  1. The Archbishop has always taken seriously any allegations, and even rumors, of sexual abuse and acted on them. Except when the allegation or rumor of sexual abuse names him. Then, he doesn't. Lol. Who wrote this release?

  2. They talk about Camacho's case as a "rumor", why they do? There isn't an allegation of custodial interference pending on Fr. Luis?

    1. Should they sue the police officer for false arrest of Fr. Luis? Apparently he did nothing wrong.

    2. I wish they would sue me. Because of the faithful reading this I will refrain from all of the cuss words I am screaming right now because of their stupidity. Asses. I can say "ass" right?

  3. I don't see the connection between sexual abuse having roots from the seminary property and the removal of Msgr. Benevente. Why was even thrown into the pot? Its nice how they tie random things into one little ugly package as to why there's even 'sex abuse allegations'

    1. Nice point, jewiz. I think they are starting to believe their lies because they keep coming back to this sale of the seminary property. I guess they have to come out with a reason to why these "attacks" on the Archbishop. It is a stretch but that's the only one available to them.

    2. Jewiz, their response was excellent, if you ask me. They took all of the spaghetti they had in their pot and through it up on the wall, hoping that some of it sticks. Ha ha. But you know what would happen if they sued somebody standing up for the victims? That legislation lifting the statute of limitations would sail through the legislature to the Governor's desk.

Now why does Apuron need a top notch lawyer from off island? Oh yeah, the Denver Firm with expenses paid by the Gennarinis or will it be Pro Bono!

  8. Wow, seriously? This is the archdiocese's response to those coming forward after years of abuse is this media release? WOW.... JUST WOW..

These idiots are really selfish and only trying to protect themselves. I completely lost all respect for brother tony. He will have to face his fate when his soul faces the ultimate JUDGE, our Lord Jesus himself and no lawyer or prominent law firm will represent him then. He won't even have an excuse to hide. So enjoy yourself brother tony. You just disgraced that position you hold.

  9. Amazing piece of trash!

When you think they cannot dig themselves deeper in trouble, the idiots on the Hill do it again!

Not only they do not address the issues, they muddle them even more.

Now they slander Tim, but also Deacon Steve, who have been the only ones willing to take this head on.

Finally as a cherry on the proverbial cake, they find nothing better to slander one more time Msg James and Father Paul, making public again, the same sleazy allegations that have been proven as lies for over two years.

How thick between the ears do you have to be, for being that out of touch with the reality? What kind of mind altering substance do these people smoke? How toxic is the air on that hill, for people to be that delusional and phantasmagoric?

The only thing missing in this piece of trash is the kitchen sink...

Of course it is not signed, we are getting used to this kind of digression.
Where is the Archbishop? Did he authorize this hit piece?
Hiding in which closet? A perfect example of how NOT to be a leader.

From the level of hatred this garbage pile is containing, it had to be written directly by Cristobal. His personal hatred of Fr Paul and Msg James is legendary, and dates back decades. (This type of uncontrolled feeling, was one of the main factor, the seminary refused to endorse him for the priesthood). The stupidity of the arguments and the lack of correlation between one fact and the other, is outlandish and sensational.
Only one idiot, is stupid enough on that Hill to put together such an ill prepared and self contradicting piece. This should be taught in public relation classes around the world, as a perfect example of what NOT to do.

The final nail in the coffin: " the Bishop is being persecuted because he is cleaning up the Church we all love". Whoa!!! and who has been in charge of this Church on Guam for the last 30 years, if not this failed Archbishop? Who else is responsible for the failing of this Church on Guam, if not the Archbishop?

The inanity, viciousness, total lack of charitable mention of the victims and their well being, is so glaring, one cannot be either aghast or revolted.

St Michael the Archangel defend us in battle...

  12. My first reaction was incredulity. This press release makes no sense at all; there's absolutely no logic behind it. I like Chuck's analogy - they're throwing spaghetti on the wall to see what sticks. What speaks loudly and clearly is the fact that AAA is taking absolutely no action against the allegations made against him. Why? Could it be that he is afraid of what will be revealed? We're not stupid. His inaction speaks VOLUMES! Enough of the threats already! Follow up on your claims to file suit so that EVERYTHING can finally be revealed. This archbishop needs to be REMOVED since he's not likely going to do the right thing and RESIGN. I continue to pray for his victims and their families. I pray that brave leaders like Deacon Steve will be fortified in their stance. I pray for our church that we will continue to be guided and strengthened. And I pray that we may be rid of the evil that has descended upon us. The cleansing of the church that AAA is talking about is ridding ourselves of him and his cult.

    1. They ware playing the same card trick used when NEO-Cult Presbyter Luis Camacho was caught with a minor girl inside his car parked at a secluded area with towels covering the windows. The same public statement of " An investigation has started" will hopefully go away (in their monkey brain minds) in a year or two. As we witnessed a few months ago, NEO-Cult Presbyter Luis with his full faculties restored, celebrates NEO-Cult Services and leads a youth retreat in Qatar. We will continue to sit and wait; yet there will never be any legal action filed by this KAKA Filled ArchNEO-Cult Leadership.

  13. The lesson that our children learned from all this is "children should not report any sexual assault because you will get sued!".....Hey Evi, that's worth 3 fist pumps and a Bud Light....just don't be late for mass.

  14. The Mass of Healing for All Victims of Abuse held today at the FD Boys Chapel was well attended and inspirational. Fr. Jeff had a really great sermon. I didn't see any Neocats. But then again, they haven't been abused as much as the locals and their children. In fact, Brother Tony has put them on a pedestal and refers to them as his "precious" seminarians. Anyway, Apuron' response is merely a deflection from the true issue we're presently dealing with - child sexual abuse. Apuron continues to listen to Adrian, David, Pius the Putrid, and Uduvaldo. Pretty soon, the hole he's digging for himself will reach Hell and then we can start the healing process.

  15. Well said Becky and Chuck! I agree with you 100%. AAA's silence (other than his immediate denial of wrongdoing in the media) is deafening. I read the press release from the archdiocese (typed with lower case A as in the release to stress their idiocy) and it left me dumbfounded! I wholeheartedly believe that statements made of DEACON Martinez are inaccurate but I won't argue against brother tony being referred to as 'archbishop' for obvious reasons. UNBELIEVABLE!

  18. Stay with me here . . . the official response from the Archdiocese is that there are no victims of abuse, just conspirators. Hence, if Fr. Jeff and Fr. Mike are offering a Healing Mass for Victims of Sexual Abuse, does this mean that they too will be sued for insinuating that accusers exist as victims?

I understand that these Masses are being offered with a universal "appeal" however, it is starkly obvious that there is a purpose for offering them right here, right now.

Countdown for the "Archdiocese" to malign these good priests (and the Mass?) in 3 ..2...1 ..

Actually, the Healing Masses being offered are for "Victims of Abuse." While the word "Sexual" is not included in the description, as you point out, given what has been happening most recently, "… it is starkly obvious that there is a purpose for offering them right here, right now"

Thanks to the courageous move of Deacon Steve Martinez, it appears that (at least) some of our priests are willing to acknowledge that there is a need for healing prayers for victims of abuse, with the Mass being the highest prayer possible. I pray that all victims — particularly those who have suffered at the hands of the clergy — will be able to experience the beginning of the healing process.

    1. Dear anon at 8.35, thank you for pointing out one of the essential point to this charade.
Hiring "one the top legal firm in the US" cost a ton of money.
Private investigator cost less, but if they stay on the job for a while the bills pile up.

One of the main reason Guam was so nice to the NCW has been that Guam was a great cash cow. With funds drying up fast, and with the "Seminary" costing huge amounts to operate, any money siphoned out for a legal fund, will be money taken out of the NCW pockets.

The NCW on island has been weened on a lot of cash, and the Capo in NJ is still expecting his poundd of flesh.

So any effort to mount a legal campaign against the truth fighters will force them to tighten their belt even more, and that will create conflict on the Hill.

Just watch and keep count... this should become quite interesting.
