CRIMEN PESSIMUM - FILONI'S FULL COURT PRESS TO INTERFERE WITH APURON'S SENTENCE

Posted by Tim

So, here’s what’s happening. And it’s no surprise. In fact, we have been reporting on this without the intel we now have because we knew exactly what “they" would do.

As expected, Filoni-Baloney and Kiko are putting a full court press on the outcome of Apuron's trial to keep the verdict from taking down the NCW worldwide.

To review.

Because of Apuron’s status in the NCW (i.e. the only bishop who is actually “one of the brothers"), his canonical demise does not bode well for the future of the KHW (Kiko’s Heretical Way).

Loads of bishops around the world, upon the canonical demise of Apuron, will be emboldened to at last extricate the NCW from their dioceses.

Even though these bishops have always had the authority to get rid of the KHW (aka NCW) in their dioceses - or at least limit or not permit it in the first place, it is no secret that so many of the world’s bishops are wimps and look for cover before they take action on what they already know they SHOULD take action on!

Kiko and Filoni-Baloney know this. They also know that Apuron has been found GUILTY. There simply is no doubt about it. At the very least he has been undoubtedly found guilty of running a DISASTER of a diocese for thirty years, as both Archbishop Hon and Byrnes have publicly stated.

At most, he has also been found guilty of child sex abuse. As every Guam senator present at the public hearings for Bill 326-33 can testify: NO ONE can look Walter Denton in the eyes and say he’s lying. And the chief investigator and judge, Cardinal Burke, was able to do that.

Thus, Kiko and Filoni-Baloney have nothing left...EXCEPT to interfere with the sentence

Not that they care about Apuron's actual punishment. They only care about the harm any publicity of the verdict and his punishment will do to KHW (aka NCW).

So here’s what they’re doing.

Rather than permit the verdict to be transmitted directly to Pope Francis, as it should be. Filoni-Baloney is arguing that Apuron's trial falls under the Sacramentorum Sanctitatis Tutela and therefore should come under the review of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith (CDF).

Filoni-Baloney is the former Secretary to that Congregation so he knows well its inner workings as well as the current leadership and how to screw with it. And screw with it, he is!

You can read the full document at this link, however, here is the relevant paragraph:
"The 1922 Instruction included a short section dedicated to another canonical delict: the “crimen pessimum” which dealt with same-sex clerical misconduct. This further section determined that the special procedures for solicitation cases should be used for “crimen pessimum” cases, with those adaptations rendered necessary by the nature of the case. The norms concerning the “crimen pessimum” also extended to the heinous crime of sexual abuse of prepubescent children and to bestiality."
Filoni-Baloney's strategy (in collusion with Kiko) is simple: delay, delay, delay.

The objective is to delay everything, including the announcement of the verdict, until Apuron turns 75, three years from now, when he must submit his resignation as Archbishop of Agana. At that point, the strategy is to lessen the verdict to simply mismanagement and to give Apuron time to build his narrative that he was unjustly ousted by pro-gambling/pro-gay forces. (A narrative that even now has all the bishops laughing!)

And to that end, Kiko met with Pope Francis on September 4.

I heard Francis was NOT amused.

  1. What is funny, is that even after 4 years of us showing them we are not the stupid back water morons they continuously decry; the NCW and their backers in Rome continue to underestimate the Catholics of this Diocese

More precisely, there is also Jose Luis del Palacio y Medel Archbishop of Callao Peru, who was a priest formed in a RMS Seminary. Look to his armcoat: the octagon of Kiko Arguello.

Thank you for this most interesting update on Apuron's canonical trial. And also for news on the continued effort by Tweedle Dee and Twidle Dumber (aka Filoni Baloney and Kiko) to prove, for the millionth time, that they are not Catholics.

  6. The Vatican is "infested" with Judases who betray the mission of the Church for "thirty coins of silver". The Gates of Hell will not prevail but the spiritual darkness will cause many to loose their faith.
Last night Our Lady of Fatima made Her visit to San Vicente. My wife & I stayed after the Mass to listen to the Irish priest or Brother who accompanies Our Lady's Statue, speak about the Fatima message!
He used the acronym C.A.R.E., Confession, Adoration, Rosary & Eucharist, to describe Our Lady's message to Portugal and the world.

Then he led the few remaining parishioners in the Nine Offices of Adoration to the Blessed Sacrament that lasted until 10:30pm. (The Mass began at 5:50)

Father Joel was a poor host. His Divine Mercy choir sang forever delaying the start of the Fatima Message. Then they proceeded to the former Chapel behind the Altar for food and drink. At one point the noise made from the former Chapel made it difficult to hear the poor young man's message!

He had set up a power point presentation to assist with the Nine Offices of Adoration. A NCW member of he parish helped in setting up the presentation then left while the visiting cleric struggled with the laser pointer causing him to eventually leave the pulpit to be near the labtop.
The parish member eventually returned to assist with the power point presentation.
Each office of Adoration had a hymn that was beautifully sung (w/out music). At the 7th or 8th office towards the end of the hymn Fr. Joel begins playing his piano, out of key with the congregation and then exits the Church). Real Vanity!

Before the presentation of the Brown Scapular to the congregation the visiting cleric explained that the clergy would present the scapular for us to KISS prior to wearing it as a sign of dedication to Our Lady. Of the five clerics, Fr. Joel & Deacon Larry did not present the scapulars to be kissed, they just put them on the parishioners. I guess they were hungry!

    1. What can you expect from a low-life with dubious standards? Pastoring is only a smoke screen to justify an annual pilgrimage with a posse of followers, the tons of balikbayan boxes for who-knows-who in his hometown, personal fundraising under the guise of Divine Mercy, and anniversaries and birthdays for envelope $$$$$$. We all know that now. The pathetic attempts at "journalism" in the diocesan paper is excruciating. Laughable character with equally laughable supporters.

Why doesn't a group of you present Byrnes with proof of this mortally sinful disgrace, expose Joel's whore and demand that he be laicized?! The same with all of the other dirty playboy priests known to be working in your Archdiocese.

This trash is probably giving and receiving Communion!

    7. These allegations have been allowed to go through, because that situation has been going on for years, and is common knowledge to a very large number of people.
Yet, unless you are willing to put your name on these accusations, just like John Toves did regarding Apuron, they will not be allowed again.
Instead of waiting for someone to do the job for you, take the bull by the horns and go ahead yourself.
You can write Archbishop Byrnes, or ask for a personal meeting. Then you can bring your evidences.
Time, place, witnesses and so on.
Short of this you can communicate to the Delegate for the Clergy, which if I am not wrong should be Fr Paul.
Short of that we shall not continue to publish such allegations.

    2. Good evening anon @ 4.58. You are correct to state these numbers regarding the Bishops co-opted by the NCW. This is what these "events" at domus Galilee are for. This is the not so settled "soft power of the kikos.
It is where and when they do their better spinning. This is why they needed Apuron and the RMS to dangle in front of their newly found backers, and use his "success" as a recruiting tool.
This is also why Tim is absolutely correct in his analysis and presentation. This is why Kiko is putting all the stops to control the narrative about Apuron. They know the decision of the tribunal.
They are buying time with the help of a dozen Cardinals bought and paid for, including but not restricted to: Filoni, O'Malley, Schonborn... They are doing what they do best, playing politics inside the Vatican, using their corrupt allies

While playing politics with the truth is found all over society, the issue that ticks me off the most is the clergy members --- high ranking ones at that --- are also doing this in Apuron's case at the cost of destroying our Church in so many levels and in so many ways. Then from the pulpit they preach about how we must follow Jesus Christ who is the way, the TRUTH, and the life. Obviously, they have exempted themselves from following the gospel messages that they themselves preach.

People leaving in there droves..I'm personally sick of all this. people being abused is so wrong. If Apron isn't defrocked or the Neos squeeze out of this I'm leaving the church and fully justified in doing so. Enough is enough ...keep the pressure on Tim. I wouldn't be surprised if there was a contact taken out on you, but you're to well known now to take down. With regards to the seminary just get a group together and evict them. End off... To add to Anon 4:18, the hypocrisy of the Church leaders (lay and clergy) is one of the main reasons for the dwindling number of Catholics in the U.S., Europe and Central and South America. In my own experience, when I have substantive discussions with co-workers, friends, and family members who no longer practice our Catholic faith, in so many words, they cite, just as Anon 4:18 did, the fact that they are turned-off by the hypocrisy of the clergy preaching the good news of the gospel, yet doing the opposite for personal gain and power. Frankly, I don’t blame them for leaving the church for that reason. How can you get inspired in your faith and feel spiritually nourished when there are members of the Catholic clergy --- some of them in high places --- condoning, looking-the-other-way and/or participating in practices that destroy our Church? This practice continues with the politicking for the roll-out of the result of the Abp. Apuron’s canonical trial. The result should be announced without politicking for a soft landing of those adversely affected by the verdict --- including and especially a soft landing for the NCW. The local faithful want the collapse of the NCW as a byproduct of a verdict adverse to Abp. Apuron. That is the natural consequence of Abp. Apuron’s crimes. That consequence should not be manipulated by politicking of clergy and Kiko. In another note, Abp. Apuron and/or both sides can appeal the decision to the CDF. What is the deadline for filing an appeal? When did the clock start ticking for the appeal?

    2. Our Lord revealed to us the truth, there is no obligation for us to follow these church leaders in their depravity. The writer of Hebrew assures us "looking to Jesus the pioneer and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God." (Heb 12:2) There is no reason under heaven for us to leave the Church Christ founded because of a few rotten apples in the barrel. Our foundation is Christ, not these men..God Bless You.

  11. Kiko will pay Rome a bundle for Apuron's acquittal by the canonical tribunal. He'll get away with it because there's zero precedent for the Vatican convicting an archbishop of anything.

Remember that pedophile Wesolowski's laicization was secretly reversed. The dungheap was buried from St. Peter's by the Pope's own Almoner with full archepiscopal honors. He was honorably interred in Poland as well, despite the fact many of his satanic crimes were committed there. Pervert-friendly JP2 ignored the homosexual pedophile's criminal record and ordained him bishop!! Apuron will return to Guam exonerated.

    7. The formation of the FNM members consists of following elements:

Spiritual Direction – Spiritual direction by the Movement's priest is a very special blessing for those in the Movement who are seriously seeking holiness. It is an amazing grace. This direction provides life-long spiritual formation and is especially valuable when emotional dryness and distractions in prayer begin. Taking care of spiritual life requires frequent cooperation with a priest, whose help in the Movement becomes spiritual direction.

Spiritual Reading – The practice of spiritual reading helps to form a new way of thinking and evaluating reality. It helps a person to acquire a faith-filled outlook on life.

Weekly group meetings – Spiritual formation of the members of the Movement takes place at weekly group meetings, typically held at local parishes. The purpose of the meeting is to share different experiences of faith and to discover God's presence in our lives. The meetings, led by the animators, consist of prayer, readings, and faith sharing. The readings are selected from the Bible or the Movement publications. They focus on a particular aspect of the Movement's spirituality and its application to everyday life.

General meeting – Every month, all members are invited to gather at a general meeting, which includes celebration of the Holy Eucharist, adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, conference with faith sharing, and fellowship.

Annual retreat – At least once a year members are encouraged to gather at a special (up to 5 days) retreat. Usually, priests from the Movement are present to give conferences.

Finally, the ministry of Families of Nazareth Movement is a continuation of the Papal program of the New Evangelization. Members of the Movement strive for sanctity in their communities and neighborhoods. One of the main goals of the Movement is the evangelization of the family. Its goal is to create the atmosphere and ideals of Christian family that would be visible in the society.

FNM members sounds like the ncw followers, so like the ncw says "follow the money" what strange bedfellows movements make.
