  1. It's pretty sad that brother tony and his monkeys have divided this church but prey on the victims by attacking them all over again. When will the healing begin? At what point will the archdiocese offer support to the victims and begin the healing?

Thank God for deacon Martinez who stood up against brother tony and is standing up for the truth. God bless him and his family which I'm sure brother tony and his neocult idiots will give him a hard time with the bullying tactics they've been using in everyone.

  2. I am so proud of you, Deacon Steve Martinez! You have shown us, the people of Guam by stepping up to set the wrongs right with our Church. I see you, as a man not a hero with no material prize to gain only the obedience, and trust in our Lord. Deacon Steve Martinez you walk the path of Our Lord, spreading truth vs evil. With that, and being careful by not allowing anybody, nor boundaries to hold you and the truth back. May the Angels in Heaven, ring the bell!

  3. I listened to the entire interview and was struck by Deacon Steve mentioning the archbishop's previous pastoral, counseling, consoling side. Since I was a recipient of the archbishop's most beautiful, pastoral ministering for many years I can testify what Deacon Steve said used to be true. Like Patti Arroyo said, "I want my archbishop back"-the loving, tender, pastoral side that has been destroyed by the NCW.

    1. Unfortunately for the likes of Roy Quintanilla and other victims, that pastoral side rarely surfaced and has been extinguished by his darker side. And if it did surface. it was for his own selfish reasons. Look at how he has his goons respond to victims reaching out. That is not pastoral or tender in any sense of the word. He has to resign for the sake of Guam's church. His continued presence as our shepherd is scandalous and harmful and poisonous. If he had any ounce of pastoral decency left in him, Apuron will immediately resign, repent, name all his other victims, reach out to them and labor for the rest of his life to make their lives whole again.

    2. Unfortunately victims cannot reclaim the lost time. Deacon spoke from informed knowledge. Reality is so many lives were destroyed. Some got lost in drink some self medicated others fell into problems with law. Others simply got lost in life. Interesting fact is notice victims did not leave catholic church.
Story needs to be heard story needs to be told. Thankyou deacon for telling the story for many who cannot.
Thankyou Roy.Thankyou Dorris for being the first. It will be hard for him to shoot you down.

    3. Anonymous 9:21a.m. and 11:53a.m. I am very torn. On one hand I love the archbishop because he stuck by me and healed my severe depression with great love and compassion over many years when everyone else turned me away. On the other hand I am an adult survivor of incest and so have compassionate for the alleged victims of sexual abuse. It is very hard for me to understand how the archbishop could be so compassionate towards me and yet not compassionate and respectful towards these alleged victims then and now. If an adult has compassion and respect towards children no abuse would occur.

  4. Personswho know the truth by knowledge or experience were all removed from Guam.
Deacon gives reference to three. sorry to say more than three . The victims also include priests abused as seminarians.

  5. Every single time that Golden Jubilee is recited, I cringe when it comes to the part of reconciliation. Archbishop, you want healing and reconciliation but REFUSE to be the first to extend your hand. You are a HIPOCRITE! You want the rest of the church to kiss your a$$ first. YOU ARE A DISGRACE.... And unfortunately, your family knows it too. I will continue prayer for your sorry soul, even when others tell me it's a futile gesture.

    1. I don't pray the jollibee prayers. Instead, I pray to God to rid our island of Apuron and his Neo cadre.

I highly doubt the credibility of this mother. Of all the things to say to her and this comes up? Doesn't make much sense to me. How about "I'm going to miss you mom", or I'll always love you mom". The timing of the accusation is also questionable."

I wonder if Beatrice Garrido is a neocat? She's at least a heartless idiot.

    1. Well anon @5.33 it would appear that slowly but surely the archbishop is losing support from everybody except a few zealots from the Way. As more victims and survivors step forward that number will continue to dwindle.
The danger for the "Way" will be that in defending the most vile of crimes they will de facto severed themselves from the rest of society. At least on Guam.

    2. Frenchie, sorry, but we did hear Fr. Jeff saying how much he loves the Arch. Through his tears. Which way, Fr Jeff.

    3. I wonder why the timing is questionable. When is it not questionable. And what made you sure that Sonny didn't say those words of I love you mom. I remember that comment on Roy's wondering why his mom didn't look for him that night. Of course, she did but as contained in his message of 3 pages which was reduced to one. If you find out that he did say those words or let her feel that love by him embracing his mom, would you believe. Have you asked yourself that could just be in denial. Wake up. Courage.

    4. Hello Anon at 8.32, I did hear Fr Jeff, pronounced these words as well, I also listened to the whole interview.

The danger of jumping to a conclusion from one small excerpt of an interview has been underlined many times. I would encouraged you to listen to the whole interview one more time at least, and listen to all the implied issues.

What Fr Jeff was doing, was avoiding to be painted into a corner by Patti. He is trying to offer prayers for the victims, without being pro or against the Archbishop.

His choice of words might have been ill advised, but basically he was avoiding the appearance that this service was a condemnation of the Chancery. The message was, and must remain, "we support the victim."

Our local priests are walking a very tight rope and they know it. Like it or not Apuron is still the nominal Bishop, as much as we might despise his actions past and present, he is still the Bishop. We as lay people have the luxury to be openly in contempt of the Bishop, but this is a luxury the priests can ill afford at this time.

If they did this, it would give Pius and Adrian the excuse they have been waiting for, to sideline them and replace them with the fake priests from Yona.
The ousting, and the continuous and vicious savaging of Fr Paul and Msg James were a not so settle warning to the rest of the priests.....message received, loud and clear.

The good news, being that even if the priests have to keep up appearances, it is a distorted image, an illusion for the Chancery to think, they have things under control... They don't, and this latest round of threats, bullying and intimidation are just making people and priests alike very, very upset.
