THE CRISTOBAL FILE: PART 1

In preparing the extensive dossier against Adrian Cristobal I came across this statement of his from his press release against Fr. Paul, July 22, 2013. This was nearly 3 years before Apuron's victims started talking.
"...in light of the painful lessons the Church and all of society have had to endure in recent years – and still endures – we must abide by standards that will safeguard all children in our care. As Jesus teaches us, the youngest are among the must vulnerable among us and great care must be given to safeguard them."
Yep, this is the guy we are sending off to get his canon law degree. SMH! Can't wait for his deposition.

  1. Adrian is going to study his canon law. He will be very busy. He will not have time to compose deposition papers. His studies will demand all his time.
Regarding the poor bitches statement. He is a two faced bitch and David Lujan needs to wipe the flor with him. He needs to be exposed for what he is.

  2. Adrian has always been a two faces hypocrite of the most vile kind.
A facilitator and an abettor of serial abusers, yet without batting an eye he can accuse innocent people of the crimes he himself is guilty of.

The joke back in the seminary was:"What's the difference between Adrian and a catfish ?... one is a mud dwelling, scum sucking, garbage eating animal; the other one is a fish"
    This resume the whole situation.

  3. We must remember that the NCW was brought to Guam precisely for this: protection for a Apuron and Adrian in return for this diocese and all its resources. The deal was that Kiki would have the run of things, but if things went bad Apuron and Adrian would be provided an escape. However they did not figure on losing the Yona property. That was the insurance that it would be worth their while. Now it's simply a matter of getting rid of Adrian so he doesn't talk and do more damage to the NCW.

Based on this explanation of the deal, at present the NCW is making good on its part of the deal in protecting Apuron by hiding him from the Guam sexual abuse lawsuits and stashing him off-island in places the likes of San Francisco, New Jersey, Rome, etc. The NCW is making good on its part by even going as far as getting Filoni Baloney to command the that the Adrian canon law studies assignment be enacted upon by Abp Byrnes. I’m inclined to think that the NCW is not making good on its part of the deal out of the goodness of its heart (they have no heart), nor out of their trustworthiness (I don’t think they know the meaning of that word). Rather, the NCW is making good on their part of the deal because of the potential by Adrian and Apuron to spill the beans on the NCW (there will be many beans to spill). Under this scenario, it is plausible that these two bozos (Adrian and Apuron), with all the beans they have (some beans even specific to Filoni Baloney and Kiko), are (or could be) in control of Filoni Baloney and Kiko. If this is the case, this is another misstep by the NCW that they entered into a deal with compromised leaders of Guam’s Catholic Church. These four should keep their power trip tricks within the confines of each other and leave the local Faithful alone.

  5. yes Tim that is the truth. Adrian Apuron allowed neo in to protect them with their numbers. Apuon feared should his past abuses ever be exposed his native son priests would not protect him. neo would protect. Guam with its dark history fertile ground for Adrian to play his dark game. All karma. Adrian Apuron now threats to the way.

  6. Guam was a misstep for NCW, which sorely underestimated the intelligence, diligence, deep faith in Catholicism and traditions, as well as the rage of the laity against injustice and abuse. Thanks to all who remain committed to righting the wrongs done to our Archdiocese in the 30-year reign of terror by apuron. This bishop abuser thought that he was invincible, assured by his asskissers that no one "not even the Pope" can touch him. The fight for the restoration of the Archdiocese of Agana is far from accomplished. We have to remain vigilant and critical of presently-reconstituted councils or bodies, and future decisions that smell foul. 2017 will be tough on so many levels but we remain hopeful but on-guard against fast-ball strategies of a desperate and apprehensive NCW leadership. Thanks to JW, CCOG, LFM and others who maintain visibility and vocal protests. Keep the faith! You are on the right track!

I agree that the NCW’s choice of Guam for its would-be site for a total NCW diocese take-over was a misstep on its part. I think every now and then about the “why” of Guam as an optimum site for a total NCW take-over. For one, it is physically a small geographic space and perhaps easy to “conquer.” Second, as an island, it is physically isolated so the NCW leaders believed that illegal and heretical activities they undertake would largely go un-noticed and be contained within the island (they forgot about the existence of the Internet). Third, Guam has a Catholic-influenced culture where the Faithful are fully supportive of the Church and the clergy who, in their faith, could do no wrong. Fourth, the Faithful are reverent of the Church (as Faithful should be) and follow its teachings, and the direction of their leaders and clergy without question. Add to those that Guam was made even more ideal being led by a compromised archbishop. Every now and then I wonder if Fr. Pius-the-Putrid came to Guam already knowing that Abp Apuron was a child molester and planned use that information to extort Abp Apuron into allying himself with the NCW’s plan for Guam. Or, if Abp Apuron confessed his child molesting history during the scrutinies he underwent as part of his membership to the NCW. Subsequent to that confession, the NCW devised this plan where it would use that child molesting confession to extort Abp Apuron to ally himself with the NCW to execute its plan for a total diocese take-over. Whichever order the total diocese take-over plan came about, that plan was made possible by having a comprised archbishop at helm of the diocese. Looking ahead, I double Anon 8:44’s and many other JungleWatchers’ call to remain vigilant and critical of the present Church leadership and the programs they are attempting to effect to supposedly turn the ship around.

    2. It all goes back to the worldly ambitions and grab for power by apuron. He was enthralled by the lure of these oft-repeated weaknesses of leaders who fall under their spell. The red hat surely was a tasty carrot. Secondly, it was his personal weakness. He had no backbone to lead and make decisions. He was like, in St. John the Baptist's words, "a reed swaying in the wind." It was often observed that his decisions were based on who was the last person he talked to on the topic. Putrid pius jumped at this weakness. He saw an easy prey for the roaring lion. Sure enough, it wasn't long till the NCW strategy for a total takeover took shape. They went for the kill too fast and too soon that their missteps became fatal flaws that led to their demise. Stalking and studying their prey was not enough. Greed, greed, greed. They were willing to sacrifice the integrity of the Church and the trusting sentiments of the people in order to complete their timeline. Wining and dining was part of the strategy, as they do with other gullible episcopal marionettes, even the import of pleasing non-USDA fresh meat (fake seminarians and presbyters) for the limp-wristed. In the end, a tragic outcome that will take a long time to shake off. This expose' was not only top news of 2016 but will remain in the news in the remaining quarter of the century. Perhaps beyond.

  7. Adrian has been the mastermind of much of the misdeeds perpetrated by Apuron in his corrupted regime. He knew about about Apuron's perverted ways and took advantage of it for his personal gain and ambition. He is ruthless and calculating. He should have been disciplined severly for his defiance and misdeeds. Instead Byrnes gives him a free ride to freedom. Adrian is laughing at us now. Byrnes was naive and impetuous in thinking Adrian has rehabilitated. Byrnes is not listening well.

    1. I agree on the personal culpability of Adrian. He jumped on the vulnerability of apuron who was, at best, compromised. He should be censured to show other priests that such action can never be condoned. We cannot afford to have another adrian who shows no compunction and responsibility for the damages he inflicted. He brought NCW to our shores and severely curtailed the nurturing of vocations to the diaconate and the sacred priesthood. This so-called "Canon Law studies" was a pass for him, knowing full well that he can never again minister on Guam (the irony is not lost on us, by the way). It would have been better for NCW to absorb him in their continuing trail of deceit - on their turf. His disdain for his brother priests and non-neos was poison to the Church. He was always making fun of the late +Pale' Patrick Garcia in public, for example. Yet it was the difuntun Pale' Pat who was better loved and infinitely much better priest than Adrian could ever be in so many ways. This arrogant adrian should be defrocked if he wishes to stay in the Archdiocese of Agana.

Archbishop Byrnes ought not be advised by sycophants who are bent on preserving peace and the status quo. Now that he has a golden opportunity to make a change, he should not wait for months like Archbishop Hon who came pontificating that there are "no winners and losers" and that his way was the right way because "he was personally sent by Pope Francis." It was months later when he realized that the method of pacifying and appeasing was not going to work in our case. We are far off the deep end.
