsel
- despite the objection of his finance council
- despite knowingly violating canon law
- despite the fact that he was robbing the Catholic faithful of a mega-million dollar asset
...so determined to give the property away?

If you think it was to serve his neocatechumenal masters, you're wrong. The real answer is very different. The real answer is the answer EVERYONE knows, but they haven't put two and two together yet and got 1,977.

The real answer is why "Brother Ton" is NOT HERE.

NOTE to John Toves. He's headed your way.

  1. On April 15, 1977, the Expos played the first game at Montreal stadium. Seems the retractable roof never worked. It was a disaster. The COVER just wouldn't work. Love history, don't you?

  2. Enough with the suspense already. Can't you tell those of us who don't yet know: What's what with Agat, 1977? Please?

The Archbishop gave a secret deed document to the Gennarinis and the seminary corporation. In it he says: "...Owner hereby covenants and declares that the Property is and shall be held, used, transferred, sold and conveyed ..."

Do you think the Archbishop still owns it, or do you think it now belongs to the seminary corporation?

But now Tim, you're confusing me about the motives. It wasn't to give it to kiko and his cult?

  4. I don't know about 1977, but like any other CEO it looks like Tony is just making sure his golden parachute is nice and comfy for his retirement years. I mean, it's not like he has a hybrid plan to fall back on.

    1. Sadly his GOLDEN Parachute will be used as restitution for the illigal activities that are just now surfacing. I bet ArchNEO Cult Presbyter Apuron wishes he never trashed Father Paul (which began the jungle to whom all these shenanigans are now surfacing...Enjoy your trip Brother Tony....It won't be long before this web you built starts to trap you...

  5. Let me make it clear for the ones with difficulties in following the thread.
In 1977 Apuron made some very bad personal decisions, that would lend most of us in prison (justly).
He got away with these bad deeds, until now. (but perhaps not for long)
Back in 2011 the NCW leadership took conscience that there was a risk, that both the Archbishop and the Archdiocese could be sued, and held liable for these past deeds.

This is where Genarinni entered the fray and decided to protect the biggest financial asset they were controlling, the old Accion Hotel.
So they used all the artifices, Tim and Sen. Klitzkie have uncovered. The rest is now history.

  6. Here's one suggestion. Since it appears that technical title is vested in the archdiocese as they claim but use of it is reserved exclusively for the RMS, then let's pluck out the eye of this controversy. The archdiocese still has the right to demolish all the buildings on the property...we still own it right? Then the RMS can go figure out how it will run its seminary in an open field. The way I see it, it's the only reason they wanted it and it was huge liability for the archdiocese to maintain anyway.
