Because of the leadership these two senators took on permanently and retroactively lifting the civil statute of limitations on sex crimes against minors, especially at a time when it was not sure which ways the political winds would blow on this, the following will have my vote:

ReplyDeleteI don't know. But regarding Fred Bordallo, some say that he covered up the investigation into Luis. I don't believe that to be true. What he did do however was violate the provisions of the FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT upon my initial request to receive copies of public documents related to the case. The FOIA requires compliance within 4 days of the request. My initial FOIA request was submitted to Chief Bordallo on April 2. I did not receive the required reply until April 20.
