BILL 326-33 - COMMITTEE VOTING SHEET

Below is the committee voting sheet for Bill 326-33. The full Committee Report can be found here

Normally, a vote TO DO PASS is an indication of support for a bill, but not always.

Senators on the committee who voted TO DO PASS are: Frank B. Aguon, Jr., Thomas C Ada, Benjamin J.F. Cruz, Rory Respicio, Nerissa B. Underwood, Anthony V. Ada, Frank F. Blas, Jr.

Senators on the committee who did not vote are: Judith T. Won Pat and Brant T. McCreadie.

Senators who voted TO REPORT OUT ONLY are Dennis G. Rodriguez and James V. Espaldon

A vote TO REPORT OUT ONLY usually indicates some concerns with the bill. We will try to find out what those are.

Senators not on the committee are: Tina Rose Muna Barnes, Michael F. Q. San Nicolas, Mary Camacho Torres.

Here is the contact information for the senators. This will be permanently kept at the above tab labeled GUAM SENATORS. Further information (mailing address) can be found here.

Also, it would be a good idea to contact the Governor's Office and urge your support for the bill in its current form.

Office of the Governor of Guam
Tel: +1-671-472-8931, +1-671-472-8936
Fax: +1-671-477-4826

The bill now goes to Senator Rory Respicio's RULES COMMITTEE which will vote whether or not to place it on an upcoming Legislative Agenda. Once it is on the Legislative Agenda it will be discussed/debated in a Legislative Session. It could then go to a vote. If it passes, then the governor will have the option to sign it, veto it, or ignore it. A time frame for this is not known as of yet.

    1. Lets identity ourselves when we make these contacts. "Anonymous" doesn't carry much weight with politicians.

    2. 5:30. Good to contact the governor. Better, for now, to contact the legislature.

  3. - In my opinion, those Senators did not vote (Judith T. Won Pat and Brant T. McCreadie) and Senators who voted TO REPORT OUT ONLY (Dennis G. Rodriguez and James V. Espaldon) should be looked at very closely. I am thinking that they feel they have this election in the bag and do not have to support the bill to protect our children. It is time to clean house and get rid of those who are not thinking of the welfare of the people on Guam!

    1. The NCW carries a lot of the Tagalog vote. Espaldon and Rodriguez and others need to hear the larger Filipino voice who support Jesus Christ and Blessed Mary. Think of this same NCW operation as being in the motherland. As if there isn't enough going on already. You should follow the President's battle plan. Simple enough.

    2. Filipino Community of ilocos should support this bill. Remembering that the Malakas and the Maganda were supporters of life supporters of children.
Filipinos should follow the example of Presisent Rodrigo Duterte himself a victim of child abuse by a catholic priest. Filipino community needs to unite and support this bill as they would do in the motherland paradise regained on earth. Maharlika.

    3. We will denounce in the election any senator who supports this Bill. The Maharlika vote will be activated should it be required.

  6. Be advised that this not a vote in the bill but only a vote to report it out of committee so it can go to a vote. Still, it would be good to contact each senator now.

    1. Looking ahead is a good thing. You can start evaluating the actions of all the current Senators so that in the end, a true vote can be made.

  7. The Catholic church and Vatican are in support of child molesters and are protecting child molesters. Child molesters must face justice and if Senators and the Governor do not support this Bill 326-33 agree with THESE priest who DO NOT HOLD THE WORD OF GOD AND ARE IN AGREEMENT WITH SATAN. The Catholic and their priest continue to turn their backs of their own people. They have heard the truth from the victims.
