Senator Blas Jr. stated, "This is the effort from an organization called silent No More and today was just a presentation of all those signatures they gathered in support of an effort of legislation or a law that would allow victims of sexual abuse who are abused when they were children the opportunity to allow them to seek justice for what was done to them.”
Several lawmakers joined in expressing their admiration for the victims and their families for their courage to come forward with their personal story to the community in order to seek healing. Lawmakers say that the Silent No More campaign hopes that the movement will bring about change either with a new law or updated legislation.Read more

      1. HON what a slap in YOUR face! DQ has no respect for Fr. Jeff or you! Maybe the "slap" will wake you UP! This is the reason for disunity in our church! It's not the CCOG, LFM, Silent No More or JW, it's the NCW POISON!
Hon if you can't handle the JOB GO HOME!

      2. I like your use of the initials "DQ" for David Quitugua, the former VG. Could it also refer to him as Dairy "Queen"?

    2. The whole island is watching this cult in action. Fr. Jeff, are you with us or against us? Putting another putrid puppet in charge of the RMS is not change, it's buying time. I wouldn't be surprised if Lurch is hiding Apuron and Pius over there in boy town.

      1. - What a concept Terlaje at 9:51 PM! You might not be too far from the truth! If the True Catholics are not allowed to enter the RMS unless his lowly holiness quitugua approves it, that might be the reason! That is why apurun is still in charge! He is close enough to still run things and cause damages! We need to go underground and investigate this!

      2. Did anyone see Apuron leave the Island when they said he??.. or is it just hear say??...better yet,if he had left, Don't you think someone would have seen him come back??...Guam's Airport is NOT than big you know....Maybe he never left and still here in Guam hiding at his Mansion..Terlaje 9:51 PM could be right about Apuron hiding...why else would they refuse anyone into the property..

    3. Lurch Quitugua picking up where Pius left off. Perhaps reinforcing the fact that RMS and his NCW sect owns the Seminary, even through the catholic of Guam are funding this seminary with their donations. Another reason why this clown should be removed altogether. He is complicite with Apuron in the destruction of the archdiocese, giving away of the property and firing the AFC, and Msgr James. He is just as quilty.

    4. - Who is in charge of the "Money Pit RMS"? If it supposedly belongs to the Agana Diocese, then why we need Quitugua's permission to enter! Continue the Fight Laity Forward Movement! Shame on You David Quitugua! Such a Sad Chamorro So Called Priest on Guam! I am sure your family is so very very proud of you! Sorry but I Am Not!

      - Way to Go "Silent No More" Group! I am not on the Island of Guam but if you need more signatures and people not on the island is approved to sign, let me know and I am on it!

    5. this is what happens when hon plays for appeasement and preservation, rather than truly leading the church and doing the right thing.

i hope this makes people think again about this unity and peace thing, and about celebrating ill-decided compromises. isn't it very clear yet that there can be no unity and peace with kikos in control?

    6. Archbishop Hon mentioned that David expressed his loyalty to Apuron. He said that he understands how David is pained by what is going on, and admires this loyalty to Apuron. WTH, Hon? Are you here to fix problems or to make friends? You are worse than Chamberlain who went to meet Hitler with all the panache and genteel diplomacy of a lost world! Not realizing that he was talking to a dictator bent on expansionist ideas. Chamberlain's flawed appeasement theory became his undoing and the regret of the people he was representing, not to mention the destruction of friendly territory. Come now, Hon, this is not a time for games and recreation. You can save that for later over chianti and espresso with your friends in Rome. Meanwhile, Guam Catholic Church bleeds and you offer nothing!

      1. Ai si Dabid, Lost in space, what happened to loyalty to God, or the truth, or to his vow to be a priest of God? This is what happened when one is brained washed, and sold his soul to the devil. There is a good chance Apuron is hiding out with his boy dave at RMS.

      4. Fr. Jeff loves everyone....including Archbishop Apuron. That's sweet and Christ-like but probably Fr. Jeff is not the correct one to make difficult, firm decisions.

        Delete
      5. I can love everyone too but I will not be proclaiming that to the world when I know that someone has seriously caused unforgivable pain to others. I pity apurun. He has done so much damages to the True Catholic Churches on Guam and the True Catholics! Therefore, I will never proclaim that I love him!

      6. Fr Jeff can be 'sweet'. Jesus did not announce love for the money changers n the temple on the radio. He over turned the tables! Sure, he loved those guys too. Get it?

    7. It's a seminary. Why keep visitors out? Sure seems like they have something to hide. Quitugua and the rest of the neos should be ashamed of themselves. Fr. Jeff, what are you going to do about this?!

    8. Maybe, in addition to hiding apuron, they're hiding other things: girls? smoking Grass (the smell lingers)? As long as they refuse entry to visitors, we are free to speculate. One thing for sure, Putrid Pius has been replaced by Dastardly David. Same smell.

      3. apurun is still in charge so we cannot fumigate it until he is defrocked! Then we will really need to scrub it top to bottom!

    10. What an insult to ArchBishop Hon and Fr. Jeff. This is the NCW on Guam at its best. Monsignor David Q (younger) needs to be removed as Rector or RSM. I say put him in charge of the Chapel at the Hilton Hotel or better yet Nikko as it's a non denominational chapel!!! Courage

      1. DOC needs a chaplain to reach out to criminals and those in need of reform. Right up DCQ's alley, he can empathize with them as he empathized with Apuron. Perfect segue for him when Apuron becomes known as inmate #1 the serial predator of young boys. They can also share a single cell room. #bestbudsinjail

    11. David, You were told you'll be the acting rector, not rectum. Get off your high horse, remove those locks and let them in. What's wrong, you're afraid of an angry mob? Sheesshhh.

    12. This David CQ has lost its taste - like scriptures say, "when salt has lost its taste it has become useless." David, you are a useless piece of ______! Do us all a favor and disappear from the island forever! You were ineffective at your positions in the Archdiocese and in everything else. Go run to daddy apuron, cry on his shoulders and suck on something to make the pain go away. Just save us the grief and pain in seeing you so divided in your loyalties. Choose NCW and be gone. Take evil Pius Rasputin with you. Please.

    13. David save Archdiocese further pain please leave Guam work on the mainland. You are not wanted on Guam.
      You are hated here.
Go live your ncw but not here on Guam. You are not a son of Guam
