FIRING JACKIE'S A$%!

JTT’s (Jacqueline Taitano Terlaje) “Final Report” dated Oct 9, 2016, rejects Archbishop Hon’s authority to demand the resignation of the members of the Cemetery Board appointed by Apuron in July 2014. She states:
“…Archbishop Apuron remains the Archbishop of Agana, and thus, any authority to terminate Board members rests in his discretion, and not that of the Delegate, (or) of the Apostolic Administrator, who was given authority over the Archdiocese of Agana."
JTT is wrong. Too bad she doesn’t have me to help her. I could keep her from looking so stupid. Oh well. She didn’t ask! LOL :)

ARTICLE "SEVENTH" of the Articles of Incorporation for the Corporation Sole states that in the event of “the absence or disability of the Archbishop of Agana”…the Corporation is to be administered by “the Vicar General”…”the Chancellor”…or by some other administrator or prelate upon whom such duties devolve by virtue of Canon Law or other appropriate statutes of the Holy Roman Catholic Church…”  (Complete document here.)

Obviously, in the present case, “the Corporation is…administered..by "some other administrator…upon whom such duties devolve by virtue of Canon Law…” That “other administrator" is the “prelate” appointed personally by Pope Francis, Archbishop Savio Hon Tai Fai.

Mind you, we are not speaking of just ecclesial authority here. Article Seven is part of the legal document used to form the Corporation Sole according to the laws of Guam, which, per § 10102 GCA defaults to the internal “rules, regulations, or discipline of (the) denomination, society, or church…
§ 10102. Religious Corporations. Corporation sole. For the administration of the temporalities of any religious denomination, society, or church, and the management of the estates and properties thereof, it shall be lawful for the bishop, chief priest, or presiding elder of any such religious denomination, society, or church to become a corporation sole unless inconsistent with the rules, regulations, or discipline of his religious denomination, society, or church or forbidden by competent authority thereof.
Per the Corporation Sole’s own Articles of Incorporation, Archbishop Hon has complete CIVIL authority to administer the Corporation Sole (aka Archdiocese of Agana), and that means FIRING JACKIE’S ASS. LOL. Courage :)

  1. It seems the "trained attorney" may need some additional training. LOL.
Of course, that assumes that she is able to overcome STUPID. Sorry, Jackass Jackie, but you are a loser as an attorney. Don't be a loser as a mother - protect your children from pedophiles!

    1. Janet, her own kids need to be protected from her! What kind of example is she giving with her stubborn stupidity! One of these days, her grandkids and kids will google their history and discover how impertinent and shameless their (grandmother) mother was. Pathetic, really! Yet she has chances to redeem herself. It is her choice how history will judge her, as one who stood for truth and justice, or as one who gave her soul to kiko arguelles.

  2. Like a petulant, errant child, she claims no one can fire her because she quits! The NEOs on Guam only answer to Apuron, who answers to Pius, who answers to their lord and master, Kiko. Until the pope makes known his absolute supreme authority in these pastoral matters, we will continue to have these kinds of takeovers of parishes and defiant disobedience that aim to disrupt our spiritual lives.

    1. Jackie, the only one that quit the cemetery board was the one who turned in his resignation..., the rest of you, to include Dennis Santo Thomas were fired. Any comments you make from then on is just to show how stupid the neos are..

    3. Director Alberto is so embarrassed that he has not shown up to work at chancery as vice Chancellor, leaving poor Jeff to handle all the ruckus at the chancery while everyone is off island. Atty. Jackass Terlaje is too proud to admit the shame of being canned. Lets help her out. Jackass, YOU'RE FIRED !!!!!!

  3. Oh Jackie Jackie, stop the non-sense. You can find Tony as your bishop. It goes to show how far neos will go in their attempts to protect each other. He is history.

  4. I guess her "training" wasn't sufficient enough to find these articles. Get your money back, JTT. Your "training" was not administered correctly.

  5. These neos seem to live in a world of denial. Everyone on that cemetery board was fired with the exception on Wayne santos who resigned. That fake ass Jackie is such a delusional idiot. Maybe she's doing what she thinks she has to because she's a major responsible in the stinkin neocult. Follow her and she'll lead you to hell.

  7. Guys, the comment of Jackie is not for us. It is for the consumption of the Neos who are seen nodding their heads in agreement. If anything, the comment is for our entertainment only.

    1. Anon 10:26 while there is some truth to that, releasing this decision with a media conference is despicable & arrogant. How the other members agreed to sit there and listen to her crap is pathetic.

    2. Not just crap but pathetic and ignorant if I may add to that. Embarrassing how they just sat there like well behaved DOGS listening to their handler. Clueless as to the image they seem to portray. Look at the run down cemeteries. It says a lot during the time they were supposedly running the board.

    4. "It is for the consumption of the Neos who are seen nodding their heads in agreement"

So very correct. They have taken the narrative public. Usually they keep it among themselves within their communities, but now that we (non-neos) are making headway through our truthful and fact based assertions in some of those walking (but weary of their catechist's contrarian rhetoric), they have taken their manipulative narratives public (as if putting a lie on camera transforms it into a truth . . .)

Whether the lie is made in private or in public, it still lacks integrity. The NCW leadership is counting on not just their ignorant followers, but on those non-neos who are apathetic and ignorant.

  8. Now to rid all these STUPID NEOS from positions of influence. TONY, your time in coming soon. Your days of trying to push that neo agenda is coming to an end.

There have been several comments about the filing a complaint of JTT-the-Lawyer-that-Needs-More-Training to the Guam Bar Association. One of the commenters wrote that anyone (and I assume, any group, too) can file a complaint against her professional and ethical conduct. The most solid complaint will arise from a party (whether an individual or a group) who was directly harmed by her conduct whether or not she was/is their counsel. If you fit this description, is there anyone among the readers of this blog who will be willing to file a complaint. It is worth taking that move of filling a complaint for a couple of reasons. First, if she is disciplined in the form of a suspension or removal, Abp. Apuron’s personal defense in the slander case and the expected child sexual abuses cases may be crippled. Other than her, who in the local NCW will step up and serve as personal defense counsel of Abp. Apuron? (If none, and the NCW higher-ups try to bring in an off-island counsel, let us keep an eye out on the local attorney who will sponsor the pro hac admission of that counsel and shame him/her for being an NCW sympathizer !!!) Secondly, she is really professionally unfit to practice law as demonstrated in her written statements and public comments even just in the past couple of months. This may be the cause of her poor knowledge of the law, her low ethical standards, and/or that she is subject to mind control manipulation by Pius and other NCW folks who control her mind --- all of which has been demonstrated publicly thanks to the NCW’s propensity for media attention. If any or all of these three are her defense, either way, she is not fit to be a member of the Bar. On the other hand, we can leave her alone, she can be left “as is” and continue onward with her personal representation of Abp. Apuron. With her low level of professional skills, his personal legal defense would be weakened. In my book, I wish that for him. They deserve each other and can go down the Court system’s drain together.

    1. I suspect Mrs. JTT is smart enough not to become lead counsel for the civil defense of Abp. ASA, though she might be local counsel for his off-island attorneys.

That way she could feed information to Fr. Edwin “Pius” Sammut and the NCW Cult hierarchy -- assuming Abp. ASA waives the attorney-client privilege to do so. But then, if the attorney-client privilege is waived for some purposes, it may be waived for all.

Frankly, if Abp. ASA had half a brain, despite the length of their association and mutual trust, he probably would not want Attorney JTT on his defense team, precisely to avoid being “thrown under the bus” by the NCW Cult, so they could salvage some of their financial assets and dwindling influence within the Archdiocese of Agaña after he is gone. But that is his call.

The potential attorney-client privilege waiver issue does call to mind another question about NCW Cult practices. Do the NCW Cult presbyters fully understand the canon law prescriptions of the Seal of Confession? It is absolute.

By contrast, the NCW Cult “sharing” enjoys none of those protections, either under canon or civil law. Can we trust NCW Cult confessors to remember the difference?

Finally, as to filing a disciplinary complaint with the Guam Bar Association for alleged professional misconduct by a lawyer, here is a link to the applicable form.
