This whole fiasco with tony and the idiots on the hill brought to mind my young adult life when the Beatles ruled the airwaves on Guam. One song of theirs seems to be particularly appropriate at this point in time. I am sure tony knows it well since he used to be a fair singer.
"The Fool On The Hill"
Day after day, alone on the hill The man with the foolish grin is keeping perfectly still But nobody wants to know him They can see that he's just a fool And he never gives an answer
But the fool on the hill Sees the sun going down And the eyes in his head See the world spinning around
Well on the way, head in a cloud The man of a thousand voices talking perfectly loud But nobody ever hears him Or the sound he appears to make And he never seems to notice
But the fool on the hill Sees the sun going down And the eyes in his head See the world spinning around
And nobody seems to like him They can tell what he wants to do And he never shows his feelings
But the fool on the hill Sees the sun going down And the eyes in his head See the world spinning around
He never listens to them He knows that they're the fools They don't like him
The fool on the hill Sees the sun going down And the eyes in his head See the world spinning around
Dear tony. Seeing you self-destruct is painful for even me. Certainly it is no good for the island to have this taint our history. We hear your health and heart are having serious problems.
Step down now, let Rome find a good reconstructionist and peacemaker. Enjoy your life before the sun finally sets.
Wow, Janet. I'm from a different generation than you, but I can recall the song tune, I just never really paid attention to the lyrics. But your right, the words certainly seem to fit our poor Archbishop. Is it true that he is having heart problems again?
My dear Archbishop, I think you should call those Super Lawyers in California to come and sue Atty. Terlaje, Fr. Pius, that guy Adrian and Msgnr. David VG. They are doing such a splendid job defaming your character, even more that our awesome friend Mr.Toves. Then again, out of those 4 mentioned only one of them is really snickering like the Devil himself, maybe because he feels his diabolical plan is coming together. Yeah right as if he'd ever become a bishop. Best of luck to you and your lackeys because right now, just like your boss pius always says, "eets very concrete, concrete in black and white". Peace Brother.
