HERE IS SOMETHING TO NOTE

For victims, Haselberger said if an investigation has not yet begun, they can ask, in writing, for the congregation overseeing their diocese to investigate bishops accused of abuse.
There is one man who can tell us, and we don't have to go to Rome to find him. While Archbishop Hon is currently assigned to the Archdiocese of Agana as its Apostolic Administrator, he REMAINS Secretary of the Congregation for the Evangelization of Peoples, which is the "congregation overseeing (this) diocese." So it looks like Archbishop Hon can "ask" himself. And he doesn't even need to "write."

  1. The expert says that only the holy see can investigate bishops, however there are no universal procedures to handle investigation of bishops, does that mean that the holy see wings the procedure for each case? does it depend on the # of accusations? If the apostolic see responsible for the investigation in on island, Can we formally make a request to Archbishop Hon, What is the status of the sexual abuse investigation, Has it even started, Has any of the victims been interviewed? or is the "Investigation ongoing" much like the Luis Camacho investigation, and how long will it be ongoing? When can the Church in Guam expect a response, or is it non of our business? Does this Administrator have any experience in investigating sexual abuse cases? If there is a common thread that ties this Administrator or his boss to Apuron, namely NCW membership, is this not a conflict of interest? How will it be impartial?

    1. Outstanding questions you raised. These are not unreasonable questions, on the other hand, they are crucial questions that require honest on-point answers without the usual bland, circuitous and duplicitous replies. The people of Guam deserve truthful answers because we are the ones directly affected by the non-replies of the past.

  2. No wonder why we are still in limbo! Archbishop is still going - Ini-Mini-Minny-Moe with himself.

    1. They better start the investigation soon before Apuron start raping the young prists in Rome.

    2. In the meantime, a serial child molester roams free in the piazzas of Rome, eating gelato and drinking espresso while reading JW on his iPad. Hmmm...I wonder whether his ever-faithful bodyguard goon Edi "the Juicer" provides the consolation of lonely nights without the other neo communities who heap him with praise and doyble-kisses on the cheeks.

  3. Wesolowski redux. Apuron is lounging like a Renaissance prince under Vatican protection in case he can't slither out of this disaster. Who is his palazzo roomie? Bernie Law?
